La amplia cocina comedor cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La sala de estar tiene muebles cómodos y un gran televisor de pantalla plana. The room arrangement worked well for my husband and me, our three adult children, our daughter-in-law and our eight-year-old grandson. The North Bay Beach was in easy walking distance and beach tags for Cape May beaches were provided.

We had a wonderful time. The walk to the bay was easy for even the youngest child in our group. The house was as advertised and the host was responsive to any questions. The equipment for the beach was great too, wagons? Chairs and umbrellas.

2nd stay

We previously stated at Carlo’s home last year and had a great experience so we booked the house for a second year. Its location is great if you want to spend time on the bay. Perfect amount of space for our family.

Great for families

This property had everything we could ask for to make our stay fun and low stress! The bay is excellent for small kids and people who want to have a quieter environment and lots of space to play.

Loved our week at the bay

Our family of five had a great week. The bay is just close enough to walk to spend time on the beach without having to drive. The house was the perfect size for my family and parents to spend a few nights of the trip. We didn’t spend too much time in the yard, but it was a lovely space. Host was responsive.

Great house, great location

Wonderful house. Had everything we needed. Spacious rooms. Excellent backyard and deck area. And the shed was packed with beach gear - chairs, boogie boards, balls and beach pails and shovels for The kids. The only thing I’d suggest is softer mattresses or at least mattress toppers. Except for the bunk beds, the mattresses were not forgiving. But everything else, especially proximity to the bay, the ferry, and Harpoons restaurant, was Excellent. We’ll be back

Lovely and pristine

This property was lovely and met our needs. The owner was very responsive and was quick to answer any and all questions I had. The neighborhood was very quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of Cape May. Yet, it was a short drive to all area attractions. We have family that live in the area so it was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again.

New outlook on the bay!

Carlo’s property was very clean, updated and very functional for my family. It was within a 5 min or so walk to the beach, no beach tags needed. The check in process was easy as was communication with Carlo. We were overall very pleased! Hope to be back again!

Family vacation

Beautiful home in a great location. The backyard was an added bonus. Nice large yard, fenced in and a nice large dining table. We enjoyed eating our dinner outside. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. My adult daughter, her husband and my granddaughter stayed in the two bedrooms at the front of the home and my husband and teen son had the two bedrooms at the back of the home. Perfect setup for families needing privacy. We will book again !

It’s bigger on the inside!

This house is bigger than you’d expect! The pictures don’t do it justice. 5 adults and 2 kids slept comfortably and the bedrooms were nice and roomy, especially the master bedroom. The yard was a hit for the kids and the table out back was humongous. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The fridge had plenty of room and the dishwasher worked great. The beach was just a short walk away to watch the beautiful sunset. This place was great and the price was fantastic. We would absolutely recommend!

Cape May summer vacation

We had a great time staying at this property. The property was immaculate. The location was amazing. I would bring a mattress topper for the rooms next year- firm mattresses. Literally everything else was perfect.

Great place

Just a perfect place, five minute stroll to the bay beach, 10-15 minute drive to downtown cape may (also close to Wildwood boardwalk if you want a completely different experience). House is much bigger then most shore rentals, the master suite is huge. Nice patio with grill. Carlo is super responsive and friendly.

Perfect Family Getaway

This location was perfect. We had 3 families staying here, which included young children. The Bay beaches were great for the kids. The house was only a short walk to the beach. The house and yard were just what we needed. I would highly recommend this rental!

Great location

Short walk to the bay with gorgeous sunsets. Short drive to the ocean weather to Cape May or Wildwood. Questions were answered very quickly both through Vrbo and then through text once we were closer to our vacation and at the property. Only one suggestion to add mattress toppers as the beds were very, very firm. Thank you very much for a wonderful week at the beach!

Spring Break at the beach

We stayed at this house for our kids' spring break about a week or so ago. First off, the house was eat-off-the-floors immaculate. The layout was perfect. The location was great; we did daily sunsets on the bay beach - spectacular views, 2 min walk from the house. North Cape May is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but it's a convenient short drive to the boardwalk etc. Lots of delicious restaurants nearby. The owner of the house was very attentive and responsive to our inquiries. Very comfortable house. We made coffee and cooked breakfast everyday. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, We'd definitely stay there again!

Great Rental by the Bay

My husband and I took our teenagers to North Cape May to get away. The house was super clean and had all of the amenities that you need while vacationing away from home. Carlo was so helpful with any question, and recommendations. We rented bikes, went everywhere --- the bay is so close - that was one of the best features. The outside shower was a huge it. All around a great rental.

wish i knew this area before now

everyone in our family really enjoyed our stay . The area was a complete surprise for how nice the beach is and how close it was to the house. wish we discovered it before we will return again soon the house was wonderful ..very well kept...modern appliances.. great back yard...plenty of room for the whole family...
