Perfectamente ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. ¡Camina hacia todo!

Nuestra maravillosa propiedad de alquiler se encuentra en la ubicación absolutamente más ideal en Lake George Village. Está a la vuelta de la esquina de la calle más concurrida de Canada Street. La sala de juegos está tan cerca que los niños pueden caminar sin cruzar la calle. Shepards Park Beach está justo al otro lado de Canada Street, donde puedes hacer un picnic, usar el patio de juegos, sentarte en la playa y nadar. También hay conciertos en el parque. Restaurantes y vida nocturna se encuentran a poca distancia.

Si le apetece explorar, hay muchas actividades en la zona, como senderismo, The Great Escape, alquiler de botes, minigolf, etc. Haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para ayudarlo a encontrar actividades que se ajusten a sus necesidades.

La casa acaba de ser renovada abajo y arriba. La configuración es genial. La planta baja tiene una cocina completa, 2 dormitorios con una cama doble, lavadero y un baño. La sala de estar tiene 2 sofás (uno de los cuales es extraíble), UNA GRAN PANTALLA PLANA DE 50 PULGADAS Y REPRODUCTOR BLU RAY. También hay una sala de estar con un futón y un pequeño escritorio con wifi. El piso de arriba tiene una entrada independiente, pero está conectado a través de la sala de estar. La puerta también se puede cerrar y cerrar con llave, lo que sería perfecto para espacios de estar separados para 2 familias, etc. En la planta superior encontrará 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con una cama doble, una pequeña sala de estar con futón y una pequeña cocina y baño. La cocina no tiene una estufa en el piso de arriba, pero hay una pequeña nevera, fregadero y microondas.

Fuera de la puerta de entrada hay un gran porche cubierto. En el lado de la casa hay 2 cubiertas, una cubierta descubierta. Todos son lo suficientemente grandes como para unas pocas sillas para descansar. Hay estacionamiento para 3 autos pero probablemente puedas incluir 4 si es necesario. También hay una parrilla afuera para su uso. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas, pero no hay servicio diario de limpieza.

Wonderful location, the house is great. Very cozy and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a great stay at this house! The host was quick to respond with any questions. The property was exactly as described and the living spaces seemed a bit bigger than the pictures! The location was perfect as it was right in the center of town but the greenery of the outside areas allowed for some privacy. We enjoyed sitting on the front covered porch and being able to use the grill.

Perfect Lake Vacation

We will be back. This property was perfect. We were two families traveling with teens, everyone had enough space and it was walking distance to everything in town. Kids could go get pizza and ice cream and walking to get coffee on the lake in the morning was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Cant wait until Next Summer to come stay again!

Great Location

The property is dated, so please come with realistic expectations. I always try to do this with rentals, and I seldom leave disappointed. This comfortably slept four adults and our three children. The location is second to none. It is back a street from the main street where shops, restaurants, and a nice park with frequent live music is a few minute walk. I felt lucky as we sat on the porch sipping our drinks, playing guitar, and watching everyone else spend hours trying to make it out of town after 4th of July Fireworks.

Outdated but great location.

If you have young kids and want to be in the village of Lake George, this house is for you. It’s a 2 minute walk to a beach and the entertainment of Canada street. That being said, the house is VERY outdated and not the cleanest. While the owner did address a cleanliness issue, I was a little disappointed in the fact that I paid a cleaning fee. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and other type homes and this house was least like its pictures.

Great location. Needs updates.

Pros: You can walk to so much and plenty of parking. As far as location goes, you really can’t beat it. It was a relatively quiet street despite being so close to the strip. The property manager was very attentive and had great communication. The house had two downstairs bedrooms and bath and the same upstairs. Internet was good. Fridge upstairs. Dishes to cook. Cons: The house was just okay as far as cleanliness. Surface cleaning was fine but the furniture and carpets are old and stained. The Futon, in basically the unusable living room, is broke and mattress doesn’t stay on it to actually sit comfortably. Downstairs had a lot of ants, which the owner came and sprayed and supplied ant cups, which helped some. The house doesn’t come with face cloths or toiletries. Overall, the house was fine minus the ants, but the furniture made it very hard to just feel comfortable and want to relax there. New furniture would do this place wonders. But honestly I booked because of the location, which didn’t disappoint.

Location was great, not worrying about parking was wonderful. Our kids enjoyed walking to the beach, shops, and arcade. We also visited the outlets, great escape, and log jam restaurant all a close drive. Communication with the host was through messaging on VRBO app. They dropped off spray fairly quickly for ants. It was nice to have laundry on site especially with kids. The option to do the laundry before coming home was great.Some minor updates would make this a 10. The couchs in the main living room were not comfortable at all. You could feel the wood frame while sitting and the futon downstairs would not function as a couch, the mattress would just slide off. Also if planning to eat at the house silverware is limited and the pots and pans to cook in were just ok. Overall this was a great vacation and lots of memories were made. We even were able to see fireworks out the windows one night, we chose not to use the outside due to overgrown bushes.

Family Trip

The house was perfect for our family trip! More than enough room, the porches are perfect for sitting outside with your morning coffee and enjoying the clean mountain air. It is a short walk to everywhere in town, we never needed our car to go out to eat or get quick groceries. We will definitely rent this property again on our next family visit!

Convenience to Everything

The house was exactly what we needed. The separate space upstairs allowed my son and his family to occupy the downstairs while the rest of us were upstairs at night. There's a grocery store two blocks away as well as all the eateries and shops you could want or need. There is a decent sized yard for sitting while grilling. The deck off of the bedroom was a perfect spot to view the Thursday night fireworks. Jaime is very accommodating and communication was fabulous. We highly recommend this rental for a large group.

Once again, a great place to stay.

Perfect location. Walking distance to everything: arcade, shops, restaurants, lake events and supermarket. Plenty of room to spread out for family fun or a quiet alone spot. Very clean and washer and dryer a BIG plus! Had minor problem with AC and owner was there within 15 minutes to fix. Wow!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Every time I saw someone pay for a parking space, I thought, "Nope, no need to do that." This house is right in the heart of the village and so very close to a little gem: Shepard Park Beach. The house met the needs of everyone from 6 to 64 and eating out on the side deck for daily breakfast was quality family vacation time in a great setting. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We were in town for a wedding. Property was in great location near all attractions and short walk to a grocery store. Although the home is on the older side there was plenty of room for all of us and it was clean and well supplied. The host was great at communicating with me and check in was easy.

Fabulous Location

Great house one block away from the center of town. Can walk to all the attractions and restaurants along Canada St. and Beach Rd. with no hassles with parking. 5 min. drive to Million Dollar Beach.

Book it!

We were extremely happy with this property. 1st the front of the house has changed a bit from the picture so I was a little concerned but walked in the door and it went away. (The front bushes are a little over grown). This house is older like most in the area so do not expect modern. You use the side porch for entering the house. They have a small table and chairs there to enjoy covered from the sun and shaded by trees from the neighbors. The back bedroom also has a small deck that we uses to access the grill and dry our wet towels. We used all 4 of the bedrooms and everyone was pleased with the comfort of the beds. The bathrooms were clean (1st floor has a stall shower and 2nd floor has a tub combo). The kitchen has the basics that you need, but no dishwasher. But that was not a huge deal for us. The washer and dryer were very useful. The location is one maybe 2blocks from Sheppardpark or a short 1mile drive to million dollar beach ($10 for all day access). There is also a grocery store (price chopper ) one block away, so convenient (bring your own bags or you can purchase reusable ones). This house was perfect for the week and we would book it again!

Perfect vacation

This was perfect for our family. We wanted to be within walking distance of the village but still have enough room for our kids to spread out a bit. We will definitely be trying to book again next summer.

Great location- walk downtown

This house was in a great location - we did not drive our car very much during our stay. The house was as described. We enjoyed having breakfast outside on the front porch. Beds were comfortable. Washer & dryer was a plus. Jaime answered any questions I had in a timely manner and the area guide they provided was very helpful in choosing places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal Location

The house is perfectly located to easily walk to Lake George or get to the highway to drive somewhere else to sight-see for the day. We were a bit disappointed that the picture of the house and the current landscaping didn't match any longer. The staircase is a bit narrow and steep, not really usable for my parents who traveled with us. The TV is a very large one, but there was a dark line down the right side of the screen that obstructed the view. There were just enough towels for each person, no extras. We did have access to a washing machine, but seemed wasteful to do a load for just a towel. No wash cloths or hand towels provided and my parents are old school enough that this was disappointing to them. The view of the 4th of July fireworks was awesome from the upstairs bedroom. How fun to watch them and then be able to head to bed and not have to be in the middle of a huge traffic jam.
