Seawinds es un condominio de vacaciones familiar frente al mar en Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Encontrará las famosas playas de la costa del golfo de Alabama a pocos pasos de la puerta de su condominio. El condominio está frente al Golfo de México, por lo que disfrutará de vistas panorámicas cautivadoras del Golfo de México, millas y millas de arena blanca como el azúcar, espectaculares puestas de sol y delfines jugando desde su balcón privado.

El condominio está ubicado en el quinto piso con los primeros tres pisos del edificio como una rampa de estacionamiento.

El condominio ofrece todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en casa, incluyendo lavadora y secadora, televisión por cable, wifi gratis, ropa de cama y baños bien equipados.
La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavavajillas y una barra de desayuno con taburetes. Vajillas, ollas, sartenes, toallas, paños están incluidos. ¡Solo traiga sus compras y ya está todo listo!

El edificio cuenta con una piscina climatizada frente / playa frente al mar, piscina climatizada al aire libre con divertidas características de agua para niños, una bañera de hidromasaje con vista a la playa, un gimnasio de última generación y estacionamiento cubierto.

Estamos ubicados cerca de atracciones locales, como restaurantes, senderos del parque estatal del Golfo, pesca en alta mar, parasailing, olas, compras, The Amphitheatre at the Wharf, Waterworld USA y Gulf Island National Seashore. Varias tiendas locales, restaurantes y bares, incluidos destinos populares como The Hangout y Sea and Suds están a poca distancia.

Easy beach access

Easy beach access with a convenient location to food and any other necessities. Plenty of room for our family and has a great view of the ocean and beach.

Great Beach Getaway on Gulf Shores

Matt's unit is very nice, updated, has all your needed supplies and right on the beach!! Great views! We had a family of 6 and had plenty of space!! Can't wait to go back!!

Right by the beach!

Great location! Great building! The beach was beautiful. The condo was well equipped and well thought out. Matt was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Think twice, not that nice

Positives: view and outdoor furniture are fine. Kitchen is fully stocked.Negatives: furniture cushions were filthy. Please- have your cleaning company take photos. We have stayed in 3 other condos in this bldg and never encountered any problems like this.Love seat sank so low it was challenging to get out of it. Pillows on sofa and loveseat should be trashed how expensive is it to get some from Walmart?

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family of 6 including myself stayed April 2025 and had the best time. The condo exceeded our expectations, the view of the Ocean was incredible. Paracelling, jet skis, banana boat were all available directly in front of us. Restaurants, family outings close by, and you have to try City donuts. Most definitely recommend, and in the future if available would most definitely stay again. Matt was great and quickly to answer any questions that I had. Thanks!!!

University of Kentucky Roomies 2024 Summer Vaca

We have stayed at this property several times. I have never stayed in this unit. 506 was very clean I loved the balcony furniture. The beds were a comfy as any bed that is not my own is. There was plenty of start up supplies and community items like salt/pepper/oil/spray/spices. The only negative was the ice maker wasn't working and there was only 2 ice trays. We use a lot of ice so we bought some. Also, I think you need more than 4 washrags in each bath. I can reuse a towel but not a washrag. The washer is old style that I like..but it took forever for water to fill in and run a load. Not the owners fault but there are only 2 elevators for such a large building and they are slow. On a positive note they were in working order the whole week! I wish we could order our weather but we ended up with purple/ red and double red flags the whole week. I was ok with that..I can sit on that balcony and listen to the ocean all week! We had a great time and got lots of rest.

Great family vacation

The condo was nice, the beds were not the most comfortable. The condo as a whole was very nice, nicely stocked kitchen. The elevators were kind of a pain. The location was excellent. Matt was very easy to deal with and great communication! We had a fun filled family vacation, I would come back again!!

Room with a view

I have to say that our favorite part of this condo was the balcony. With the condo only being 5 floors up, you get a great view of the beach and can clearly hear the waves. The rest of the condo was very nice (including a great shower in master bath and a well equipped kitchen). Matt, the owner, was great to work with. I recommend this condo!

Toilet problem

Matt Boyle was very nice but he didn’t get the toilet problem solved. We stayed for 2 months and never got the toilet problem solved so I would highly recommend you check and make sure this is taken care of before you rent this unit it backs up and sprays water in the air not very pleasant when you are sitting on it!!

2023 fall break

The room itself was awesome. We all had plenty of room. The elevators were annoying of course they were being worked on so alittle slow. The location was great being right beside Sea and Suds.

Family vacation

The condo was just as described in the listing. It had everything we needed to make our week comfortable. It was nicely decorated throughout and stocked nicely in the kitchen. We only eat breakfast & lunch in the condo, so I don’t know if the kitchen is stocked for cooking dinners. There were pots & pans, baking dishes and cookie sheets to use. The furniture on the patio area was great. There is plenty of room for the family to sit & enjoy the view. In fact my 4 year old granddaughter insisted on eating her breakfast out there each morning. My daughter’s only complaint was the queen bed was hard but it didn’t keep her from enjoying her stay. Great location to restaurants, water activities & vacation shopping. Beautiful view. My only complaint and I don’t hold this against the condo owner is the parking is horrible. Be careful in the garage. Plan for wait times with the elevators. They have hired two retirees to manage them during the busy times & it helps but you still need to plan for wait time even with this condo on the 5th floor. Honestly I have a feeling this is something most high rise condos deal with in this area. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It was a wonderful time.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay ! The parking is a little hard and my son thank goodness is great at that but everything else was great ! Thank you for the great family vacation and memories ! Best vacation in years !

I purchased this condo back in 2019 because I love the beach and Gulf Shores. Unfortunately, I still have that work thing so I am not able to enjoy it full time. Being able to rent it and also use it was a huge draw. Since I have owned it, the unit has been completely repainted, all new linens, and furniture continues to get upgraded.

I picked this property because I wanted something on the beach and a floor location (it's on the 5th floor) that would allow me the opportunity to watch my family and friends on the beach from the porch as well as inside. I love being able to walk to several places and not need to drive or find a place to park.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Being able to walk through the front door, set your groceries on the counter, and see that amazing view over and over again is remarkable.
