Hi Misty, thanks for your review. Please know the return air vents have been dusted. We are unable to clean rust but appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve. We hate the weather was rainy to cause you to leave early. We do see you tried to cancel prior to your arrival because of the rainy forecast. This is a way to take it out on rental agents just doing our job. This is a super popular unit and hope to see you back again soon (new lr furniture coming in Nov!)
