¡Mejor que la playa! Eso es lo que nos dicen nuestros huéspedes. Esta propiedad es para la familia que quiere lo mejor de lo que St. Agustín tiene para ofrecer.

Buena Vista es una hermosa casa de lujo recientemente renovada directamente en Intracoastal Waterway frente al centro de St. Agustín. 3 habitaciones king, dos con baños adjuntos. El cuarto dormitorio tiene dos literas, para 4 niños o adultos. El quinto tiene una cama de día-cama doble con cama nido doble. Hay 3 baños completos y 2 medios baños. Completamente renovada en 2018, esta casa está hermosamente terminada, con camas nuevas, muebles nuevos, todo nuevo. La cocina es para el chef gourmet. La terraza cubierta domina el río Matanzas, con la flota de veleros directamente en frente y el horizonte de la antigua ciudad detrás. El pintoresco Puente de los Leones parpadea en la noche, a solo unos cientos de metros río arriba. A 5 minutos del centro, a 5 minutos de la playa, a 5 minutos de todo. Esta es la mejor ubicación en St. Agustín.
Traiga su bote o pescado del muelle, la pesca en Matanzas es excelente, el Atlántico está a solo una milla a través de la entrada.

Awesome House

We had an amazing time at this house. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub overlooking the water. The paddle board and Kayak were huge hits and the guys loved fishing off the dock in the evenings.We got to see dolphins, turtles and we even saw a shark a couple of days.The house has absolutely everything you can think of for cooking, baking, Grilling or whatever Awesome location! I would definitely book this home again.

We had a wonderful time! The views are great. The pool and hot tub are relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Property manager was very responsive. Overall, a wonderful place for a vacation with family.

So much potential, upkeep needed

This home is in a wonderful location- quiet neighborhood, beautiful views of the water and downtown St. Augustine, great space for extended families. The pool was perfect. The disappointment comes with the lack of upkeep. We had a leaky roof, broken bunk beds which made it so kids couldn’t even sleep on them for the majority of the week. One of our days was interrupted by visits from the handy man and roofers. It was clear that the roof issues were known prior to our stay, as there was a tarp on the roof upon our arrival. The property manager was excellent and communicated promptly upon sharing the issues we experienced. Our second to last morning began with roofers on the roof, loudly making repairs and woke the entire house before 7:30am. It also resulted in debris landing around the pool deck while we were trying to enjoy the pool, on our last full day. Sadly, these issues that disrupted our stay were disappointing and mostly because it was clear the issues existed prior and were not properly addressed. With some care and maintenance, this property could be amazing.

Great location and house for family reunion

Our group was 7 adults and 3 younger children. Home was clean. The layout of this home was really very nice as it had enough beds for everyone. We likely could have been able to accomodate a few more people and still be comfortable. The home was spacious for our group. The main floor layout was great place to congregate as there are several gathering places to sit and talk/vistit with one another. The living room/family room is very comfortable with large coffee table tow couches and a few chairs. Also large kitchen table which accomodated our whole group and nightly card games. We stayed over Christmas week which was cooler and overcast so we did not use pool. However we used the HotTub and Grill and they were enjoyed by everyone. The yard (both front and back) was used a few times by us to play bean bag toss game which was supplied by owner. The view looking west at the city was excellent. Sunsets would be great feature but most all our visit the weather was cloudy and overcast in 60s. Lots of wildlife (Pelicans, Dolphins) daily hunting for fish. Easy drive over to downtown, but watch for traffic as this bridge going into city can back depending on the week you go. The kitchen was very well equipped to prepare meals. A Keaurig coffee maker was avaialble as well as another drip coffee maker. We used both. Dave (the Owner) and Leah (the Manager) were both very easy to work with and responsive to any issues we encountered.

Family Vacation

Very spacious home, with amazing views from the large, covered porch. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Our teens enjoyed fishing for the dock. Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Vacation Home in St Augustine

The property manager was very responsive and reached out during our stay. You cannot beat the views or the location of this home. It was just a few minutes drive to downtown. The home has everything needed for a weeklong stay. Our son enjoyed fishing off the dock. No complaints at all.

Beautiful house, well furnished, fully stocked with amenities, incredible view, well kept pool and dock, convenient location and attentive management….what more can you ask for as a vacation destination? It was our second stay but probably won’t be our last!

Best property I have stayed at! Location is perfect. Quiet, yet close to everything. Great views from the massive covered porch. Beds all comfortable. I have never seen a home so well equipped with serving pieces and kitchen appliances. All high quality. Communication with house manager was excellent. We loved our week and would stay again.

Great Location

My family really enjoyed our week in St. Augustine. We loved the house with all of the amenities. The location is perfect overlooking the city and the beautiful Christmas lights at night were spectacular! We definitely recommend this house to anyone who is visiting this city. Another great stay

This was our 4th year staying in this beautiful and well appointed home right across from downtown St Augustine. The home is comfortable and spacious and is very accurately represented in the listing. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, and the bathrooms are as well. The living space is charming with numerous areas to congregate. The kitchen has everything you will ever need to entertain. But by far the biggest selling point is the huge back porch and the view across the water to downtown. It's a great spot, has to be one of the best on the river. Hope to have a chance to return again. St. Augustine has really come into its own over the last decade with many new bars, restaurants and tours to enjoy.

Another wonderful stay!

My family of 8 had another wonderful stay at Buena Vista in late October. This was our second visit to this beautiful property and we loved every minute of it! We enjoyed the pool, bicycles and fishing off the dock. The dolphins and manatees were regular visitors. The home is very spacious and comfortable so that, even with a big group, it doesn’t feel as if we’re living on top of each other. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Perfect views and perfect layout

This was our second stay at Buena Vista for a family trip with little ones. The layout of the house is perfect and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen has literally everything you need and then some, as well as a huge pantry to house snacks for a week as a group of 10. Sunsets are unbelievable as well! We look forward to continuing our visits annually :)

Great Family Vacation

The home was beautiful - exactly as described in the listing. Beautifully furnished and the art was amazing. The views cannot be beat. We enjoyed a family vacation in St Augustine as we do every year to celebrate our granddaughter’s birthday. This home was the perfect place for family to gather in celebration but also for relaxing. The owner and house manager were available for anything needed during our stay. We will be back!

Amazing Property

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was incredibly spacious even with 10 people. The pool and and full-length deck were our favorite spots to hang out and enjoy our time together. The house was well stocked, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. This is by far one of the best VRBO locations we've stayed at. We're already looking to book this property again for next year's family vacation.

Perfect getaway to a magnificent property

Family vacation to this stylish and well appointed home. Porch was our favorite hang out spot in spite of the less than ideal weather. Truly a one of a kind! Kitchen was stocked with every item imaginable & made our home cooked meals special.

Best experience ever!

Buena Vista, the management and St Augustine provided my friends and family with one of our best vacation experiences ever! The house is absolutely beautiful and the hosts have paid great attention to stocking it with everything you could need. The house is large enough for everyone to have their space but comfortable enough to feel like you’re home. The pool, hot tub, covered porch, other amenities and gorgeous sunsets filled our days with fun and happiness. The beds were incredibly comfortable so we all went home rested and recharged. We had a few issues during our stay but they were promptly dealt with by the property manager. We loved every minute of our stay and are already talking about when we might return.

Another great Holiday stay

Our third year enjoying this wonderful waterfront home in St Augustine. Perfectly situated overlooking downtown St Aug and the Bridge of Lions. This is the 3rd Christmas that we have stayed here. The house is fantastically appointed, comfortable and charming. Great back yard, pool and dock. We love walking and biking into town - which is very easily done from the home. We look forward to coming back again. Highly recommend.
