**** 8 / 19- actualicé algunos de los muebles del patio, reemplazamos la mesa y las sillas del comedor, lavamos la casa y la propiedad, 11/18 actualizamos la decoración de las casas, 07 / 18- reemplazamos la unidad central de aire acondicionado. 04 / 18- alfombra nueva en la sala de estar y agregamos una nueva parrilla de barbacoa.

Hermosa villa de 4 dormitorios junto al lago se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida. Tenemos una piscina en tierra, climatizada y privada con lanai. Nuestra piscina tiene un panel de calefacción solar. Ofrecemos calor de gas para la piscina si lo prefiere. La terraza de la piscina le ofrece mucho sol o puede preferir sentarse en una tumbona acolchada debajo del pórtico con una vista de 180 grados del lago. Disfrutar del amanecer con café o puestas de sol con su bebida preferida nunca pasa de moda. Este espacio al aire libre es increíble y relajante.

Tenemos cercas opcionales "kiddie / pet" en lanai para seguridad de niños pequeños y mascotas.

Estamos cerca de las atracciones de Disney: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom y Disney Strip, que ofrecen muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Universal Studios también está en la zona. Tenemos mucho qué ofrecer. Es fácil llegar a la playa en la costa este o en la costa del golfo. Lakeland, Tampa, San Petersburgo y Busch Gardens también están a un breve trayecto en coche. Es posible que prefiera un paseo tranquilo por el vecindario o en los senderos naturales que rodean el área de Crescent Lakes. Tenemos parques familiares, canchas de baloncesto y tenis y una tienda de conveniencia a poca distancia de la casa.

Mascota amigable. No nos gusta ir de vacaciones sin nuestras mascotas, tampoco queremos que tengas que hacerlo. Las mascotas deben portarse bien y tener la casa rota.

Perfect home away from home.

Mecum Auto trip

Great house! Wish we could have enjoyed the pool but the weather didn’t cooperate…..rented the house to attend the Mecum Auto Auction……worked out great! Would definitely stay here again in the future!!!

Great Get Away

This is the second year we stayed in this home for January, and part of February. Enjoyed our stay very much. Spent a lot of time doing nothing, just relaxing.

Wonderful home

The house was very clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney. Theresa was great! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in!

Love This House!

Even Hurricane Ian couldn't ruin this vacation! This house is great for relaxing but is 10 miles from the parks. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. Thanks to Theresa for all of her help!

Awesome experience

We were very pleased with everything at this property. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Spent a lot of time in the pool and on the lanai. It was perfect and would definitely stay there again!

Great house for a good price!

We loved the pool, everything we needed was there. From a high chair for our baby to ice in the freezer we had ALL we needed. The lake is nice to look at, there was even a baby gator in there!! (Completely safe though...it is Florida after all). We have already discussed renting this property again later this year!

Fantastic place for our winter get away!

We couldn't have selected a nicer placer to stay. The home was move in ready and very well maintained. The location was perfect; close enough to the attractions, but far enough away that we could relax and enjoy the pool and the lake behind the house. The homeowners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. It was the perfect get away after being sheltered in for the last year. We look forward to returning to Florida and will definitely stay here again.

Very nice house and lovely neighbors

The house is lovely. Kitchen is very well stocked. Great location for the attractions we visited. Be advised that traffic in this area can be overwhelming depending on what you are used to. The Orlando area is expanding. Lovely the living room furniture. So nice to enjoy the beautiful pool. Would highly recommend.

The pictures are an accurate reflection of the property. The property is clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The owner and housekeeper were very responsive to queries. The damage deposit had been fully refunded before we even arrived home from our stay.

Our stay was wonderful.

The house was spacious and clean. We had a pet and needed something pet friendly and this was perfect. The owner supplied everything we needed to make it feel like home. My grandsons loved the pool area and the boys bedroom. The house was decorated nicely and was very welcoming. It was in a quiet area and felt very private but was only a short drive to all the attractions. My family loved that there were TVs in every room and the sound system for music while out in the pool. We will go back there again!

Nice, quiet stay

We stayed for 4 nights on a staycation. It was quiet and just what we were looking for. The AC had a clogged drain when we first arrived. One call to the management company and Tonya was there within 30 minutes and then the repairman was there shortly after. Great service! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the pool. The neighborhood is a bit older but very quiet.

Home away from Home!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks with our family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the pool and used it daily. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of privacy. We did meet a couple of neighbors and they were very friendly. Therese is a great host...she provided everything we needed. She even checked-in with us the morning after we arrived to see how things were going and if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home.to anyone visiting the area.

Cool and quiet

This property was perfect for my family. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, which was important to us as my youngest goes to bed early. The house kept cool the entire stay, which was another huge hit for us. The pool was a perfect temp and the patio area was clean and had plenty of shaded seating areas. We went to the Disney parks during our stay and it took about 30 minutes to get to and from. Theresa was very quick about responding to any questions I had. We will definitely be staying at this house again in the future!

I live in Pennsylvania with my wife and kids. I visited Kissimmee Florida and after looking at different homes I was considering as a vacation home for my family, I was drawn to this location and this home. There's a sense of calm and quietness I felt when I visited the neighborhood and the view from the back of this home is breathless.
I enjoy being in nature, feeling the cool breeze on my skin, watching the ripples on the lake and the birds that come around. It feels so soothing...
This home has both the proximity to all the major theme parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal and so many other activities) as well as having the privacy and space that other housing developments don't.
We are blessed to have this home and we would like to share it with others.

This neighborhood is on the outskirts of Kissimmee and being at the end of a cul-de-sac with a backyard lake view is an added bonus. The neighborhood is so serene and beautiful. The neighbors are so kind and willing to help with anything.

The quietness of the neighborhood, well-spaced homes, lake view, beautiful sunsets and wildlife that come around, like Turtles, Alligators, Tropical birds and Eagles.
