Great place to stay: super clean and right on the water with a great view of the mountains. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom has an amazing shower. Would love to stay there again.

Completely enjoyed our stay and the serenity of the location. The host was wonderful to communicate with and we will definitely be back. The only thing we would have loved is for the checkout time to be changed to 12 pm.

Beautiful location with resort like views of water. Very comfortable interior with many plugs available for your electronics. Plus a great TV for living area. Just steps away from Joseph Whidbey park with multi trails adjacent to shore and in forest. Oak Harbor restaurants just a short drive away.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The place was decorated so tastefully and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the bathroom…especially the walk-in shower. The kitchen was well appointed and enjoyed the complementary bottle of bubbly while watching the sunset from the porch. Everything was just perfect including the communication from the host.

Nice little getaway

It was a perfect little get away for my wife and I. We were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary. we had nice walks on the beach and was able to watch the sunsets every night. I would stay at the West Beach Retreat again.

Wonderful beach getaway

Everything about this stay was so relaxing - having the ocean in your actual backyard is magical! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and so well appointed. We got a windy and stormy day, and it was so nice to curl up and listen to and watch the stormy seas while being nice and cozy. We would definitely look forward to another stay, we wished we had more time!

Beautiful location

We loved our stay at the retreat, beautiful views and very clean which we loved. It felt very cozy, inviting and the kitchen was fully stocked. The rooms each had their own heat/ac which we really appreciated.

Absolutely stunning views!

The property had everything we needed. The decor was peaceful and appealing. The house is so close to the water. We spent several hours just looking at birds and gazing at the beach and water. There are plenty of places to visit on Whidbey Island. I could have stayed another week. We hope to stay here again.

We honor our military at West Beach Retreat! We offer a 10% discount off the daily rental fee for all current active duty and former military members with military ID or proof of service. The offer is available to the person who books the property only not members of their party.

The grill is available from June through August only due to inclement weather and high winds we sometimes get limits us to seasonal access.
