Welcome to Oceans Joy, your oceanfront escape along St. Augustine Beach’s beloved Golden Mile. This is a place to slow down, unplug, and let the sound of the waves set the pace for your stay.

Sip your morning coffee on the oceanfront balcony, feel the sea breeze, and take in endless views from both bedrooms. Inside, you’ll find updated appliances and fresh, comfortable furnishings designed for easy, stress-free living. Spend your days lounging by the pool, walking the non-driving beach just steps away, or simply relaxing with the ocean as your backdrop.
Everything is thoughtfully equipped so you can arrive, unpack, and truly unwind. We invite you to leave the busy world behind and enjoy the simple joy of beach life at Oceans Joy.

No Smoking and No Pets.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in the kitchen for easy meal prep. There are beach chairs and several beach toys provided. We do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard. There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

This place was perfect for us. The location was great, right on the beach. Restaurants were so close you could walk to some of them. Had everything we needed. We’ll be staying again in the future if still available.

Great Spring Break

My wife and I took our daughter and her friend for a week stay for Spring Break. Check in process and communication was easy and smooth. Location was excellent with easy beach access and pool access. Unit is on second floor corner facing the ocean for amazing sunrises. Plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Only issue was roof construction that started mid way through stay that we or the rental company were aware of. Activity with scaffolding happened during the day .

A beach stay with all the amenities. Clean and comfortable with amazing views. The photos of the property were true to what the property is.Condo amenities were an added benefit. Convenient to good dining options. Didn't have to worry about anything including beach toys!

Worth the money!!

The entire experience was nearly perfect. The condo is a 2nd floor end unit that was quiet throughout the stay. Renters were above us for part of our stay and we had no problem with noise. Access to the beach was quick and easy. There were only 4-5 occupied units during our stay which may have contributed to the serenity but we sort of plan it that way by traveling slightly off-season. The weather was particularly windy and one evening it blew a downspout off kilter that clanked against the outside wall all night costing one night of unrest but the issue was quickly resolve with one phone call the next day. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful view

The condo was clean and the patio is large and beautiful views. Only recommendations would be to provide more comfortable seating on the patio and new pillows in the 2nd bedroom. Communication was good and nice small condo community. The beach in front is peaceful and no cars permitted on this end. Close to walk to restaurants and coffee bar. Would stay here again..

Non relaxing beach stay

paid to stay ocean front with easy beach access, except construction whole time we were there blocking beach access as well as loud construction trucks day & night. Construction not completed till 3pm on our last day. Not told about construction till day of check in.

wonderful view

beautiful views from a large oceanfront deck. very clean and comfortable, well stocked especially towels. Finally a place with hand soap! loved all the beach gear too.

Ocean's Joy - Perfection!!

My husband and I stayed at Oceans Joy for 4 nights in June. The location of the unit was perfect for us. It's ocean front on the 2nd level. The pool is also right across the parking lot and historic downtown St. Augustine is just a 10 to 15 minute drive. The unit provides all kitchen necessities, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. Communication with the great. When we got home, I realized that I forgot some clothing in the dresser. I texted the rental company and they responded immediately. They checked the unit the next morning, found my clothes, and shipped them that day. I Gifford recommend Oceans Joy!

Great location on the ocean. Great view from the balcony. Close to all attractions. We used Uber and had no problems with transportation. Lots of eating options within walking distance.

Great little condo

Everything as described. Very clean. Beautiful views. Easy check in. No problems or issues. Master bed very comfy (not overly hard or soft). Slept well. Walking distance to several beach restaurants. Short drive to saint augustine.
