Bungalow único y encantador con muchos detalles encantadores y personalizados. Los pisos de madera noble, el espacio abierto, la chimenea de piedra, la cocina y el espacio habitable están arriba, lo que permite hermosas vistas de la tierra de conservación y las puestas de sol de Nantucket desde nuestra terraza. El dormitorio principal tiene una chimenea de piedra y terraza acristalada, así como baño privado con jacuzzi y ducha separada. Hay una ducha al aire libre en el porche trasero de la planta baja. Ubicado en Fishers Landing, un vecindario tranquilo en Madaket, con uso de canchas de tenis privadas cercanas. Corta caminata hasta el puerto o Nantucket Sound. Ocean Beach es un corto paseo en bicicleta (carril bici) o 5 minutos en coche. o tome el conveniente autobús de enlace ubicado al final de nuestro camino.

Great House

Alicia and Carl have a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of books for all ages and a wonderful kitchen to prepare food at home. Close to Madaket beach and Harbor and a quick drive to anywhere on island.

Magical Stay in Nantucket Home

This property was magical and beyond my expectations. Myself, 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters were all in love with this home. No one wanted to leave and all our thoughts continue to drift back to our stay in this home. I hope to one day return and visit this magical home again.

I loved this house!

Out toward Madaket, tucked back on a wooded lot, there is a house where guests are greeted by rabbits and serenaded by birds. A badminton net beckons. A gnome oversees an herb garden. And books in every room cry out, “Remember me?” This house is as special as Nantucket itself. Practically speaking, it has everything you need to feel at home: a private master suite, plenty of bath and beach towels, a full-size washer and dryer, a professional-grade kitchen, toys for the kids, movies for the whole family, even a great sound system for listening to music in the upstairs living area. But this house is more than its amenities. It’s having coffee in a fog-wrapped breakfast nook. It’s marveling at the Milky Way from an Adirondack chair on the balcony. It’s discovering eclectic art in every room. Consider yourself fortunate if you are able to book it for your Nantucket vacation.

Wonderful time!

This is a beautiful property. Everything was clean and thoughtfully furnished and organized. The property was larger than we expected and we absolutely loved the back yard. It was a perfect place to go to social distance with friends. We loved the location. We would definitely go back.

A perfect retreat!!

A perfect retreat!!! We loved our stay. Our biggest decision was where to have coffee in the morning. Should we sit on the front porch surrounded by the tranquility of trees, Adirondack chairs or a hammock, or should we go to the upper level and look out at the view!!! Alicia and Carl we loved your home!!! Every corner was filled with something new that we would discover!! The breeze at night... and all the stars were amazing!! We for sure will be returning!! Janice,Don, Laurie and Gene!!

Great Vacation House

I Will Always Stay Here - Best Nantucket Home!

Carl and Alicia, thank you so much for creating such a beautiful Nantucket vacation home! You have taken designing a relaxing haven to a new art form. Every detail from the whimsical and heartwarming decorations, to the thoughtful book collections, and all the amenities are perfectly appointed. I love the convenience of the location so close to the Madaket Bike Path, beaches for sunsets, the shuttle bus, and only a few minutes drive to town for shopping and dinner. But often I just want to stay in your house and enjoy the beauty of the light coming in the large windows, and the peaceful scenery outside. Your home has so many places for hunkering down with a book or enjoying a conversation from the spacious covered front porch and the huge upstairs deck, to the little sun room off the master bedroom and the cozy kitchen nook. Every piece of furniture is so comfortable and the bed and bath set-ups are spacious and modern. The kitchen alone is a reason to rent the house as it has every piece of equipment a cook could want and a spacious modern arrangement, great for dinners with the family. I love staying at your house. I know you both you think of your visitors' happiness and it really shows whenever I come to enjoy your home!

The Ideal Vacation Home

We loved every minute of our stay on Nantucket. This house is the ideal vacation home. It is beautiful, well thought out and incredibly well equipped. I stayed in this house with six adults (three couples) and we had plenty of space and were more than comfortable. The close proximity to the beach is perfect and we found that Madaket was the best area to stay for a nice, quiet and relaxing vacation. It should also be noted that the owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this house, I am already planning to come back again.

A Slice of Heaven

I loved staying in this home. It is very spacious upstairs where the living area/kitchen is with lots of windows and expansive views of the moors. The kitchen is well equipped, but my favorite part of the house is the master bedroom/bath. It is very romantic and luxurious. In the kids room, the full double bunks were a hit with my two boys. THe house was immaculate when we arrived, and the owner was accommodating in answering all my questions. You can walk to the beach and the bike trail is very close. I would highly recommend this rental!
