Impresionantes vistas y playas de arena blanca. Este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños con 1750 pies cuadrados tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. Expansivo balcón de 300 pies cuadrados con mecedoras y comedor de teca para 6 personas. La propiedad tiene 3 piscinas (una cubierta climatizada), bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio, canchas de tenis, 3 áreas de parrilla al aire libre, espacio verde, seguridad, playa privada y 2 paseos marítimos. Excelente ubicación familiar cerca del parque estatal, restaurantes, tiendas y los famosos Blue Angels (museo de la estación aérea naval). Esta unidad nunca ha estado en un plan de alquiler hasta ahora. Somos los propietarios originales y es nuestro hogar lejos del hogar. El condominio fue actualizado y pintado recientemente.

Capacidad para 8 personas (ocupación máxima) cómodamente. Camas: 1 King, 2 Full, 2 Twin. El servicio de playa ofrece sillas, paraguas, parasailing; paseos en bote banana; surf; paddle de embarque

Blue Angel Fly By. La Estación Aérea Naval y el Museo están a unos 10 minutos en coche, ideal para toda la familia.

La unidad tiene lavadora y secadora, electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, cafetera, licuadora, horno tostador, microondas, horno rotisserie, sartén eléctrica, olla eléctrica, máquina para hacer panini, cocina completamente equipada, filtros de café, detergente para lavavajillas, azúcar.

Tendrá que traer sus propias toallas de playa, sombrillas y sillas de playa.

Truly outstanding property and location! Excellent, clean huge condo with tons of amenities and instant access to a beautiful private beach. Perdido Key is the perfect location, right in between Orange Beach and Pensacola without all of the Orange / P’cola traffic. Diana was an awesome, responsive Host!

The check in and check out process was efficient and the host was quick to respond. There were a few days of trouble with the AC unit being automatically programmed to be on 75-79 degrees which made for a warm condo, specifically the back two bedrooms which rarely cooled off. The bedroom doors had to be kept open to allow for air flow at night. We did not know that the primary bathroom electrical outlets did not work whatsoever, so getting ready had to be done in the primary bedroom and other bathrooms. There was quite a bit of noise from the surrounding condos, specifically late at night and early morning. The dryer in the laundry room seemed to be on its last leg after taking a minimum of two cycles to get clothes and towels completely dry.

Dear Guest, I’m disappointed that you chose not to say anything positive about your recent stay. 99.9% of all other reviews are 5 stars. Since future guest read the reviews I will address each point mentioned. In the past, we have not restricted our guests in the use of the thermostat. We both discovered on the day after your arrival a guest had set a schedule to reflect their preferences, and I was unaware. Once we identified the issue I promptly removed the schedule. You were able to leave the thermostat set to your desired 68 degrees at all times resulting in the highest usage week all year. The bathroom outlet stopped working the stay immediately prior to yours. I had a contractor in the Saturday between stays who was unable to repair it. The only other option was to have another electrician coming during your stay to cut out Sheetrock to repair then come again for patching and painting. The repairs are now scheduled for Friday 9/25, between guests. There was another working outlet adjacent to the vanity on the bedroom wall. The dryer works fine and is not old. The high humidity at the beach usually requires longer drying times at a higher heat. It works better on a timed cycle vs a particular setting. This was not mentioned to me during your stay. Lastly. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. There is onsite security as well to enforce those rules. I was unaware you had any noise issues. Had you voiced any concerns to me, I would have gladly contacted security to have them check. I understand you were traveling with a small baby and a toddler so you may have been more sensitive to noise in case it affected your baby sleeping. I'd like to assure all of our guests we maintain our unit to the highest standard. We also, in Sept, installed a brand new range/oven because another guest from 3 weeks ago had an issue with the oven door closing properly. We take great pride in our home away from home, hence the 5 star reviews.

Very clean and beautiful place! Nice size bedrooms wonderfully decorated. However, one elevator was not working the entirety of our week stay along with only the first day of the hot tub working. The beach was beautiful but we did book this trip in June so there was Sargassum but the place beside us cleaned it up but this place we stayed did not. Other than those hiccups it was a very good location and the owner is very helpful and responsive.

I'm sorry your stay didn't go as planned, I'm here this week and all the beaches are clean from the seaweed. I can see where it's been buried further up on the sand. Mother Nature doesn't always comply with our wishes unfortunately. I guess there was an overwhelming amount washing up all along the coast and it's hard to have enough resources to maintain all the beaches immediately. Regarding the elevator: The Association is currently refurbishing the West elevator, I agree it was poor timing on their part during busy season. Hopefully it will be done soon. The hot tub has been fixed, the chlorinator stopped working and a part had to be ordered. Better safe than sorry. I'm glad you found the condo clean and lovely to your expectations. Happy Travels. Incredible value, excellent condo. So nice for kids to have separate bedrooms. Lot's of great restaurants nearby. Fat Dragon Thai is unbelievable. Owner is very nice and couldn't be more prompt. Beaches are pristine, there was no seaweed. We're from Michigan, and the beaches along lake Michigan are hard to beat, but these are better. One tip for anyone booking this property: the elevator buttons are on a pedestal in between the elevators.

We love the Beach and have been coming here for 20+ years. We don't get to come as much as we used to so we started renting the condo a few years ago. We keep it updated and fully stocked, its truly a home away from home and we love spending time there! We are from New Orleans LA.

Wonderful family beaches, beautiful views and great condo with modern floor plan. The water is emerald green and beach sandy soft white. You'll see dolphin, fish, birds, sting rays, we even saw manatee one year.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Balcony views and property amenities are the best. We are close to the State Park and to great restaurants and night life. There are cute little restaurants near by for walking to lunch or grabbing coffee. We particularly like the Islander Grill, within walking distance.
