Another lovely stay

This was our second time staying in Paul’s condo and we would book again. The condo is just as described and the ocean view is spectacular. The Palms at Wailea is beautiful with immaculate grounds and an ocean view pool. Thanks so much for another great stay, Paul!

Great condo in the heart of Wailea. Would definitely stay here again! Super walkable to beaches, resorts, and shopping. A mile to the Shops at Wailea, less than a mile to the resorts/Wailea boardwalk. Great for 4 adults, incredible views on the Lanai. Awesome large kitchen, spacious living room, large dining table and Lanai is very large as well. Only has AC in the master bedroom; wasn’t a problem for us, plenty of fans provided, but something to be aware of.

The location of this condo does not disappoint. The view from the patio is spectacular. We loved the spacious size of the unit. Check-in and check-out process was easy. We definitely would stay here again.

Great views

The Palms at Wailea is a lovely property with meticulously kept grounds and a pristine pool area. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. This unit has one of the best ocean views on the property and is close (but not too close!) to the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay in Wailea

We had a great stay at this property in Wailea. It is very close to all the resorts, beaches and restaurants in Wailea and Kihei. The property manager was very responsive to all questions. They unit is very clean and functional with plenty of space for everyone. And the sunset and morning views from the Lanai are wonderful. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub later in the day. Excellent value right in the heart of everything!

Enjoyed our second stay at this property as much as the first. Great location for everything in Wailea. Spacious unit with incredible sunset views. Close to the pool and reserved parking for the unit. The owner comunicates very well.

Had a great stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. The sunset view from the patio was breathtaking every night. Nicely located in Wailea and close to everything. Paul was very responsive to our questions and the check in/out process. Can't wait to get back.

Fantastic condo

Had a great stay at a fantastic condo. Great location to all Wailea beaches. Be sure to try Ahihi bay for snorkeling but wear booties. Condo has everything you need, pool and hot tub short walk and we always had other travelers to share stories with. Mahalo.

Wonderful accommodations and very nice host

Its perfect for being in Wialea with young children. The pool is nice and low key. The beach is a two minute drive or a 5-10 minute walk. The host is very attentive. The home was clean.

Great Location!

We have stayed at The Palms many times and this condo's location can't be beat. You can see the pool but aren't right above it, and that ocean view from the lanai is simply stunning. The kitchen has everything you need, my kids loved having separate (twin) beds, all beach necessities are here (Smashball was another kid/husband favorite). We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to return!

Fantastic views

We’ve stayed in a number of units at the Palms and really liked the Reno’s in this unit. Spent a lot of time on the Lanai enjoying the garden and ocean views. Paul was great to deal with making sure we were comfortable with the unit. Looking forward to coming back!!

Clean, safe, stunning view

Wonderful clean, quiet and well-equipped property with a stunning view, and the most friendly, supportive and flexible host. Closed community incl. nighttime security patrol makes you feel extra-safe in the already wonderfully clean and beautiful neighbourhood. Everything was exactly as promised.

Whales from the Lanai

With our binoculars at the ready we observed the humpbacks spouting, jumping and showing off their tails. Maalaea Harbor is an entertaining view. We enjoyed morning coffee and our meals at the table on the lanai. The bed was super comfy. The unit is at a prime location at the resort. Very quiet.

We love The Palms!

We have stayed at the Palms for a few of our Maui visits and have always enjoyed it. We liked having the two bedroom and oceanview. Unit was clean and enjoyed the spacious en-suite with oceanview as well. The unit could use some TLC as some of the blinds and slider screens were difficult to operate, and consider solid doors on second bedroom.

Just Beautiful!

We had a wonderful short week here in Wailea. Although we did not pick the best week for weather, it was very windy, and then it rained a lot! But the condo made up for all of that. We had some amazing sunsets over the stunning view of the ocean! The condo was perfect.

Overall the place was very clean, well stocked. View was excellent, got to see many whales from the Lanai. It is very nice to have a BBQ at your unit. Pool, hot tub and grounds are well taken care of, very quiet. Communicating with the host was good because there was a glitch with the code to get into the unit and the lock box was not really secured.

Return Visitor

This is the second consecutive year we have stayed in this unit and I can safely say we will return again. We have stayed at the Palms many times and the location/view in unit is just unmatched. The amount you pay for an entire condo with all the amenities is a total bargain compared to a hotel/resort and we love all the extra space. Having the option to do laundry and pack up lunches for the beach is wonderful, the full kitchen is well equipped, free (reserved) parking to come as you please is a breeze, and everything you need for the beach is there. You can see both the pool and ocean from the lanai, and most everything in Wailea is walkable. Highly recommend.

Very nice play to stay

Overall this is a great place to stay. It's in immaculate condition almost like a model home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you decide to cook. My only issue with the unit is that there is no AC in the main living area - only in the master bedroom. Most days this was not a big problem because of the breeze but on days with little wind it was too warm in the living room. But other than that this is a great place to stay.

Dirty, rusted and cheap

Unfortunately the place was stocked with no kitchen supplies. No bowls for microwave. Hardly any silverware Cooking pans were rusted and filthy. Not one platter for serving or taking meat to bbq. Had to use a pizza pan. Beach chairs will rusted and filthy. The list goes on. Band aide holding the remote control together. Oitside chsir pads had disgusting skid marks. I do have piccturs. Was told by reprsentatice that this place is not a resort and I shouldnt expect wualty.

Palms at Wailea 1504

First, everything was a promised and we are frequent visitors to the Palms. The property manager is Paul Ferrell and he is most attentive and accommodating. The unit 1504 was comfortable and had everything we needed. This is the first time we had a two bedroom unit. We were a bit surprised that the second bedroom had louver doors rather than a closed solid wall with a solid door. It did not allow for much privacy for our guests. This was the original design of the unit and indication that the unit needs some updating. Paul told us that during the low season , the unit will be updated. Bottom line is we would stay in this again and the property manager /owner was great. Bob Silber
