Lovely place!

The condo was lovely, clean & definitely well appointed. The view was amazing & I spent many hours just sitting on the balcony watching & listening to the beach. Pool area convenient and clean, nice boardwalk to the beach

Everything you would need plus a wonderful view

The condo literally had everything a person could think of needing on a vacation. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent view. I highly recommend this property would stay again.

We had a great stay, knowing it was going to be hot, sunny, and humid. All went very well until a hurricane was predicted to affect the area. We had to make the decision to leave two days early because of the weather.

Our favorite place.

Property was great as always. Clean and mgmt company kept us completely informed before and during our stay. Checkin and check out was quick and simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Weather was not what we hoped for. However, the location was perfect for our indoor adventures. Too much to mention, but it was a short drive to all the fun. Plus walking distance to plenty of food. We do plan to stay again and would recommend this property. Except, of course, when we plan to be there.

Sunshine even in the storm

Overall the experience was top notch. Returning guests. Unfortunately Ian botched our plans. Sunshine and the owner were 100% awesome with communication and our safety. The property itself still ranks as one of the best for us. We are returning next year.

Absolutely amazing!

Island South did not disappoint. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 boys (5 & 2 yrs) for 9 days/nights. Everything about this condo was amazing! It was located within walking distance to several shops/restaurants and just a short drive from the historic downtown restaurants and attractions. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We had plenty of linens and cookware. The condo and grounds were in pristine condition and well kept. We will absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

AMAZING!

This property exceeded all our expectations. The view was spectacular and the condo had everything we needed and more. A few steps and you are on the fabulous beach and the pool is quite refreshing. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. If at all possible, we will be back to this spot!

Honeymoon Trip!

The view

When you Open the door the view is right there looking at you. It is absolutely amazing. The condo was a lot bigger than I thought it was very spacious have all the amenities even seasonings for the food. The condo is very clean. The location was great there was plenty to do nearby along with a lot of different restaurants and mom and pop shops. I would definitely come again and refer a friend the experience was absolutely amazing.

Perfect, perfect, perfect

This is our second time staying in this unit in St. Augustine Beach. We love it here! The condo is clean, comfortable, and wonderfully equipped. You cannot beat the view from the large balcony. The beach and pool are just steps away, and the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We'll be back!

Great condo

Condo was extremely clean and well-stocked. Communication from the rental agency was excellent. Location relative to beach, pool, shopping, restaurants, and state park was ideal. Really enjoyed the back porch overlooking the water and being able to walk out to the beach or pool. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

We travel to St. Augustine often and have stayed in many locations- this was our favorite so far. Beautiful condo, great location for a quick walk down to the ocean. Clean, modern and bed was comfy. We hope to return soon!

The perfect beach getaway

We had such a wonderful time! This condo was exactly as advertised: well equipped, centrally located and just a short drive from St. Augustine, easy access to the beach and a lovely pool. The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for better!

Wonderful!!

This condo was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 12)!!! The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. And the rental agency went above and beyond in reaching out to see if we had any questions about checking in since we were arriving on a Sunday afternoon when their office is normally closed. The location was PERFECT - oceanfront condo with direct access to the beach and restaurants within walking distance. We even walked to Putt-Putt one night! Convenient to grocery stores and downtown St. Augustine is a short 15-ish minute drive. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Gorgeous unit, excellent views

What’s a better way to escape from self-isolation? Self-isolate with an oceanfront condo!! My husband and I loved the views and ocean breezes and the gorgeous renovation that took place. Our 15 y/o and 9 y/o loved Netflicks and we all loved playing on an uncrowded beach!!! Will definitely book this unit again when we can enjoy eating in the local restaurants and touring historic St Augustine.
