Nuestro condominio (unidad 118) es de propiedad y operación familiar y es nuevo en el grupo de alquiler.

Este hermoso y espacioso condominio frente a la playa de 3 dormitorios ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar desde la sala de estar, la cocina y el dormitorio principal. El segundo y tercer dormitorio también disfrutan de vistas al océano.

A finales de 2017, el condominio recibió una hermosa renovación. Pintura fresca, hermosos pisos de baldosas, aire acondicionado en la sala de estar y en cada habitación. La unidad cuenta con un televisor de 75 "en la habitación familiar, ropa de cama de calidad sofisticada y grandes, modernos y únicos ventiladores de techo de madera en todo. El desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena seguramente se disfrutarán en el hermoso lanai, a solo unos pasos de la playa y la piscina.

Tenemos todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, muebles, lavadora y secadora y accesorios de baño. La cocina está totalmente equipada para cenar y la espaciosa terraza privada es perfecta para tomar un café por la mañana, relajarse o cenar al atardecer.

La ubicación es excelente, con playas de arena en ambas direcciones y a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento.

El Royal Mauian Resort es una propiedad única de 6 pisos frente al mar ubicada en South Kihei. Se encuentra entre 2 playas de arena, está muy bien cuidada y tiene vistas panorámicas al océano.

Los jardines ofrecen una piscina frente al mar, un amplio jardín con tumbonas con vista al agua y un jardín en la azotea con vista al mar con mesas de barbacoa de gas y una cocina completa para una experiencia mágica al atardecer.

We loved our stay in Kihei at this perfect and quaint 3 bedroom unit. I was pleasantly surprised the unit offered all the extra “bells and whistles” we appreciated: black out curtains, extra fans, beach toys/chairs/umbrellas, and everything necessary to cook a great meal. Traveling with 2 toddlers, we appreciated the ease and organization on this home. It’s a beautiful unit! The bathrooms are not updated like the rest of the home, but they are functional, well-appointed and clean. The keypad for the front door was perfect for lock & leave. A wonderful 10 days!

Loved our stay! The location between kamaole beaches 1&2 cannot be beat. Loved the beach front and sunset views. Perfect for families, comes with all the beach essentials. The AC in each room is a rare but welcome find. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this particular unit and we love it! We love the Royal Mauian, the location and the setting - we have been coming back here for 40 years. This particular unit is awesome for families, well stocked and we appreciated the responsive and helpful property management.

Amazing location!

This is the absolute perfect location in Maui and we can't wait to go back!We LOVED everything about it:-Having the unit on the ground level made access to the pool and beaches so easy-Amazing sunset views each night-Beach gear provided was such a convenience (beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, etc). -Pool access just steps from the lanai. Not having to walk down hallways or use an elevator to get to it was so nice.-The beach access was perfection. Hard to know from the listing on how close it was, but I can assure you...it's close! We grabbed the beach gear each day, stepped outside, and was on the beach within 1 minute. Beach wasn't crowded at all, which made it even better.-Restaurants were just across the street or down the street. Didn't need to drive anywhere unless you wanted to.-Living room was spacious, couch was comfortable and had room for everyone. They had family board games to play and books to read while relaxing.-Kitchen had everything we needed (separate ice machine, separate beverage cooler, keurig, storage containers, and more)-Newly renovated living room and kitchen areaWe went to the Marriot Wailea for a luau and even commented that we preferred our accommodations more. I promise you won't regret staying here!

A lovely return to Kihei

This was our second stay here, this time with the addition of two young kids, and we had another great experience. The ground-floor location is perfect—offering easy access to the pool and beachfront. The newly remodeled kitchen is modern and well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The decor is tasteful, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We also loved exploring the local shops and restaurants nearby.A note for families: While we enjoyed our time, the overall condo establishment is less kid-friendly compared to other places we’ve stayed on the island. There are strict rules regarding noise on the lawn, and items like balls and inflatables are not allowed in the pool. This isn’t necessarily a downside, but it’s something to consider depending on your family’s needs. For those seeking a more peaceful destination, this is most certainly a plus! (As context, we spent the second half of our trip at a more family-oriented hotel, which offered different advantages, such as a more relaxed pool setup and additional services.)Overall we are very thankful to have enjoyed our second stay here and hope that we can return to this special condo in the future! Thank you!

Fabulous stay!

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 3 couples. The location cannot be beat - oceanfront, garden level unit with unbelievable sunsets to be viewed from the lanai. Great whale and turtle viewing daily. Pool and beach are both very close. Best equipped property we have stayed at with everything needed for the beach. Walking distance to stores, shops and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked and we loved the ice machine!

Location is perfect.

This condo was perfect for our family. The location is the best, walk outside door you have a nice grassy area for kids, the sandy beach is a few steps away. The pool is right outside. Our favorite part is spending evenings outside condo enjoying the sunsets and counting starts with our grandkids. Condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Only minor thing the kitchen is brand new and beautiful, high end appliances a bit complicated to operate microwave, dishwasher, stove. We are pretty tech savy but it took a while to learn it. Wished the fridge had a water dispenser. But besides that everything was perfect. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We loved the easy access to both beaches - great for younger children. Snorkeling at both beaches was terrific and the children saw 7 turtles in one day. The condo was fully equipped and the beds were comfy. There are beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys and 1 smaller Playmate cooler and a larger cooler. Can’t say enough. Highly Recommend.

Perfect place and location for multigeneration group.

Three generation family group- ages 7 to 73 had a perfect visit here. Condo beautiful with all updated appliances, utensils, beach and pool accessories. Location is also perfect - two sandy beaches and coral reef with great swimming and snorkeling- we watched turtles both from our front yard and snorkeled with them. Pool steps away from our condo for easy transition from ocean to condo. And across the street at the backside are restaurants, stores, etc. Other than special side trips to Haleakala and Wailea, little time spent in our rental cars as everything was right here. We enjoyed 4th of July fireworks from both rooftop and the shoreline. We have been spoiled by this place and only hope that it will be available the next time we visit Maui! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Perfect choice!

Sitting on the spacious patio and enjoying the ocean and sunsets while watching for whales was a real treat. The unit was nicely decorated and well-equipped. It is within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and shops. We were delighted with our choice!

Family get away!

We had a fabulous time! The place sits right in front of the water! We could hear the waves crashing on the rocks all day long! We saw so many whales leaping out of the water it was amazing!! The sunsets were amazing! The place was well stocked with everything one needed in a kitchen! Here’s to pina coladas everyday!!

Paradise at the Royal Mauian

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay, here in paradise! Just as all of the other reviews mentioned, the owners were very responsive to any questions we had (we had zero concerns!) and they really have thought of everything here. We felt right at home with all of the amenities, beach gear, towels, games, books, and privacy of the unit. You almost feel like you have your own oceanfront home here. The rooftop bbq area is beautiful and the overall building is very well kept and clean. We did want to mention that we had concerns about bringing our two boys (ages 4 and 7) given some of the other visitors comments. We found that it was kid friendly and there were many other families staying at this complex. It was perfect for us to take our boys over to either park right next door the building to play lawn games or scream and shout in the ocean waves. Prep your kiddos ahead of time that the condo lawn and pool are “quieter” zones. We found everyone here very friendly to us and our kids. Thank you for this awesome vacation! We would certainly stay here again!
