This is such a great condo. Best location, clean, right in the beach. We’ve stayed in a few different spots on Ft. Myers Beach and this is by far our favorite.

Beautiful view and close to many restaurants/shops, etc in FMB

The condo was nice with some updated features and had the basic necessities. The view of the ocean and beach was amazing. The condo was close to fun and exciting shops and restaurants/bars but is still quiet at night.

Perfect location on the best beach!

Wonderful condo with the best view of the beach from the lani. Smaller building with no wait for elevators etc. Within walking distance of several great restaurants. Need to stay longer next time-hard to leave!

The place was amazing. Very clean and very accessible. The private beach was off the hook sublime. Beach area was clean and very nice. The pool was nice and clean as well. Thank you very much for supplying these wonderful accommodations.

Best location

Beautiful sunsets from the balcony while watching the pelicans dive for dinner! This is our second stay in this unit and it has by far the best view! Great condo with a wonderful location with 2 terrific restaurants a block away.

Great week! If I had one suggestion, it would be to have seating for 4 people in the family room area We spend a lot of time in the condo and 1 sofa and 1 chair for 4 adults made it difficult! Overall, great place!

Our group included my husband & I and another couple who are long time friends of ours. We enjoyed our stay very much. Parking and check in were super easy. The unit was small but clean and comfortable. We loved the proximity of the condo to the private beach. The owners were quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay.

Very happy with condo. Only disappointment was the 3 ticki huts with lounge chairs. They are first come first serve and not always available. Beach towels would have been very helpful because not everyone carries them

Awesome place Perfect for 4

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for 4. Everything was neat and clean The only odd thing was the bath towels had a mildew smell to them. And we thought if we could close those shutters as tropical storm Emily hit right after we arrived and some water came through the glass doors it probably would have been better but we did not find a crank to close them with. But again your condo is beautiful. The kitchen was awesome and all the amenities were perfect. Especially the tiki huts and chairs by the beach Thank you again. We cleaned everything up to leave it almost the same as when we got there. We hope to find back again !!!!

Right on the Beach!

This was a perfect place to stay. We had a view of the beach and a beautiful sunset every night. The condo is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Bring your own beach towels and cooler. These are items that someone could walk off with so they are not provided. We bought some for $9 each at a close by Walmart. Also, unlike many VRBOs that have some basic condiments and spices or even pantry foods from previous renters, this place clears it all out so make sure if you plan to do any cooking, you bring or buy anything you need. Traffic in area is not fun to deal with however there is a free trolly that runs up and down the main road. Also there’s a nearby grocery store, 7/Eleven and a very nice Seafood restaurant. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this place and hope to be back again someday!

Perfect vacation spot

This was the perfect vacation spot. We will definitely return to this unit. The beach is right out the door and isn’t crowded. A short walk or drive to restaurants and shops.

Excellent, with Beautiful veiw!!

We came for our family vacation the property was clean and well taken care of! The beach was amazing, it was quiet and clean. My kids (6 and 8) were able to play without us having to worry! It was close to food and activities!

Very nice unit.

Loved the not crowded pool. The unit is stocked with beach chairs and umbrella. Nice comfy furnishings in the unit. Would stay there again.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We have stayed on Ft. Myer’s beach for several years, this was our first stay in Estero Sand. We absolutely loved Jerry & Diane’s place. They made it feel right at home for us. We loved starting our morning off drinking coffee on the porch listening to the waves and we loved ending our day watching the sunset on the porch. It was perfect.

Clean, As Pictured, & Plenty of Privacy

This condo served our 2-person, adults only vacation perfectly. It was super clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and the beach access can’t be beat. Some reviews say that the king bed mattress is too soft, but I thought it felt great. It was nice having 2 bathrooms so that my sister and I could each get ready easily at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. We were the only people in the pool every time we went and we were always able to use one of the tiki huts on the beach for shade. The lanai gave us a view of the sunset. I liked being about a mile away from the busy Times Square area because we could easily get there but were far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. And there are a couple of good restaurants a stone’s throw from the condo if you want to stay even closer. This is a great property for a great price!

Fabulous View

This was our second trip to this little gem of a condo building in Ft. Myers Beach. The advantage this condo has over the others available in this building is a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. Twin beds are great for kids, not so much for adults! Check-in was a breeze, the weather was great and the views are spectacular. We rarely cook on vacation, so having no standard condiments or seasonings was not a big deal but it may be for others, so know you'll have to bring/shop for them.

Great location

We (2 couples) loved our stay at Estero Sands. Beach was not very crowded here. Used the screened in space for most of our meals. Great sunset views. Beach umbrella, chairs, towels and cooler as well as cabana were handy! There were 4 of us and we only found 3 beach towels but we didn’t really need them so much. We would definitely stay here again!!

Spring Break 2022

Great location on the beach, clean and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. Our only complaint is the king bed in master needs a new mattress. Overall a great week at the beach!
