Our Villa is a Top Floor End Unit in the highly sought after Tupelo Bay complex. It is elevator accessible and boasts 1630 sq ft with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths Sleeps 6 comfortably. This bright and beautifully furnished Villa includes an upscale kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and all the cooking amenities you will need. Beautiful granite center island/breakfast bar with 4 stools and dining area with large dining set that seats 6. Master King bedroom with large screen TV and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity sinks. Living room with vaulted ceilings and 65" TV and balcony overlooking an on-site golf course. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a pocket door that creates an additional private en-suite. 3rd Bedroom has a two twin beds with and large screen TV. In Unit washer and dryer. Inflatable Queen Size air mattress also available upon request for additional guests. Ample free parking on site. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pool as well as fitness center and large outdoor BBQ area. Pickle ball courts, driving range, foot golf, miniature golf along with a full executive golf course and a par 3 course also included within Tupelo Bay grounds. Free Shuttle to nearby beautiful beaches also available in season. Beaches are one block over and just over a mile away. Minutes away from great dining, parks, shopping, entertainment & the airport. This is truly your best of everything location.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is modern, super clean, and spacious. We really felt comfortable and at home. Len and Kelly were excellent hosts. We’d definitely stay there again.

The condo was wonderful. Normally when you read that everything is there that you need you take with a grain of salt, but not here. Clean, spacious, well designed with a view of the driving range. I can not say enough of Len & Kelly as owners even though I stayed for only 3 days they responded to questions immediately providing great information.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described—if not better.The location was perfect, not far from the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The views were stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway for our family.We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything we needed was provided, and it really felt like a home away from home.We made so many great memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing beach vacation!

New owners Lenny & Kelly are from NY and have enjoyed coming to the Myrtle Beach area for many years. We are both active and enjoy dining out, listening to live music and entertainment. We enjoy traveling and the adventure of new experiences.

This location is easily accessible to all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. Beaches are 1 mile away and the next major block over. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and golf courses within in minutes. This area has everything anyone may need for the perfect Myrtle Beach getaway. Looking to play some golf - it's right on the grounds with many other courses nearby. Looking to relax on the beach - it's minutes away and not in the thick of the crowded touristy area. Looking for good food and fun nightlife - the Marsh Walk area and many other great restaurants are nearby. Shopping at nearby Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, it's all here!

The Tupelo Bay Complex is self-contained yet minutes away from the main strip with all the fun filled family activities and nightlife. The Marsh Walk area is also close by with restaurants, live music, nightlife, fishing tours, sunset cruises, kayak rentals, etc.. Our practically brand new unit is spacious with an open floor plan and close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. On-site golf course and driving range as well as mini golf and an indoor & outdoor pool. Family friendly location with so much to do. Charleston is just about an hour drive south. MB airport is about 20 minutes away.
