RELAXING

The room was clean. The view was amazing. The maintenance staff were extremely thorough and kind. After getting a couple things fixed our stay was a blast. I highly recommend this property for any family during vacation!

Fun Family Vacation Propertg

We spent the week in this gorgeous condo. It’s steps to the beach with beautiful views. The complex provided everything we needed from carts to help take luggage and groceries up to salt and pepper in the condo. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Great condo in a great location!

We loved Seawind 1308! It has an amazing location, right next to Sea N Suds, as well as walking distance to The Hangout and many other great restaurants! The amenities were perfect for our family, especially the heated pool and hot tub! The condo was well furnished and felt like home. We would definitely recommend it as well as consider staying here again ourselves!

Girls weekend

Great stay! Checked in 2 hours late and was hoping for 2 hours delay checkout but house keeping would not approve even though room was available. Besides that everything was perfect.

Very nice place. Floors were swept but very dirty. After spilling a drink, had to use one of the towels to clean it up. Towel was black afterwards. Needs to be better stocked.

Great Place to Stay

We Loved the location and almost everything about the condo. The only negative thing was the bunk bed that was held together with a piece of wood and electrical tape. Our boys were scared to sleep on it because it was very shaky. Called and left a message but did not get a call back. Other than that, it was very clean and had everything that you could need in a vacation rental. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and great view of the ocean. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff were very friendly. The condo was very clean and very nice layout. No problems . The only thing that I would suggest is to supply more bath towels and toilet paper. We would recommend this unit and we would come back again. overall great experience.

Seawind stay

Loved the location. Elevators are horrible, this place is too big for just 2 elevators. Often would wait over 10 min to get the elevator. A few amenities that should be in condo were missing or did not work correctly like toaster and vacuum. No pot holders or dust pan. Door swelled for some reason and could not shut the door. Overall great experience except elevators which is not the owners fault.

Vacation

We had a nice stay at this condo, it was nice. Our only complaint is that the elevator service was terrible. For a building with so many floors there should be more elevators and a bigger lobby in front of the elevators for people with carts. Waiting for an elevator for over 30 minutes and then one side wasn’t operational multiple times, it was pretty ridiculous. I also spent a very long time on hold calling to find out how to get the second parking tag and I had to call multiple times before finally speaking to someone. The instructions on getting an additional tag were not very clear.

Great condo but management isn’t that great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Considering that my 5 day getaway was cut short due to a family tragedy and wasn’t in the condo for 24 hours I can’t say too much about the condo. But what time we were in it it was nice. Management however keeps sending me emails to review my stay. So let’s just focus on them... I called to tell them that I had to leave due to a family emergency. I was still informed that I had to empty the trash, start the dishwasher and gather all the towels. The last thing you want to be doing is doing all these when you have a 5 hour drive ahead of you to get to your family. You would think management would be a little compassionate and possibly give me some of my money back or at least give me a credit for the portion of my stay that I did not use.
