Reserve una semana maravillosa en esta unidad tranquila y cómoda. La unidad de dos habitaciones cuenta con cocina completa, porche con pantalla, 2 baños completos, TV por cable, wifi, lavadora / secadora y más. y más. La unidad tiene acceso al grupo, al golf y al Huntington Beach State Park durante la estadía de los huéspedes. We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, easy to locate. Very nice neighborhood. We even saw a large alligator in one of the ponds.

We needed a stay term less than a full week and wanted something close to Caledonia. The condo was ideal. Very quiet. The pool was close but there wasn’t easy access. We had to walk through dirt or a long way down the road to get to it. The pool was awesome though. Very big and shaded areas.

Great value for a vacation to Pawleys Island

Convenient location within Pawleys Plantation and the Pawleys Island area itself. Very safe and quiet community. Pool is just off the back porch and unit is near the golf pro shop. Ground level and close parking spots made it easy to load and unload things from the vehicle. Comfortable beds, sofa, screened back porch, furnished kitchen was great. Floor plan was nice, though kitchen and bathrooms were a little small. But for a one week vacation to the beach it was plenty and a much improved experience over hotels nearby. Felt as though the unit could have been cleaned a little better however nothing was completely unsanitary. Overall, I would recommend this place to friends and family. We will consider this unit again if available in the years to come.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though overall the place was nice – it was not clean. Unfortunately, I did not notice how unclean until later in the day (we threw our stuff down & went to the beach). That evening I noticed the rug in the kitchen was filthy, the floors were dirty, there were fingerprints on the doors & frig, the sunporch was not swept, there were pieces of trash under the beds & wet trash in the trash can under the bag, and worst of all there were two palmetto bugs. There were cleaning supplies, so we cleaned ourselves – apparently a big mistake. I emailed the owner of Tidewater Rentals telling her what I found and offered to share photos I had taken – I asked that our cleaning fee be waived (which I felt was reasonable). The owner refused to talk with me on the phone or view the photos – she basically said I should have let then come back and clean and if I left now, I could have a refund. Our stay was short – to find another place & move (including our groceries) would have taken away from our vacation & more money to rent on short notice; I did not want to have to schedule a cleaning & wait there or give a stranger access to our valuables. The next day we discovered a roach in our donut box! I lived in the south & know the difference between palmetto bugs and roaches and I took photos to prove it. Again, I emailed the owner – she again refused to talk to me and had no interest in seeing the photos. She again offered that we could leave for a refund – I believe she knew how hard it would be for us leave & she took advantage of that. Again – the property itself was nice but the furniture in the bedrooms is older; the mattresses were not the most comfortable. We were excited to be next to the pool, but they clean it early every morning & it is loud. The master bedroom has white, sheer curtains to there was no chance of sleeping in. This is not a place I would choose again and if I was the owner of the property I would cons

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleanliness of the property was poor. This is a first floor property and given the surroundings bugs are to be expected. However, dead bugs that have been squished and not cleaned were found. The shower curtain was old and rusted and the drain was clogged in the master shower.. Food and hair were found in the silverware drawer. The unit was very dusty and garbage was found under beds. We were not able to use the screened in porch due to dirt, cobwebs, and bugs. In addition, we had to wait 10 plus minutes on the security guard to return from bathroom to be let onto the grounds.

Comfortable, Well Appointed Condo

It has sufficient amenities. The minor issues are: screen door has no stop to keep it open. Master shower spout for shower, although working, needs replacement or repair. Peace and Quiet drizzled with Beauty

I wanted to spend some quality with my son. This was the perfect place. The property was beautiful. Neat, clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for my other son and husband to come with us next time. I love how the master bedroom and un suite are in separate ends from the other room. I would have my coffee out on the enclosed deck that was accessible from the master bedroom. The view is just so peaceful. The pool was literally 20 steps away. We were in there all day. I prepared most of our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. After dinner we would take a walk. One word breathtaking! The beautiful golf courses. There was a path that we took across a little pond home to some pretty majestic swans. We met some lovely neighbors and friendly squirrels . The nearby homes were beautiful. I was totally captivated. I have stayed in the Litchfield/Pawleys area several times. But this area was simply perfect. My words are not doing my stay enough justice. I did not want to leave and we will definitely be back.Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

The only downfall was that a plumber knocked on the door and expected to do 2 hrs of plumbing work during our stay. When I told them it was unacceptable and NOT an emergency, they rescheduled for after we left. We still felt very inconvenienced. I went on vacation to get away from workers windows on a place we don't even own!!

Love This Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only regret about staying at this property was that Dorian chased me away! The first thing I noticed, and appreciated, was the condition of the property. It was spotlessly clean, well kept, and tastefully decorated. I was there on a solo vacation and it was a perfect choice for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen furnished everything I needed for meal preparation. One of my favorite things was the drive into the development. Canopied roads are rarely seen in San Diego, where I live, so I loved driving around the property enjoying those beautiful trees. I highly recommend this property and hope to return - but, not during hurricane season!

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated and can't think of anything I would add... the owners had thought of everything. We enjoyed being so close to the pool, the wonderful people we meet both owners and other vacationers. We also enjoyed the area and especially the State Park. Thank you!

A Delightful Stay (couldn't resist)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I only stayed here a few nights in early March but it was thoroughly enjoyable. Pawleys Plantation is a beautiful spot. The condo is very attractive and, though not overly large, it's colorfully decorated and was spotless. The rocking chairs out front and screened porch in back were nice to have. We didn't have a lot of opportunity to use the kitchen but it appeared to be pretty well stocked. We would certainly stay here again. Tidelife Rentals was very easy to work with and we would recommend this unit and Tidelife.
