What we loved is that not only was the condo clean but it was a beach condo. The owner expects and encourages you to enjoy the beach with their decor and amenities. It was a rental property that felt like home and that was the most amazing part of the stay! Thank you!

This was by far the best vacation my family has had. The condo was amazing from the treasure hunt to the pirate booty room that has anything you need for the beach. We will definitely be back.

The condo was very clean, well equipped with most everything you need. The beach was very easily accessible. Location is not very far from the historical downtown area. We enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay there again!

Location was excellent, close to beach and close to restaurants. Could not see each from my condo as it’s aside view but didn’t matter, we walked there every day

Nice unit. Lots of memories were made. My family and I have rented this same unit multiple times over the last 20 years. The renovation to tile floors is a nice upgrade. We like that the unit is super close to the pool. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all of the items we needed to prepare a few meals.

The condo smelled terrible! I have bad allergies and it made me cough. I saw black mold around one of the vents in the master bathroom and took a picture of it and sent it to the host. We had to go out and buy candles. There were also bedbugs that bit us that were in the beds. We had to sleep on the sofas, super unhappy I would like to be reimbursed. This was an awful experience. I am happy to ride pictures about the bedbugs and the moldy vents

We’re very sorry that Beth’s stay did not meet her expectations. We take every guest’s concerns seriously and immediately investigate any issue brought to our attention. Regarding the concerns mentioned in this review, we want to clarify a couple of important points for future guests. The insects in question were not bedbugs. They were identified as termite by a professional, which is a very different issue, and we have taken the appropriate steps to address the situation. We also inspected the bathroom vent mentioned in the review. The discoloration was not mold.The vent is located directly next to the shower, where normal moisture and humidity can accumulate, and it needed cleaning. We have addressed the area and are taking additional steps to keep the bathroom properly maintained. We understand that seeing insects or noticing buildup around a bathroom vent can understandably be concerning, and we appreciate guests bringing anything they notice to our attention. At the same time, we want future guests reading this review to have the complete and accurate context rather than being left with the impression that the property had a bedbug or mold problem. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable place for our guests and will continue to monitor the property closely

Very nice place, I just wish we knew there was construction going on, they had it roped off to our unit, the entire time, had to go around and unload under all the yellow caution tape!!There was noise from the unit next door under construction. But it was alright, next time I’ll get an ocean view.

Summer Vacation

We had an amazing time during our stay even though we thought we might melt from the extreme heat. Man was it hot, but the pool and beach were great places to go when that happens. The property was well maintained and very close to places to eat or shop. We hope to come back soon..

Pirate Adventure

Our grandsons enjoyed the treasure hunt set up by our host. The condo was very well equipped, comfortable, and we had a great week. The 1st few days were extremely noisy due to construction on the building but that was due to no fault of the condo owner.

Lovely Condo near the Beach

The condo was clean and had a nice layout. My sisters and I had a wonderful time. The walk to the beach was easy and there were nice beach items in the condo to use (such as a beach wagon, chairs, etc.) There was a nice coffee maker (keurig) with a few pods for us. The owner responded to my questions by text immediately. We definitely recommend this condo to all.
