Livin 'Easy - ¡No es caro!

Gran valor para unas excelentes vacaciones. Linda cabaña se encuentra en el lado del golfo de la isla y se encuentra a 60 segundos a pie de la playa en un sendero designado junto al lado oeste de nuestra casa. Los restaurantes y el entretenimiento están a pocos minutos caminando en la otra dirección. La playa generalmente no está llena de gente en este lugar y es excelente para bombardear y ver espectaculares puestas de sol. Ducha privada al aire libre es genial después de un día en la playa. Gran área de cubierta y parrilla de barbacoa están disponibles para su uso.

Cocine en nuestra cocina totalmente equipada o tome el carrito de la isla en Peg Leg Pete's para su especialidad de mariscos favorita. La cercana National Seashore es un lugar maravilloso para disfrutar de vistas naturales de islas sin desarrollar. Camine a las tiendas de playa cercanas para comprar recuerdos y escuche conciertos gratuitos en el Gulfside Pavilion de mayo a agosto. En las cercanías, Pensacola es un distrito histórico con excelentes tiendas. Ven a relajarte, observa cómo tus preocupaciones se desvanecen al atardecer y vive tranquilo por un tiempo.

Great house close to the gulf

We stayed 8 nights. The house is on the gulf side, second row. Right on Via De Luna. It’s close to restaurants and such. Some as close as across the street. Others maybe 1/2 mile. Easy walk if you preferred. House is stocked with everything you need besides food. I bought more toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Master bed is very comfortable. Love that all rooms have tv’s. The outside area is nice. Washer and dryer on property is awesome. If I had to critique at all, it would be that the fence could use some repairs. The gate off the patio needs a lock and the lattice on the patio needs to come all the way to the ground. I say this because Miss Ella allows pets but if yours is small like mine, it could easily escape. A nice place to escape reality.

Pleasant stay on the beach

The property was excellent in a great location on the beach. 60 second walk away from the Gulf, right on the bay where the rest of our friends were, it was an excellent time. The owner, Ms. Hess was very open to communication for anything we needed. Would recommend and would stay again!

Gem of a Find!!

Initially, I wasnt sure what to think of the mermaid home from the pictures alone, but this will be the only place I stay when visiting Pensacola for now on. We loved the home. It was clean and larger than expected inside. It had a large deck and the outside shower was such a nice amenity to wash off all the sand at the end of the day. Location couldn’t be better! It was close enough to town to easily access restaurants, trolley, and beach, but far enough down the beach we got to enjoy the beach with few people around. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Our stay at the mermaid cottage!

The house was very nice and close to everything. The house had everything you could possibly need. There's a pathway to the beach and its in walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The house its self was very clean. The outdoor shower was a big help in cleaning off and it has both hot and cold water with this own privacy. There were sitting areas both in and out of the sun one even has a curtain incase it rains on your trip. The house was a overall great stay for me and my family. We will definitely look into coming back for our next beach trip!!

Our Favorite Vacation

This is our second time driving from Wichita KS to stay at this rental. We love everything about it. The close proximity to the gorgeous beach, the functionality of the rental having everything we need, all the beds are so comfy, and the outdoor shower coming in from the beach is the chef’s kiss! We will be back again and again. Thank you so much!

A great getaway!

A perfect place to spend quality time near the beach. As a senior adult, the beach has a bit less appeal. But the grandkids loved the closeness & I enjoyed lounging on the deck! The outdoor shower was very handy. Looking forward to a return visit…

There are only a few of these gems still on Pensacola Beach. As a previous local who visits 2x a year, this location, overall vibe, cleanliness, and comfy beds gave us a great experience. Would rent again!!

Sisters Trip

The Mermaid Cottage is a unique gem in Pensacola Beach. It has a great location to the beach, shops and restaurants. The cottages is very well maintained and very welcoming. It will sleep a family of 6 comfortably. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full sized beds. The full size beds were VERY FIRM. I'd recommend softer beds. Other than, I love the cottage. This was my second summer to stay in the cottage.

Perfect location

This house is perfect! My husband and i stayed with our children. Our youngest 2 months. And it was perfect. Fenced in backyard was my favorite. And if course walking distance from the beach.

Great experience

This house is so cute and comfy, all the things you need, washer dryer, covered back porch, outdoor shower, all I would say is that I should have brought toilet paper and paper towels, while it is provided, it is not enough for the week. Coffee, creamer, laundry soap and dishwasher soap is all provided. I will be back, small little walk to the beach that was never very crowded. I had a wonderful well deserved time. Thanks Ella.

Paradise on earth

Everything about the home was perfect. Very clean and great communication. If I tried really hard I wouldn’t be able to come up with a single thing to complain about. Everything is right there for an awesome vacation. Plan on going sometime in October and will try to book there again. Just awesome ☺️

Convenience to everything

It was a short walk to the beach and convenient to all the restaurants. It was clean and stocked with the essentials that you would need. I did have a problem and was contacted immediately. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was in a great location just blocks from the beach and an easy walk or drive to lots of dining options. The communication from the property manager was excellent. We knew exactly when/how to check in and what the expectations were before, during, and for checkout.

Great location

We loved how close we were to the beach, and the house was very clean. I would have liked some extra blankets, and it took us quite a while to find the laundry room (had to wash the house towels before we left). Other than that it was a great stay.

Beach Time!

The property was easy to find and was very close to the local shops and boardwalk. The property was very clean and well maintained. The decor was very fun and inviting. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. I couldn't find a toaster. Maybe there was one and I just overlooked it... The bedrooms were nicely decorated and had soft sheets. I slept in the bedroom with the two beds. The bed closest to the bedroom door is where I slept. It was not very comfortable. It was "ok", I survived... My niece slept in the second bed closest to the closet. She said that she slept just fine and was comfortable. My sister slept in the master bedroom, she said that the bed was "ok" and that it was a bit lumpy. It had a pillow top cover on the mattress. We had a lot of rain and so were forced to be inside. We watched a movie, but it was difficult to get "comfy" on the couches. The walk to the beach only took about 3 minutes. My niece found several beautiful shells at the beach. We definitely would stay again! Overall it was a great stay!!

Amazing cottage just a couple minute walk to the beach

This place was amazing with the hot water outdoor shower, stocked beach towels, and every extra you can think of or forgot to pack. It was perfect for myself, husband, and two young children. There were enough towels and bedding we could keep a good rotation going using the washer and dryer on site. The basic supplies stocked made it easy to cook and make morning coffee. There is a trolley stop right at the end of the block and great restaurants within walking or trolley distance. The mural makes it instantly recognizable for delivery drivers and shuttle people. Straight shot to beach access on a sparsely populated section of beach. Overall, this was a perfect beach base of operations for our family of 4.

Pensacola Mermaid Lounge

The house was perfect for us. A shaded outside area, walking path to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. Close enough to everything so you don’t have to drive but far enough down the beach for a quiet beach experience.
