Este es un condominio frente al Golfo, el gran balcón de 3.000 pies cuadrados con vistas a la playa y al Golfo. En la esquina sudeste con vistas increíbles!



Este condominio nunca ha sido alquilado !! Nuevos propietarios y abierto para alquilar marzo de 2018 !!! Sea el primero en relajarse y disfrutar de su estadía en este condominio de 4 recámaras, 4. 5 baños bellamente decorado y decorado profesionalmente. No hubo gastos al decorar este condominio, con gabinetes mejorados en la cocina, baldosas, detalles personalizados y una decoración moderna. ¡No hay otro condominio en Phoenix West II como este!



Al entrar no puede dejar de suspirar y dejar pasar sus preocupaciones mientras se relaja en este condominio de 2600 pies cuadrados. Esta sala de estar orientada al sur de la esquina tiene ventanas de piso a techo y vistas al atardecer desde la sala de estar, las habitaciones y, por supuesto, el balcón de 3.000 pies cuadrados. Un wet-bar y un productor de hielo mejorarán cualquier fiesta.



El dormitorio principal del condominio tiene una cama tamaño king, al igual que el segundo dormitorio y el tercer y cuarto dormitorio tienen dos camas de tamaño completo. Hemos instalado gabinetes personalizados y encimeras de granito en todo el condominio.

The extra large balcony became another hangout area for our teens when the adults gathered inside.We found the beds comfortable, and appreciated having two refrigerators in the kitchen/dining area. It was well decorated. The unit was great but the building, pools, were disappointing. The pools and elevators were insufficient for the demands of the large building and many guests. Do not check in at 4:30pm. Wait until much later in the day. Be sure to rent beach chairs right away for the week. Otherwise you will not be close to the water. The outdoor family pool was murky and packed.The Condo rocked, but the building and grounds were disappointing.

THE BEST CONDO

This by far is one of the nicest places I've stayed, and I come every year for the last 20 years. The ONLY thing I would like to recommend to owner, is there is no broom in condo, there is a push type broom, but it needs a regular broom. Also, the directions to use the stovetop need to be beside the stovetop, visible. We spent two days trying to figure it out, then one day we just happened upon the instructions in a drawer. And lastly, the full beds weren't very comfy, but definitely manageable. These are MINOR things, that I am just suggesting. I still give this confo a 10 all the way!!! Thanks for having us!!!!

Amazing space!

This is simply a one of a kind condo unit with the HUGE balcony! We had a family reunion and our unit served as the nighttime hangout spot. Only gripe was the elevator situation. Simply not enough elevators. Took forever for us to get our luggage up to the 31st floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 families in this 4 BR unit. The unit is THE nicest condo we've ever stayed. It's HUGE - 3000 sq ft - but the deck is also huge thanks to the way the building was constructed. You could host a 100 person cocktail party on the deck!As we waited to "move in" we learned that the previous week's occupants had made a real mess- broken the dishwasher and ice maker. The owner was very quick to respond and had people in the unit working to fix things right away. The cleaning crew did a great job & the unit was spotless when we moved in.Overall the ONLY issue is getting an elevator during "Prime Time" - otherwise, this place was excellent!

Loved this beautiful property

Our family had a wonderful time during this crazy pandemic. The property was amazing. We would definitely consider coming back again. Our only hiccup was that I never received an email with all of the pertinent information to check in so I assumed that my confirmation number would be all I needed but that was not correct. I called Julia and she returned my call within the hour and we were able to proceed with checking in.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a spacious and beautiful unit. It was well furnished and clean. The biggest downside was the long wait for elevators, especially at peak time. Unfortunately, although there were some signs posted asking people to wear masks, it was rare to see anyone following this guideline. That combined with the lack of sufficient elevators meant that you were often crowded into an elevator car with people not from your family who were not wearing face coverings. It was unsafe and rude and a constant issue. I would have appreciated it if the staff had at least requested that people cover their faces in public areas, both as check in and as they encountered people during the day. The pool area was also very crowded and no attempt was made to provide space between parties.

Unfortunate Theft Incident but Overall A Good Place for Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented was very nice, clean, with great view of the ocean. Spacious and open with a huge balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with essentials to make family meals. The unit is big and roomy to accompdate our big family of 14. However, unfortunately during our stay there, 2 of our new Tommy Bahamas chairs were stolen when we stored them in the storage area by the pool in the facility. There were 3 other families who experience the same with their beach belongings stolen. We reported to the security and they said there’s nothing they can do about it, except filing a police report. This is a bit disappointing for a nice facility such as Phoenix to not he able to secure saftey of guests belongings. If the management isn’t going to fo anything about situations as such, then they should have signs up to let guests know that they store things in that area as their own risk. At least, that way guests can have some kind of expectation and make decision more informed. Besides, this unfortunate incident, overall it’s a nice and clean facility to enjoy a beachfront vacation with family friendly amenities. Let guests

Heavenly Vacation

The views are incredible. We felt like we were in the clouds because all you see is water when you look out the window. Just amazing views. The condo amenities were great. The waterslide was a baby sitter the whole time for our kids. The ocean waves were a little high all week with a strong current but the strong current brought in great shells so we had a great trip shelling in the morning, playing in the sand and the pools all day and then crabbing at night was fun too. Julia made the whole rental process a breeze and answered all our questions. The access code instead of keeping up with a key made everything easy for our party because someone was always coming and going. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this unit and renting with Phoenix Rentals.
