This unit was very clean and well kept. Communication with the host was excellent and booking/check-in was seamless and easy. My family really enjoyed all the amenities that this property offers. The beach at this property does get pretty crowded. I would recommend calling ahead of your stay if it’s not last minute like ours to reserve front row beach chairs during peak season.

Excellent place with great amenities

We really enjoyed our short stay! We stayed in early April and the heated pools were excellent for entertaining our children. The place itself was clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfy! Highly recommend this place!

Great amenities and room was beautiful and we'll equipped.

Beautiful, very user friendly for us the grandparents with our daughter, husband and our 2 wonderful grandkids who are ready to come back same time next year! Everything we need.

The condo was beautiful and well kept. Location was perfect. Well stocked and nicely decorated.

The resot was nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars total was because the beach setup was really unwelcoming to families with mixed age children. They won't allow you to sit up front with any shade for a baby so you can watch your older kids. So, my husbamd and I spent all of our beach time seperate. Which was really not what we had planned. Overall the condo itself was fantastic. And if you don't have a small child that needs shade there would be no issues.

Thanks for your stay glad you liked our condo. The beach does get crowded during the peak summer season and I apologize for that, but that part is out of my hands. I do hope you feel our place itself was a 5 star unit as in what this review should truly be about versus the entire complex being this is a privately owned condo. Hope you decide to stay with us again.

Worth the wait!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. It is located close to the elevators pools, cafe and the balcony view of the gulf is gorgeous. The owners of this unit are fabulous! Quick to respond to questions and recommendations for dinner and activities.

Loved every minute of it

The condo was very nice. Loved to decor. It was comfortable for all 4 of us. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The water was absolutely beautiful and it was nice it was a private beach as well. Conveniently located close to just about anything you need. Justin was very helpful with any questions we had. Was very quick to answer. Would definitely stay at Justin's condo again. If you do stay please go to the cafe and have a pizza...it's the best I've had in a very long time. Yummo! Again thanks Justin!!

GREAT PLACE TO FAMILY VACATION AT!!!

,My family and I enjoyed our stay here. This was my first experience with VRBO and also with traveling to Destin and it was totally painless and stress free..this condo is nice and clean and everyone was friendly. We had a great experience and trip!!! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Destin😊

Must stay here

We absolutely loved this condo and this property! The view of the golf was amazing. It’s on the side of the building but still a great view. Feet from the beach and pool. The property was amazing and easiest check in. The condo was equipped with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a fabulous time!!! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. We loved the tiki bar, good food and drinks. Security was very strict!!! Would definitely stay again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay at our unit 317 at the Pelican Beach Resort. Great to hear feedback on the beds being we recently replaced the mattresses with new ones. Food and drinks have always been a plus at the Pelican. Security is a little strict this time of the year with spring breakers in the area, but they keep the Pelican in order and family friendly. They lighten up late summer. Thanks again for the stay and the review, would be glad to have you back.
