Amplio Saltbox Colonial cerca del pueblo y las playas

Encantadora y espaciosa caja de sal colonial, convenientemente ubicada aproximadamente a 1,5 millas de la ciudad y 2 millas de las playas de la costa sur. La playa de Miacomet es la más cercana. La unidad de aire acondicionado de varias habitaciones enfría el área de la planta baja y cada habitación tiene una unidad de aire acondicionado con ventana.

La suite principal del primer piso tiene una cama king-size con dosel y baño adjunto. El baño principal tiene una bañera profunda y una ducha separada.
La cocina totalmente equipada tiene una estufa de gas Dynasty y un rincón para desayunar con ventilador de techo, con vista al patio trasero. Está totalmente equipado con ollas, sartenes, platos, etc. Microondas, licuadora, cafetera, máquina de hielo, panini están incluidos.
Un comedor formal separado tiene capacidad para 8.
La gran sala grande con techo alto de la catedral, ventilador de techo y chimenea de ladrillo de piso a techo. Las puertas francesas van desde la guarida hasta la encantadora terraza trasera.

La sala de estar tiene 40 "HDTV con cable Xfinity, así como reproductor de DVD.

Un dormitorio de arriba y el dormitorio principal de abajo tienen TV con cable Xfinity.

La terraza cuenta con mesa de hierro forjado y sillas con sombrilla, así como sillones LaFuma. Jardineras bien cuidadas rodean el espacio de la terraza.

La ducha al aire libre es completamente cerrada y privada, y el patio trasero está cercado y da vuelta a un camino de tierra con tierras de conservación más allá. Grandes vistas del atardecer desde la terraza.

El estanque de koi con cascada agrega un ambiente agradable al patio trasero y emite un sonido relajante cuando está afuera. ¡A los niños y adultos les encanta ver los peces de colores!

El patio se trata con la prevención de garrapatas y mosquitos.

Clean, well situated, quiet neighborhood, very spacious, check in was super easy and the kitchen was well stocked with spices and accoutrement and cooking accessories. Wifi was great! Backyard and pond were so calming. Love this place!

Peaceful stay in great neighborhood

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth throughout. The space felt comfortable and private—perfect for unwinding. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect house for our family

We had a fantastic two week stay. The Saltbox Colonial (3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 2,776 sqft) was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 boys ages 17, 14 and 11. The interior was very nice, roomy, clean, cozy and lived in comfortable. Three Queen beds, two twin beds, two very nice pullout couches. The house had everything, AC units, big-screen TV, ceiling fans, gas range, oven, huge washer/dryer, dishwasher, big fridge and freezer. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals at the house: pots, pans, cutting boards, lobster pot, blender, toaster, microwave. Location is mid island but quiet and feels isolated. Great location for exploring. By bike 10 min to town, 25 min to Surfside, 20 min to Cisco, 35 min to Madaket, 45 min to Sconset, 10 min to basketball court at the Boys and Girls club. Front yard is big enough for a volleyball net. Kids enjoyed reading, watching the Euros, feeding the Koi and watching out for deer and osprey. The boys want to come back to the same house next year as do we. Host is wonderful and put a lot of effort and thought into the well appointed house as well as her communication.

Lovely stay and great location

We loved our stay and the house was spacious, homey, and had everything we needed. The location is close to the bike paths and its very convenient to town and the beaches too.

Bigger than the pictures show

Great house, lot of room, updated appliances, quiet neighborhood, cool fish pond, great water pressure in the outdoor shower. The house is in the middle of the island so it’s easy to get everywhere. For sure recommend

Excellent family location

This house was perfect for our family and friends. Huge first floor providing multiple areas to spread out. Large dining room table to gather and a very large deck to enjoy. Front yard was perfect to be outside and play yard games. House was very clean and provided everything we needed for making all meals at home. Easy access to walk into town, Cisco, and short drive or walk to beaches. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for kids

The property was perfect! We had four kids under the age of 5 and this house and location was ideal! The neighborhood was great for bike riding and scooting and the house offered more than enough room for the kids to play. The front and back yard offered more than enough space for the kids to run around and play! The location was close to everything making getting around easy.

Perfect for a group

Six of us stayed here and had plenty of room and everything we needed. The house is old but clean and well maintained. Andrea was very responsive ahead of time and we had no issues during the trip. Note that it’s a pretty far walk to most things and Ubers/cabs are very tough to get on the island right now. We were able to walk to rent bikes so that was nice. We would stay here again!

Great house lots of space and lovely deck to sit out in the sun. A little over a mile from town so need bikes or a car to get places if doing a longer stay!

Plenty of space. Serene garden. Responsive owner.

Two week stay for the third family visit to this property was another success! Everything one could want for a vacation rental and more. Soothing backyard water feature provides a relaxing atmosphere for the entire property, both inside and out. Efficiently located for all island destinations. Plenty of play space for frisbee, soccer, and other entertaining events.

Charming and cozy

22 Equator Dr. was the perfect house for a week on Nantucket! The yard is open in the front, with privacy in the back. It is well groomed, with a large deck and a small fish pond in the back for very peaceful mornings and afternoons. Inside is beautiful. All appliances and TVs work as expected and it is air conditioned! The layout provides ample space for family gathering or for quiet time for little ones or reading. The location is convenient to downtown and to all beaches, some within a reasonable walk. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone seeking a comfortable getaway on Nantucket.

Great House!

We spent several nights at this house for our first trip to Nantucket and it was wonderful! It's in a great location, great backyard, tons of space and amenities. The outdoor shower is amazing and the large tub was a huge treat! Andrea was wonderful and easy to work with and really made it so easy!

Great house, Great location, Great vacation!

This was our first trip to Nantucket and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! This home is so lovely and well equipped. Our elderly parents were very pleased with the first floor bedroom and accessible shower. There was plenty of space to move about, many different rooms for sitting and eating. We completed 2 jigsaw puzzles on the large dining room table and enjoyed many hours relaxing on the back deck. My sister and I rented bikes for the week and spent every morning cycling all over the Island. The mid-Island location was perfect for us! Thank you so much. We hope to come back soon.

Spacious home, close to town and beaches

Andrea's home is the perfect place to stay in Nantucket! The house is very large with a great outdoor space and lovely outdoor shower. The house is also stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It's also super convenient - close to town and the beaches, but secluded and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again next summer!

Family Retreat

My husband and I and our four children stayed at Andrea's beautiful saltbox colonial home this summer. It was a beautiful, spacious home that provided all things necessary to comfortably enjoy the island. There were great, large sitting rooms to spend time with family and smaller rooms to tuck away and read. The beautiful, peaceful yard was rejuvenating as was the outdoor shower! So glad we came across this well situated retreat. Thank you, Andrea, for all your prompt responses and accommodations. We hope to visit soon!

Wonderful property, quiet street, beautifully landscaped. We visited as a large nuclear family and the house was comfortable for 8 guests (including 3 kids) with ample space for finding a quiet nook. Very well furnished and appliances in GWO. Large eclectic library, pantry stocked w/ basic needs left by previous guests. Owner was accommodating, helpful and kind. We've been annual visitors to ACK for ~10 years and hope to be able to stay here again.

This is our second consecutive year renting Andrea's house. The house is lovely with lots of Nantucket charm. She has a beautiful garden which is very cheerful and peaceful. The location of the house is terrific. it is close to Surfside beach, Cisco beach, Bartlett Farm and town. It is also right near the bike path. We biked almost everywhere from the house. We were there with our two teenagers who enjoyed the location and also the spaciousness of the house. They lived on the second floor (the master bedroom is on the first) so they also enjoyed privacy (as did we!). Andrea has made it very easy to rent her house and was always very available if needed. She is a pleasure to rent from. Her house is clean and well maintained, and I highly recommend this property.
