¡Este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños en varios niveles es como una casa privada! Desde la entrada puedes subir a la sala de estar abierta con una terraza con vista al mar. La espaciosa sala de estar puede acomodar fácilmente a una reunión familiar con el área de entretenimiento y la cómoda sección de comedor. También en este nivel se encuentra la cocina bien equipada, perfecta para un refrigerio rápido o para hacer una comida gourmet para disfrutar en el lanai. El sofá de la sala se abre como un sofá cama queen size con capacidad para 2 personas. En el nivel inferior hay dos dormitorios, cada uno con su propio lanai y un lavadero separado de tamaño completo. Solo unos pasos más es la suite principal privada, con una terraza privada con vista al jardín. ¿Quieres darte un refrescante chapuzón? La piscina de The Palms of Wailea está a pocos pasos a través de jardines tropicales. ¿Quieres pasear por una larga playa de arena? Great location. Walk to the best beach in Maui in 5 minutes. A block from the big hotels and shoreline path. Spacious unit with large lanai.

Great Condo!

My family and I had a two week stay at the condo and it was everything it said it would be. Clean, well-stocked with essentials and a terrific location.There was enough room for all and it was very conveniently located.Would not hesitate staying there again!

Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the condo for 5 nights with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. The furniture is outdated, but it was the best stocked condo I have ever rented and a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

As advertised

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Plenty of room and the home was equipped with beach chairs and toys. Close to the beach and the pool was wonderful. The 3 bathrooms came in handy with our large crew. I hope to come again.

Home in paradise

This unit was perfect for 4 adults and one child. The unit is spacious and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the lanai-beautiful. It’s worth noting this is an old unit at the Palms and it showed its age. In spite of its worn appearance, it’s spaciousness plus all the conveniences and comfort it offered made for an outstanding stay.

The sofa bed had a brand new mattress and new cushions or perhaps was completely new this time so more comfortable for sleeping on. The safe was not working and they had to take it away for repairs so we didn't have that which was very appreciated last time. Any other needs were taken care of within a couple of days so all in all still our favourite place to stay. Easy walk to the beach for most people (even my mom who is 91).

Good bbqThe drawbacks are the twin beds need to be replaced and the carpet I needs to be replaced as well. Also my main complaint is that checkin isn’t until 4pm and cleaning service didn’t arrive until 3:45pm and wasn’t done until 5:30pm. My family was dying to get into the condo as we were at the beach all day. Never got any response from Bello Reality , disappointing.

Great Place, feels like a house not a condo which is nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great for our family of eight. we were very comfortable with the space. The pros outweighed the cons on this one. We really liked the heat pump unit instead of having a normal A/C. The beds are comfortable. Overall there is too much of the owner's stuff everywhere. It's a bit cluttered. Some things are updated and some things are old. I can imagine it must be difficult though to upkeep and maintain a rental so the owners are doing well with that. Some future upgrades could be - get rid of the entertainment center and mount a bigger TV on the living room wall with media storage underneath, install fans in the bathrooms, and maybe a bigger hot water tank. (all 8 of use could not shower consecutively and we take fast showers) Also, the road noise can be loud in the evening. It is an uphill walk to the nice pool. Overall though, we would stay here again.Bello Realty was very kind and patient with us. they are great to rent from.

Very well stocked with anything you could need, including beach chairs, umbrellas and pantry items. Beautifully and comfortably furnished including great beds although desperately in need of some new knives and a few upgrades. Floors are great and unit is very clean but bathrooms and kitchen cupboards are old and worn. Two very small issues while there but both handled by Bello Realty immediately and satisfactorily. Road noise is mostly loud after dinner and first thing in the am but very quiet during the night. A perfect location to get everywhere and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunsets. Nice to be able to walk to beach and even shops at Wailea if you wanted to. We did the Wailea Ocean Front walk from there and loved it. All in all we had a wonderful time and would love return.

Comfortable and Roomy Stay in Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo that we stayed at was very cozy and welcoming, with its decor and furniture. Located in the heart of Wailea, we were only a 3-4 minute drive from shopping area, the beach, and the restaurants that we wanted to visit. Our family and friends had plenty of space with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The place was clean and tidy. We appreciated the condo providing an ample amount of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas that we were able to borrow when we went to the beach. The pool area of the complex was modern and had a sunset viewing tower.I want to note that there is a short flight of stairs to the living area and master bedroom. Also, the bug screens over the windows in the master bathroom were broken and needed to be replaced.
