Sea uno de los primeros en alojarse en nuestro condominio recientemente remodelado en la emblemática residencia de Pat's at Punaluu frente a la playa. Esta unidad decorada con buen gusto ha sido completamente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar, incluyendo ropa de cama nueva, toallas y utensilios de cocina. Hay una cocina completa con un horno de rango, refrigerador y horno de microondas. También hay una lavadora / secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia. Asegúrese de despertarse temprano en la mañana para ver el amanecer desde su lanai frente al mar. Escucha el suave oleaje mientras bebes tu vino mientras te relajas después de tu día perfecto. El condominio está ubicado en el piso 5, hay un amplio estacionamiento en el lote reservado para nuestros huéspedes. Este complejo se completa con una espectacular piscina y una pequeña sala de pesas. Si prefiere nadar en el océano, hay una hermosa playa de arena blanca justo al otro lado de la piscina.

Sleeping quarters were unacceptable. One side of bed is against the wall and one person has to climb over the other to get out. Location is great and access to beach is great. Bathroom could use upgrade. Place was clean

Great place to stay

It was so great. The bed was so comfortable and the pull out couch was an easy way to have another bed. The balcony looking over the ocean was so peaceful. It was a fun spot to sit and read in the morning. Checking in was super easy and Sandra responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great place to stay!!

Hidden Gem

We loved the property and the easy access to the beach. Turtles visit frequently, which makes for a fun experience. The only downfall to this property is the hour drive to downtown and most tourist attractions. If you plan to spend most of your time on the North Shore, this is the perfect location.

Property was exactly as advertised in terms of location and proximity to the beach. Property needs to be cleaned and have furniture and TV replaced. Furniture is old and lumpy. Overall property needs some TLC. You need to compare the check-in instructions you receive when you book to the instructions you receive prior to arrival as they differ. Second set of instruction were accurate in terms of being able to access the unit. Property Manager was immediately available via phone to help.

Short stay at Pats

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was good except the construction noise in the mornings and the muddy parking lot. (It had been raining a lot). We would recommend this place.

Good place on Oahu

Everything thing was good, the bed was a little soft. The location was great as we had most of our activities on the north shore. We would stay there again.

Beach front vacation

Beautiful beach front property. We watch the sea turtles and whales from the deck.Construction was going on but we were updated about it by Sandra.

Great relaxing stay

The property is secluded and very relaxing. Turtles on the beach every morning and a very relaxed vibe. We didn’t want to leave.

This property is in a great location, right on the beach and close to all kinds of great food and hikes. Sandra was very helpful and responsive, and the apartment was in great condition!

Wonderful place, perfect location!

If you’re looking to stay outside of Honolulu this is a great place to stay! We saw and heard the ocean every morning and evening from our balcony. Short drive to everything we wanted to do and see! We would recommend this place!

Great Place to Relax

Great location on the island, away from all the crowd in Honolulu, beautiful beach, beautiful view, and nice ocean side landscaping. They are repairing the building and parking can be difficult. Overall, we had a great experience.

Relaxing and quiet

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We spent the days out and about so we were only at the condo in the mornings and evenings. The condo had everything we needed and any concerns or issues were addressed with great communication. The condo was comfortable and check in and check out for really easy. The ocean view was an added bonus to view every morning and night.

First time north shore

We enjoyed our stay especially on being at the north shore. Place was perfect for 2-3 people. We slept on the pullout couch since we preferred ocean over traffic. Construction didn’t bother us. It got smelly with the septic system but I still go back and spend another week in a heartbeat

The unit was dirty on arrival. The A/C was not working well, missing windowpane in the bathroom and torn screen made keeping the place cool nearly impossible. Impossible to keep flying insects out of the unit with missing window glass and missing screens. There was dirt and dust on the torn bathroom screen at least 1/16 inch thick in which you could write your name. Lamp in living room with broken switch making it unusable. Mattress on the bed is TERRIBLE, worn out and does not provide any support. I did not get a single night's decent sleep in the entire week we were there. The A/C vent tube was loose and leaking air, the window slats to which it is attached did not close properly. Drip pans on the stove top burners were rusted and dirty with old dirty tin foil covering them. The tub/shower did not drain leaving dirty standing water in the tub for after showering. All metal surfaces in the bathroom including tub & sink faucets are rusting. Overall, the conditions of this unit was completely unacceptable.

Perfect location.

We had a small glitch checking in but Sandra was amazing and immediately rectified the problem. We had a wonderful time. It was clean and very accommodating with everything that you would need for a prolonged stay. The most beautiful sunrise greeted us every morning from the lanai that overlooked the beach. Very picturesque! We loved every moment spent there and will definitely return! Easy check in and out✔️

The right spot

We had an awesome stay at Sandra’s condo, the location is perfect if you want a Oahu vacation thats all about sun, surf, vistas and have it without loads of people everywhere. Sandra went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The condo itself e gives you a quiet, relaxing surroundings and the in condo laundary is a big bonus. My advice is to make your Oahu plans to include this gem of a spot

Beautiful beach

We enjoyed the beach in front of the property. The bed was way too soft, the sofa bed was better. Be aware that the bedroom has no door, it is more of a nook. The floor in the appartment was not clean. Maybe because of the construction workers. They painted the balcony ceiling during our stay. One day when we came back the front door was open (we have locked it when we went out). We assume that the workers came in through the balcony door which we did have closed but not locked. After that we made sure we locked both doors. Overall we had a good stay and loved the North shore
