Our stay was great! The property is beautiful & clean and the proximity to Downtown Palm Springs was perfect! I'd highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. One thing I do have to say is that the pool deck area is extremely slippery when wet, so be mindful of that.

Immaculate amazing property. The host was super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect within a couple blocks of Palm Canyon Road and close to Uber to hikes beautiful pool and house plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We absolutely had a magical stay.

Toilet Back Up muddied the Week

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children stayed here for a week. The pool is the star of the show - wow; beautiful set up, lights, waterfalls, day beds, the works. Our family enjoyed many hours here. The only negative here is the music outside restrictions and the draconian laws surrounding outside music. On to the inside of the house. Overall the inside of the property was beautiful, however sterile and lacked furniture (like end tables both indoors and by the pool). Each room only has a bed - nowhere to sit and the main room features only a couch and barstools - no end tables or other seating arrangements. The biggest issue we had was on our second day the toilets all backed up through the shower pushing raw sewage in to the shower in the front bedroom. This was disgusting and the property manager placed the blame on us. They were quick to send out roto-rooter however the overall experience was disgusting and no apology from management. This property is probably best set up for a long weekend rather than a full week family vacation. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Amazing property

The pictures do not do it justice! The pool area is amazing. The team was easy to reach and helped with any issues. We did have an issue with the blinds that was addressed in a matter of minutes. Communication was great. The property is a few blocks from the main downtown area. The pool was great. We elected to have it heated since it was chilly. There was a cost associated but it was clearly stated. Plenty of room for 8 adults.

The house and pool were amazing, and the property management team was great to work with. However, the internet was a constant struggle, making it difficult to work and stream anything. Aside from the slow internet, the only other aspect that I would rate below average was the quality of the beds, bedding, and towels. Given the price, I expected those items to be of a higher quality.

Beautiful home in great location

This home is perfect location, and the amenities and design are amazing! We were all so comfortable in the suites, all with their own bathrooms. We were able to walk into downtown for shopping and eating. Would love to stay again, BVR is the best!

The property is exactly as it is represented to be. A beautiful modern luxury rental. And the agents and owner are most helpful. We had a couple of issues but they responded immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and will return.

Palm Springs Getaway

We booked this Palm Springs home for a 10 friend weekend getaway for a music event. The house was beautiful and just as advertised. Hector, the property manager was very thorough and helpful the house was spotless, the pool was better than in the photos, everything worked. I highly recommend staying here

Another Great Stay!

Beautiful modern house in the best location in Palm Springs! Walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants, shops, and bars. The pool and spa are the amazing. Love the palm tree in the middle of the pool and extended baja shelves for the kids to enjoy! Hector and Jesus are the most gracious host, we always stay at BVR houses for our Palm Springs getaways. Thank you for opening up your beautiful property to us and allowing us to make wonderful family memories!

The general consensus was that the Master bdrm could use a sitting area; the bedrooms and casitas - a stuffed chair or two. Other than the extremely low seating furniture in the main living area, the property was ideal for our needs: clean, comfortable, excellent amenities, ideal location, quiet neighborhood, very nice vacation rental. On a personal note, the property mgr Hector Ayala, has to be secure with you…be patient, he’s a nice guy! Just follow the rules and you’ll be fine.

Great location and beautiful house

We had a very nice stay at this house. The location is only a five minute walk from downtown and in a very quiet neighborhood. The on line description is very accurate and provides a good representation of the house. There were several opportunities with the house during our stay. First, the hot tub didn't work and it took 3 calls to get somebody to come out and get the heater working. Secondly, we didn't receive check in information until after I sent a reminder the day prior to arrival. Finally, and most frustrating part was the television connections. The wifi on the main tv was very sporadic and connecting to any of the apps(Netflix, U tube, apple tv or others) didn't consistently connect. Finally, connecting to Spectrum(regular channels) required you to stand in a specific spot. I highly recommend the property owner upgrade the television connections. On a very positive note, the young man that came out to help with the shade remote was EXTREMLEY friendly and helpful. He had a caring attitude and didn't leave until our problem was resolved.

Family Thanksgiving

A wonderful spot for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. Five ensuite bedrooms made it comfortable for all. The kitchen was well set up for holiday cooking and the location near downtown PS was perfect. We had the pool heated and the kids loved it! The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

This house is as close to perfect as we have seen or rented. Clean and well equipped. Gorgeous inside and out, the pool is amazing. Would rent again tomorrow.

LOVED IT!

Jesus was an excellent host and the property was perfect for my husband's birthday. The house was just as the pictures showed and accommodated each couple perfectly with their own bathrooms for each room. It is in walking distance to downtown which saved us from having to drive or pay for a car service which is an awesome bonus. We loved corresponding with Jesus and hope to stay again at one of their lovely properties. They gave videos that instructed how to use the remote controls which was good for those that do not like to read directions/instructions. One thing to mention is to be careful of the colorful chairs in front of the fireplace. The legs stick out and each person tripped multiple times when walking in the living room ; ). Other than that, it was PERFECT! Thank you Jesus (and Hector) for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful clean home in great neighborhood...tough to communicate with the manager

The property location was great! The home was very clean. However, the listing discusses and shows outdoor tv's. We went to use them and were told they were disconnected and don't work and we aren't allowed to use them. We rented this house partially because we were excited to watch outdoor movies with our kids. The listing says no playing music but does not say you can't watch tv. The manager was impossible to get a hold of for the several months leading up to our stay after we had paid in full. He was unresponsive via vrbo, personal text, etc. It caused a crazy amount of stress for us, as we thought he had taken our money and ran since he would never respond to us. Finally, after several several attempts each time, he would respond randomly. He was always very pleasant and he was very responsive once we were at the house. It was the months leading up to our arrival that caused us complete worry since we would never hear back from him everytime we tried to contact him. If this didn't happen, I would have given this a perfect rating, as the house was wonderful!
