Este es un condominio de dos dormitorios (sofá cama disponible), dos baños ubicado en la playa. Es una unidad del tercer piso con una excelente vista de 3/4 de la playa. Decorado en una decoración de Florida. Completamente amueblado incluyendo toallas de baño y ropa de cama. La cocina está totalmente amueblada también. Hay un armario ubicado junto al elevador con varios artículos de playa y tiene el uso de instalaciones de lavandería y estacionamiento cubierto.  Cabañas privadas de tiki ubicadas en la playa con sillas de playa. Ubicado a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y muchas otras actividades. Una parada de tranvía está cerca para llevarlo arriba y abajo de la playa. Tiki cabañas privadas disponibles en la playa. Venga a disfrutar de las playas de arena blanca y la hermosa piscina. ¡Es el sueño de los amantes de la playa!

Excellent place to stay on Ft Myers Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute condo! It had everything we needed. Check in and out was so easy. Location was perfect! Publix near by and so many places to eat close by too! Great beach! We will no doubt be staying here again!

Perfect slice of heaven!

Our vacation was absolutely incredible, with major thanks to Deb and Edith for superb communication and the condo was exactly as advertised, clean, a home away from home, and just a slice of heaven! For the next renters, please do your absolute best to keep it as wonderful as you found it, and follow all condo rules. My family plan on booking this rental as many times as we can! My sincere thanks to the owners and to the cleaning service. Was simply delightful!

Wonderful Stay

This was a mother-daughter vacation and we had a great time. Location was the best and great food just down the block. Owners provided everything you could need and then some. Access to all the beach supplies was great and we can’t wait to go back!

Great location

The location and convenience of the condo was perfect. Walking distance to the pier and a short drive to the Publix. The only issue we had was the mattresses were very uncomfortable in both rooms. The mattress in the bigger room seemed to slant to the middle of it so we had to both sleep facing outwards so that we didn’t sink into the middle. The twin beds had the same slope effect. Other then that the condo was great!

Perfect beach getaway

Located right on the beach made it super easy for my little one and I to hang out on the beach then transition to the pool on days when we wanted a break from the sand! Beautiful view of the beach! We honestly didn’t stay inside much at all, unless it was to sleep, but we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and a quick bike ride downtown!

Great place

Our condo was clean and had everything you could want and terms and what you want at the beach. All kinds of chairs, toys and a tiki hut for shade. It was a great location which for US Mint quiet. Many of the other people in the condo we're either full-time residents or people who came there on a regular basis so it felt much more like home. It was close enough to walk to a few restaurants and ride our bike to the grocery store. In fact we had bikes delivered which were waiting for us when we arrived and they pick them up. We would love to return to this place.

Fort Myers Vacation

The owner was readily available with any questions. The condo does not face directly onto the gulf but you still have a very good view of the water. Pool was nice. Unit is directly on the beach. This unit has available , for use , beach chairs and floats. Very clean and has a Great location Washer and dryer is located by the pool. Coin operated so bring quarters. Was a great vacation and would come again

Beach getaway

Perfect beach getaway. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The area is on a quieter side of the beach, and the view was gorgeous. The owners had excellent communication throughout our stay. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Great place for a relaxing girls beach trip!

This cute condo was perfect for our relaxing college graduation trip! Just steps from the beach that we spent everyday at. We also went to the pool most afternoons and it was so nice! We wished it was a little closer to most of the restaurants but we usually found an Uber. We really liked Fresh Catch Bistro that was just a 3 min walk away! Thank you to Debra and Edith for sharing this lovely place with us. We recommend staying here for sure!

Mann’s Family 2021 Vacation

The property was nice and clean. My only complaint was we couldn’t use the lounge chairs as they were locked up due to the turtles. There is no reason why the renters couldn’t have access to the area for the chairs and put back when finished. We did use the other chairs that you provided, but the lounge chair would of been much nice. And the fact no one can use them for 6 months 🙁 my family would stay there again and actually I looked online for the same week next year but nothing was listed. Do you happen to know if it’s available? Hope you were able to use the extra food and wine we left behind. We also left charcoal behind for your next guest, hope the cleaning people left it. Again we had a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave!! 🥰

Thank you for your review of our beach condo! We do apologize for the lounge chairs not being available during your stay. Unfortunately the condo management company locks the chairs up since the Town of Fort Myers Beach is very strict about the safety of the sea turtles. And since we do not have someone checking on the property daily, the association cannot run the risk of the chairs being left on the beach by accident. The calendar is up to date on our Vrbo site so I’m unclear why you weren’t able to view May 2022. Currently there are no rentals booked yet for next May. Please let me know if you continue to have difficulties viewing the calendar. We really appreciate your business and for leaving items for the next renters. Thank you, Deb

Wonderful!

We had a great time at Edith and Debra’s condo! The location is great, it’s close to most shops and restaurants but far enough away to have peace and quiet too. Check-in process was smooth and Debra was very quick to respond if we had a question. If we ever visit FMB again we would definitely choose to stay here!

This beautiful beach condo is owned by Edith Finney since 1989. She and her husband enjoyed 16 years of staying in this location until they moved to another location off the beach. At that time, the condo became a rental unit and has been enjoyed by her family and friends over the years. She spends her winter months in Fort Myers and her summer months in a small farming community in Deshler, Ohio.

This is a great location for families since the building only has 16 units total, with 4 units per floor and an elevator. Located on a private beach with tiki huts and a swimming pool, it's a wonderful location to sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation!

The views from the beach are spectacular and the condo is one mile from Fort Myers Beach Times Square. Within walking distance is a few restaurants and a grocery store. There is a trolley stop located on the street near the condo building.
