Great place to stay

Our family of four had a great time. We stayed for a week. Location was great. Lots of restaurants and grocery nearby. Condo was in between Kamole 2 and 3 beaches. Loved the ground floor and ability to sit and enjoy sunset every night. Convenient location for traveling to all different parts of Maui.

The property was as described. Very convenient to the beach and shopping. The unit was clean and the property managers were very responsive. The unit had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Love having a ground floor unit where you can walk right out on to the lawn . View was pretty good even though we were right by the pool. It is probably the least decorated condo we have ever stayed in - good because there are no knicknacks to break but a few more pictures on the wall would have been nice.

Gorgeous view and comfortable

This was a beautiful 2 bedroom condo that was just as it appeared online. Everything was there that we needed such as plates, utensils, cleaning products, etc. The staff welcomed us on the first day and we never needed to reach out to them as this unit is pristine. It was quiet and beautiful. The pool is right outside our door and the view is awesome. We would definitely stay in this unit again during our next visit.

Decent location. Walkable to a beach. Not as kid friendly as you might think…no pool floaties allowed in pool per condo association rules. This should be noted in VRBO listing. Lanai unusable when A/C is running…the wood box in the pictures covers the heat exchanger so it dumps tons of heat right onto the lanai.

Location is great. The hosts are very available, which is nice. The A/C wasn’t working great. And when the A/C is on, you can’t use the patio because the output from the A/C blows directly on to the patio and it’s like a giant HOT heater blowing on you. The bed spreads and pillow cases are white an were a bit dirty. There were rodent or cockroach traps all over the house and the hosts didn’t mention anything about these. The beaches are very close, The pool is right there. This is the 3rd unit we have stayed at at the Royal Mauian. We like this location in Kihei.

Clean, great location, comfy beds, great views, and quiet. Kitchen very tight and needs cheese grater and lids for pots and pans. Lanaii chairs not as pictured. These had no cushions and uncomfortable. Pool not heated as listed. Ocean was warmer. But nothing unlivable. We would definitely stay again.

Best condo complex in kihei

This condo has a great view, ground floor, but private behind the pool. Super clean and modern. Rental company supplies 4 beach chairs and cooler. There are no other beach supplies. Kitchen is stocked for basics only. Top of the line coffee maker. All appliances worked great. No baking pans. I recommend beach hut for breakfast and shaved ice and coconuts for dinner across the street.

Prefect Location, Clean Unit, Great Value, Grouchy Groundskeeper

This place was great. Perfect location. Clean. Responsive management. Nice condo. However we were on the ground floor so under the watchful eye of the groundskeeper guy who was a little too fond of the house rules about not leaving things laying around, noise, etc. He seemed to always be watching and waiting for us to break a rule. He approached us about our paddle boards which had been sittinh on the grass in front of the place, asking how much longer they'd be there. We are a pretty quiet and respectful group. Not what's needed on vacation.

A great stay

Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations! The condo sits right on the water and that is the main feature for staying there. The furniture might need a little upgrading but other than that it was a great place to stay!

Such an ideal location - nestled right between Kameole l and Kameole ll 🙂

We loved our stay here! The location is great and the view is fantastic. The recently updated unit was clean and stocked with all the basics. Access to the beach chairs was a nice plus!

Beautiful View

This was the perfect location, and very clean. The decor and furnishing were nice but alittle worn and dated. However we were told that it will be remodeled by next year. It has easy access to the beach and pool for families with children. It was nice to have the park next door. Restaurants, quick shopping and watersport/moped rentals were literally right across the street. The rental fee for snorkels, fins, masks and mopeds were all very feesable. All said and done we do like the building, love the groundfloor units and would book again. The service we recieved from ALi'i was great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
