The most luxurious unit in Oasis, formerly knows as Phoenix West II! Unit 211 has an enormous wrap-around balcony, 16' ceilings throughout, and exquisite designer touches at every turn. As you enter the unit, you're immediately greeted with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The living room is broad enough for the whole family to lounge comfortably, and the kitchen/dining room provide ample seating for bar-height dining and preparing a feast. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



This unit is perfectly located on the 2nd floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!! Why wait for elevators to go to the beach or pools when you can easily take the stairs down one flight.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, there is a king bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, queen and full sized beds in the 4th bedroom for sleeping 10. Every bedroom in this condo provides balcony access and has its own en suite bath. The condo offers a 65'' HD TV in the living room, a 50'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom a 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.
