Coastal Cottage is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom pet friendly home in Pensacola Beach, Florida that offers a private pool (can be heated for an additional fee) and a short walk to the beach. Situated in a laid-back neighborhood, this home gives you both a relaxed environment and a convenient drive to everything Pensacola has to offer.

**Please note there is a strict 2 pet maximum, guests will be fined for bringing additional pets.**

Coastal Cottage will instantly put you in a good mood with its hardwood floors, calming décor, and abundance of natural light. The living room offers comfortable couches centered around a large Smart TV making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The dining area offers seating for four with additional seating at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen. For meal prep, the well-appointed kitchen is a chef’s delight with its stainless steel appliances and bright, roomy atmosphere.

This home can sleep up to nine guests comfortably with three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each of the bedrooms offers Smart TVs, so you can watch your favorite programs in your own space. There is an included washer/dryer with your rental to help you keep up with your laundry. Coastal Cottage is also snowbird friendly for those who desire an extended stay during the winter months.

This rental is located 100 yards from the beach, an easy walk. When you aren’t spending time at the beach take a dip in the private pool. From this location you will be around 10 miles from Pensacola, giving you almost limitless activity, dining and attraction options. The Pensacola Beach Trolley offers free rides from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day to help make getting around the area a breeze.
