Esta es una casa absolutamente hermosa. Esta impecable casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ofrece fácil acceso a la playa a través de una servidumbre de acera al otro lado de la calle. Menos de 75 yardas a las playas de arena blanca. También hay excelentes vistas desde la gran terraza que da al golfo (con vistas al mar) y amplios asientos en la terraza para muchas personas.

Cada uno de los 3 dormitorios ofrece un baño privado. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama tamaño king y un sofá cama, y ​​un baño enorme con mucho espacio en el armario y una bañera de hidromasaje con chorros de agua y ducha separada. El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama king y el tercer dormitorio ofrece dos camas queen. Tom was amazing from day 1 when we booked. House was perfect for our big family get together where everyone felt like they had space but also had a great common area/living room inside and multiple nice sitting areas outside. Clean and comfortable bedrooms with everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely be returning.

Host was available (via text) for questions prior to arrival, communications were informative and timely. Location is great--close to beach, attractions, bike path, etc. Provided plenty of beach chairs and in good condition. Kitchen was well appointed, including two ovens and plenty of utensils.

Beautiful home in a quiet area on Pensacola Beach. The beach access is directly across the street which meant we could easily come and go from the property to the beach each day. The bedrooms were generous in size, clean and well appointed with everything you need for a fabulous and comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to book for parties of 10-14 people and the pics really don’t do it justice….its quite spacious. Plenty of parking and nice neighborhood to take casual walks. Would 100% stay again! Thanks Tom!

Beach Loving Razorbacks

Our family vacations every other year together. This year we gathered to celebrate our patriarch’s 70th birthday! We ALL loved this home and have stayed in many in our 20 years. Well stocked kitchen, great family area and the bedroom/bathroom layouts are fantastic. The separate laundry room is such a bonus. We will definitely return!

We have stayed at many vacation rentals thru out the years and this home and the amenities were exceptional! The home easily slept our family of thirteen with room to spare. All items needed to play in the sand were provided and the house was supplied with plenty of towels, kitchen items etc. The pool was a great bonus for us all. The location was perfect, the wonderful beach was steps from the house and great restaurants close. We were blessed to see alot of sealife and the grandbabies were so excited. Our host was great and so very easy to work with. We were all so impressed and are eager to come visit again. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy the home, the scenary and some very much needed time together. The Cole Clan from the midwest.

Great beach house. The floor plan helped make the house seem bigger, it was very well stocked and had everything you need for the beach. The area was quiet and the elevator was a blessing as we had a family member who otherwise would have had trouble with the steps. Would stay there again!

Fantastic Stay – Perfect for a Large Family!We had an amazing time at this vacation house! Traveling with a family of 16, we were a bit nervous about space and amenities, but this home exceeded all expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably.The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of pots, pans, plates, and silverware – everything we needed for cooking big family meals. Having two ovens and a quality dishwasher was a huge bonus, and the grill outside was perfect for cookouts.The pool was awesome, and there were plenty of beach chairs and floats available, which made our days in the sun even more enjoyable. The covered tables by the pool and on the deck gave us great shaded spots to gather and eat.Getting to the beach was a breeze, and once there, we found it to be exceptional – clean, beautiful, and not overcrowded. Truly a highlight of the trip!The hangout area with a pool table and dart board provided fun for everyone, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras like books and board games available to use.The elevator was incredibly helpful for bringing up groceries and luggage, and especially important for a family member with limited mobility. It made moving between floors so much easier.Another huge bonus: the house was CLEAN – spotless when we arrived, which made settling in that much more enjoyable.The washer and dryer were also a big help, especially with a big group.All in all, this house had everything we nee

Amazing property. Awesome location!

This house fit the needs of our family perfectly. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bath and the heated pool was a treat for those of us who aren’t exactly beach people. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Would highly recommend!

Stayed over easterSteps from the beach, pool is great. We brought a bunch of stuff with us for the beach…didn’t need any of it! House has everything you need. Super clean and super comfortable. Stayed in that area lots of times, best house we ever had. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Tom for a great stay!

Wonderful House

We completely enjoyed our stay here. The house is well-kept and clean. Communication with the owner was superb. We had a small issue with the pool when we first arrived, but he worked to resolve it immediately. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the ping pong table, pool table and dart board kept the kids entertained, especially on the one rainy day we had. My favorite thing about the house was sitting on the front porch viewing the gulf while listening to the surf.

A Week of Sun

Nice location close walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, toys and even towels to use. The home was spacious for our large group, with nice decks to sit out on. Clean and comfortable. We had a great week at this home.

Living space was larger than appeared in photos. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything we needed was there and it was super helpful & convienant. Thr beach house is lovely and a hop, skip & jump from the beautiful beach.

Christmas On The Beach

Our family left wrapping paper on the floor of our home and escaped to the beach for a time away from the hustle and bustle of Christmas.It was wonderful and needed. We played on the beach during the day and at night we played pool, darts and we put puzzles together and played board games.., it was a great time for all.I would recommend this rental for any family interested in getting away and reconnecting.

Great property for teens!

We rented this property for my son’s 16th birthday weekend with friends and family. It was perfect for our group!! We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for 23 people while the teens played pool and darts. Two ovens in the kitchen and adequate pans for stove top made breakfast prep for 16 people manageable. We brought a gas fire pit and enjoyed sitting outside near the pool. Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony, and the walk is so short it is practically gulf front. Property was clean, beds comfy, and everything exactly as advertised. We enjoyed leaving our mark on the chalk wall before leaving. This property is a gem for larger groups, especially with teens or young adults. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect family celebration

We stayed stayed at this property to celebrate Thanksgiving and my son's 18th birthday. We couldn't have found a better house! The beach is just steps away, and the restaurants, shops, and docks for deep sea fishing are all less than ten minutes away. The house itself is beautiful, and extremely well equipped. My kids had a blast in the pool, playing billiards and darts. Tom was an ideal host, and answered all of texts right away. This was an all around five start rental.

No Better Place for Making Great Memories

This beautiful home couldn't have been more ideally laid out for my 87-year old dad, my sister and me. We each had the equivalent of our own private suite off in 3 different areas of the large, comfortable and beautifully appointed home where we could retreat for a nap, reading or tv down time when we weren't all out of the large deck watching the Blues and the Birds Super Delta flyover! We also appreciated that the pantry was quite well stocked, that we had ample choices of beach chairs, floats, etc. at our disposal, and the elevator was a true godsend, esp for my dad. Host Tom was a pleasure to communicate with. 5 big ol gold stars! We loved every minute of our stay and all the memories we made are truly priceless.

Better every time!

Out of many, many years of vacationing on the Panhandle, this house is our favorite place to stay. Great layout, effortless walk to the beach, elevator, nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood, and now they've added another lovely bed/bath and a divine saltwater pool. Always a pleasure to spend time here!

Bachelor trip for my son

Very nice home it had everything listed and more … Had a great time !! Had a couple small issues that Tom was quick to respond and was taken care of promptly and he sent a care package for any inconvenience! We will use this property in the future!
