La elegancia sureña se encuentra con la playa de Pensacola en 1708 Ensenada Uno. Ubicado en una calle tranquila en un callejón sin salida justo al otro lado de la calle del Sound. El garaje en la planta baja ofrece un amplio estacionamiento para varios vehículos, así como un lugar para guardar sus juguetes de playa. Hay una sala de juegos increíble con mesa de billar también!

El primer piso tiene dos habitaciones y comparte un baño con Jack y Jill. Una de las habitaciones del nivel principal tiene una cama individual y la segunda habitación del nivel principal tiene dos juegos de camas gemelas sobre literas individuales. La cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar fluyen muy bien para el entretenimiento con una gran terraza junto a la sala de estar. Hay un medio baño en el primer piso para invitados. El tercer piso completo es la suite principal con baño privado y puertas francesas que conducen a su balcón privado con impresionantes vistas.

La prístina arena blanca de la hermosa playa de Pensacola se encuentra a unos 5-7 minutos a pie hacia el sur desde esta tranquila calle sin salida privada.

Very nice property - inside & out

Outside - lawn area was really nice for the pup, and even had a clean up scooper to use. BBQ grill was clean (can be a rare find). Pool was also clean and nice lawn furniture - nothing was raggedy or mis-matched. My only ask would be some additional lighting in the pool area for a night swim on a hot night.Inside - Very clean and organized. Cabinets were well labeled, and kitchen items we nice matched sets, not work out, and clean! Ample TV in the bedrooms, AC was quiet and the WIFI worked very well. This is our 7th or 8th different rental in PB, and definitely one we would rent again.

Nice Pool - Loud Rental Neighbors

Our second stay at this home, because we wanted to see how the new swimming pool affected our experience. Positives: walking distance to beach, nice home, large TVs, fenced in yard, pool, pet friendly Negatives: sticky door knobs, sticky stair rail, surrounded by rental properties with very large groups of people under one roof - very loud, poorly stocked kitchen, no lighting in the back yard for grilling

Short walk to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of space, clean, and an easy 2 minute walk to the beach! The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The pool is great!If you like to swim in the late evening, know there are no exterior lights and the pool is not lighted. There is a shortage of chairs on the two verandas. We brought out our beach chairs for us to enjoy the evening breezes. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived. They were responsive in trying to repair but parts needed to be ordered.

Reviewer Comments: Our short stay at the property was overall good the home was beautiful, and spacious,the pool was a major Plus.I would had like to see a few more everyday items such as towels Sheets pillows etc. I feel it's hard enough packing yourself to go out of town along with your your family so to have to pack half your home when you're going to a home gets tough.However all of the staff were very kind and great the home was clean very comfortable and we loved every bit of it.We would rate 8.5 out of 10.

Not Our Favorite Rental

Reviewer Comments: Positives: location, comfortable couches, awesome tvs, new swimming pool installed, fenced back yard, pet friendly, pool table in basementNegatives: horrible sheets on the beds, uncomfortable beds in guest rooms, had to purchase pots to cook crab legs due to kitchen not stocked properly, no beach chairs/wagons, bikes were bolted in the basement but not allowed for guest use, road noise, remote does not work on the tv in the master bedroom if you are in the bed, pool construction pool showed up to do more work unannounced, the basement door requires a key for exiting the home???, garages are shown but the accessible one is used by owner and the second is too confined for normal size vehicles, oh, and last but certainly not least - the sheriffs department knocked at the door looking for “——— ————-“.

The only thing I would recommend is that if there is construction being done on a rental during the time it is booked, let the customer know before they arrive and give them another option to go to. There was a pool being installed at the rental and one morning we had to listen to machines all morning. I do that for a living all day so I’m used to it but I know some people might not care for it. Just a suggestion. Thanks!

Just a few minor issues.. the top floor shower had a broken shower seat that fell on my foot so now my foot is bruised, bottom bathroom sink didn’t have cold water either. Other than that everything was great

Perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family (2 adults and two 18 year old boys) beach vacation. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The outdoor grill was great! The house was spacious. The boys used the bunk beds to sleep and the other room for video games. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the upstairs deck each morning. The house is on a quite cul-de-sac with a walking path right around the corner. The beach is a five minute walk away at most. Restaurants are a few minutes drive away. We stopped at the grocery just before crossing over the bridge to stock up for the week. We did late check in and early checkout, so I didn't speak to anyone from the management company. The process was easy and we had no issues. This is one of the best stays in a rental we have had. Comfortable and relaxing. I would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very very dirty outside. Lots of dead bugs and spider webs all over the front porch. The outside furniture was really dirty and they did come to clean the cushions. But it took them 4 days to dry and we were unable to use them for 4 out of the 7 days. There was not proper and/or enough kitchen supplies. Cookware was the nonstick type and peeling up badly. The management did send someone to clean the front porch two times and it was still unacceptable. The high cost was not worth it for this house. I would also be apprehensive to use this rental company again. As they knew all these issues and did not offer any discount but an “I’m sorry”. I would give it 1 star.

Disappointed

After reading the reviews I was totally surprised with the home. Sofas dirty, for a beach house no chairs or towels, linens old including pillows are flat, toaster was dirty and smoking, no iron but there was a steamer didn’t work and ruined my shirt , outside furniture cheap uncomfortable and only had 4 chairs railing leading to house loose and dangerous

Pensacola Getaway

Reviewer Comments: This home was very comfortable and felt like home and a vacation all in one. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious and wonderful with large closets. Both bathrooms are good size with a 3rd 1/2 bath and laundry room. The lower bedrooms are smaller and a little more cramped with luggage. But since we were only using 2 bedrooms, the 3rd one was used to store luggage instead of keeping in the other lower bedroom. The TVs were nice sized and had access to many channels. A definite plus as many places leave you with small televisions. There was a brand new grill available for use and all appliances in the kitchen were updated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more.One important feature for us, is that a place is clean, and this house did not disappoint. Smelled fresh and looked very clean. The house was decorated very nicely and loved how it was setup. Just one note, the white slip covers on two of the 3 loveseats were a little stained and the dinning room chairs, can really use a deep cleaning. This home has 2 beautiful porches/balconies, but no furniture to sit on. All we had with us were small beach chairs that sit low, so we did not get to enjoy this feature. It would have been nice if they had a few chairs in the basement/garage (which had a pool table) that could have been brought out for use and then returned when we left.Overall, we loved this place and have recommended it to others. We appreciated that it was dog friendly as we have a small dog that does not bark or make any messes. It can be difficult finding a nice place, such as this, that we feel comfortable in and has the cleanliness we prefer.
