It’s time for vacation at your beautifully updated Perdido Key villa in the gated community of Banana Bay. Take a walk to the private beach to watch the boats pass or enjoy a day by the pool. Kids will love the spacious loft game room! The Gulf is just a few minutes away and we provide your beach gear.

Enter into the sparkling kitchen that features granite countertops, sleek white cabinetry, stocked with all of your cooking essentials. The dining area provides seating for six.

Kick back and relax in the sunlit living room, with a 50" smart TV with cable.

Rest comfortably in the master bedroom, featuring a KING bed, 45" Smart TV with cable, a large walk-in closet, and direct patio access. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower, tub and large closet.

The second bedroom upstairs includes a king bed and a 45" Smart TV with cable. This room shares the tub/shower bathroom with the loft.

The bunk room is perfect for the kids to sleep or watch TV on their own smart TV.

The loft is a family friendly game room with Arcade games, Smart TV, board games, books, wall games and tons of fun!

Free wifi and in-home washer and dryer.

Per HOA, no pets allowed.

French doors in the living room lead to the back patio; fire up the charcoal grill and dine alfresco at the Polywood patio table with seating for six. Or lounge in the Adirondack chairs while chatting with your BBQ master.

Enjoy access to the private sandy beach on the inlet, a shared outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center.

PARKING
Two vehicles maximum per rental. All renters must park side by side in the driveway. No oversized vehicles, RVs, boats, or trailers are permitted.

THE LOCATION

The colorful Banana Bay complex is set right on the water at Perdido Key, with private access to the white sands of the intracoastal waterway and a nearby marina.

It wouldn't be a true beach getaway without indulging in some delicious seafood. Luckily, the most popular restaurants in town, like The Jellyfish Bar/Restaurant, Oyster Bar Restaurant, and the famous Flora-Bama Yacht Club, are all within a 5-minute drive.

Three minute-drive to Perdido Beach and minutes to great restaurants! Most of our neighbors are full time residents, so please be respectful of noise.

This rental is located on floor 1.

Guest have access to the entire home as well as outdoor amenities.

Parking is limited to two cars, which must park in the driveway.

We encourage all guests to buy travel insurance. Rental agreement must be signed and security deposit secured before check-in instructions will be sent.

**There is a 4% cancellation fee, even if you cancel within the cancellation period.**

We had the best time at Banana Bay! Our trip was relaxing, and we had everything we needed for a terrific time with our family. The adults loved the dual masters, and the teenagers loved the game room. They also enjoyed fishing on the Intecoastal. It was a short walk to the private beach and everyone we met in the community was friendly and welcoming. We loved rhe proximity to nice restaurants and local shopping and the Gulf.

This condo is beautiful. It is exceptionally clean. The owner is very easy to communicate with and answers all questions quickly. We had a wonderful time with friends. The complex is amazinh with a great beach.

Weekend Getaway

My two sons and I came down for a father/sons vacation and this property did not disappoint. It’s a very nice place that’s close all of the attractions and restaurants in Perdido. My boys and I had a great time. Easy check in and communication. Highly recommend

My family and I fell in love with this home during our stay! You can tell the host is very intentional with the property and puts a lot of time and effort into ensuring your stay is perfect! Anytime I needed something I experienced quick replies from the host. The home itself was in a perfect location. It was tucked away from all the busy areas of Pensacola but within 5–10 minutes of anything you could need. I would most definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing and special place

This was our first real beach trip with my family of four ( kids age 10 and 7). It was clean, nicely decorated and the location was great. The upstairs game area was perfect for the kids the wind down after outings to the beach. The pool on the property was nice when we needed a break from the beach. The master suite was beautiful and relaxing. The whole property was beautifully decorated. Celia was an attentive host and responded quickly to any questions. There were so many little things to make the property welcoming. The temperatures were really high and the property was cool and ready when we arrived with fans in each room. The trip was a special experience and Celia's home made it even more special. We'll definitely be back.

Great vacation home

The home was exactly what we needed for our beach vacation. We loved the gameroom, especially the books available to read. TVs in all rooms was a plus for the kids. The beach chairs were great as well.

Mother/Daughter Weekend

We highly recommend the family fun house!! Nice amenities with everything you could need for the private beach and pool. So close to all the great restaurants both in Perdido Key and Orange beach! We will definitely be returning!

Great, Fun House!

We loved our stay at the fun bright colored orange house! The hosts were available for any questions and the house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for such a wonderful few days at the beach!

Book it--fast!

This was a family SB trip with teens and tweens. The layout of the house was ideal. My husband and I had a master bedroom with ensuit bath and even our own patio door to the lovely outdoor area. The kids could hang out upstairs in the loft full of well thought out entertainment for everyone. They had a nice sized bathroom attached to another big master. This was great for the two teenage girls. The 12 yr old boy took over the bunk bed room. There's no closet in there or drawers, but he did ok laying out his clothes on the bed he wasn't using, and could've shared the girls' giant closet if needed. We loved how well thought out and appointed the whole place was. Lots of hangers, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry pods that were free and clear, a third bathroom off the laundry came in handy a few times. There were resort touches everywhere. The master had about 10 types of extra pillows to choose from and an extra blanket. Beautiful, fluffy towels rolled on each bed with a makeup towel so you don't ruin the nice white ones. I wish there was more than one bath towel per person but we were able to do laundry so not a big deal. I loved the abundance of beach towels and even little beach bags in the closets. The wagon with beach chairs was fantastic. Sitting in the sand can be leas than pleasant. Throw these in your car when hitting the ocean. Everything you'll need to cook meals is available. We were able to use the charcoal grill to cookout one night, also had baked potatoes and roasted corn in the oven to pull together a quick but yummy post beach meal. Two cutting boards and nice sharp knives to prep crudite. The coffee station was a showstopper. French press, Keurig, and drip pot with plenty of coffee for the entire stay. TP and paper towels were enough too. The grocery is only a mile away with everything you'll need. The neighborhood is absolutely adorable--very quiet and safe. The pool area is steps away, as is the private beach where we caught our sunsets at night. This was a great trip that did NOT break the bank even during prime school break time. I've paid much more for hotel rooms and less equipped VRBOs. Celia, the owner went above and beyond to communicate promptly even weeks before. We showed up too early driving from Indiana--We were ok walking the beach as we knew her cleaning crew was slammed. She was kind enough to move our house to the top of the list and get us in early. She's super friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Perdido 2023

Very clean and comfortable, looks just like the pictures. It was my husband, myself, and 4 children aging between 6-13. Lots of space, comfortable beds and couches. The upstairs kept the little kids entertained. The convenience of the beach and pool was great and with it being private it was not crowded at all. About 30ish minutes from Owa and just a few minutes from some great eats.

Perfect Vacation

I loved the vacation home on Perdido Key. The owners included so many extras, including a beach cart and beach chairs, pool towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. My kids loved the game room, and we appreciated that they had their own space. Everything was very clean. The condo has a large entry area and plenty of space for shoes, groceries, beach gear, and a cooler. And the location was convenient to Johnson Beach and grocery shopping on the mainland.

Perfect spot

The home at Banana Bay was awesome, it had everything we could ask for. A short walk to the private beach with shallow & calm water was great for our small kids. Pool was great we couldn’t be happier with it. Great communication with the owner anytime we had a question it was answered within 30 mins. We will be back.

Property manager is super responsive. She really took care of everything. The accommodations were perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed for our getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we wanted.

This was the most comfortable rental I've ever stayed. It was just a friend and myself but it could have accommodated many more. We were 2 adult women but absolutely played all the cute games upstairs in the loft like pacman and hook game. Celia had the place stocked with all the essentials and it felt like home. The private beach and pool was less than 2 minutes from the front door step. We went over to the gulf Beach one night to stargaze and it was less than a 5 min drive. Already booking our next trip here.

We had such a great time at this property. It was exactly as described on the listing and the owner of the property was super easy to get in touch with if there was an issue. We had a great stay! There was 6 of us and we were very comfortable.
