Esta propiedad acaba de terminar completamente nueva para el verano de 2018. ¡Sea uno de los primeros en quedarse en esta impresionante casa! Tiene un concepto abierto con un primer piso muy grande. Hay una habitación de matrimonio en el primer piso y una gran terraza acristalada con ventanas de 8 pies. También hay un baño completo. El segundo piso tiene 3 dormitorios. Hay una gran suite principal con una cama king size y vestidor grande. El dormitorio principal también tiene un spa como baño adjunto con encimeras de mármol, suelo y ducha. El segundo dormitorio también es una cama king size y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Hay un baño completo en el segundo piso con una lavadora y secadora además del baño principal. El tercer piso tiene otro baño completo en la parte superior de las escaleras. Hay una habitación tamaño queen con un juego de literas. Hay una sala de estar también que tiene 2 sofás grandes. Uno de los sofás es un sofá cama tamaño queen con colchón de aire. Hay una terraza privada en el tercer piso que ingresa desde la sala de estar. También hay un sofá en el sótano muy grande, TV y mesa de pingpong. Tenemos otras 2 propiedades que tienen excelentes críticas. Los números de listado en VRBO son 293333 y 633570.

Something for everyone!

This house was perfect for our large and varied family. The ping pong table was a hit with the teens and seemed to always be in use. The third floor deck a popular spot for five teenage girls. Adults all loved the front porch and the readers in the family took full advantage of the back sunroom.The television was never turned on and screen use was at a minimum. Need I say more?

Happy 50th anniversary celebration

Lovely spacious home - perfect for multi-family get away. Eight adults and nine grandchildren including a 4 month baby were very comfortable. Made a perfect Maine experience.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our entire family (12 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in this beautiful house. It had room for all of us to spread out-was a quick walk to the beach -had everything we could have wanted or needed. Since our oldest daughter has 3 children, she & her family were able to use the 3rd floor as their own family retreat -away from the rest of us. Plus the marble primary bathroom was such a luxury! Anytime we had a question or issue Bill was extremely attentive. FIVE STARS all the way!

York Beach at its finest

My family vacation in York Beach every year and this was the most comfortable, modernized, clean and in a great quiet location. The house fit my large family well. Only one small suggestion: there were only 4 lobster picking sticks and 1 broken and unusable claw cracker. We bought what we needed but expected a typical lobster meal set up when staying in a Maine beach house.

1st time at York

Great house for first time York renters. Short walk to the beach for a family of 10. House was super clean upon checking and plenty of room for everyone who stayed. Would definitely rent again.

Wedding Stay

We rented this property from Thursday to Monday for our family to stay together for our sons wedding weekend. The house was clean and spacious and centrally located. Had a great time and would rent this property again..

Great for families!

We had an extended family trip to York and rented this home. We enjoyed hanging out on the first floor. The house was clean, very new and matched the online photos. Towels and sheets included is a plus! The teens liked hanging out on the 3rd floor; it was like their own suite. The owner was available to answer our questions. Loved walking to the beach and driving the local areas. Very few negatives- the house could use some more lobster related kitchen items.

Great weekend with family

We stayed for a short weekend stay to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. There were 14 of us total - teens and adults. Lots of space to spread out, lots of fun playing ping pong and a short walk to the beach. The property was very clean and manager was easy to reach. Everyone was happy with our stay!

Clean, very spacious, plenty of room for our large group! Beautiful location.

Our group was impressed with the cleanliness of the house and how spacious it was. Bill was super accommodating to let us check in a few hours early! We came for a bachelorette party and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. Conveniently located for morning walks to the beach (only about a 5 minute walk to York beach) and a quick 15 minute drive into Portsmouth. Photos portray the space accurately. We would stay here again!

Perfect extended family weekend

This house was perfect. Lots of room for everyone to play in. We were a party of 12, including 2 kids and two unaccompanied adults. So 4 couples had their own room, so did one adult. 2 kids slept in the same room with their parents on comfortable bunk beds, and the last adult slept in a separate living room in a king sized sofa bed.. House is a five minute walk from the beach and situated in a well manicured neighbourhood. Backyard is completely wooded so very private. In the extremely well equipped kitchen, the amenities were very modern and there was enough space for everyone to eat, either at the giant 5 places island or the 10 people dining table. My kids had a blast playing ping pong with their uncles and watching their own shows on Netflix in the basement. Even when you think all bathrooms are taken, you can find another one since there are 4 fully equipped and modern bathrroms in the house. Beds were all comfortable and AC was just right. We just didn't have enough time here i York. Would definitely stay here again, and a little longer. A but on the expensive side, but now I understand why. You just don't get this extended family togetherness and comfort combined in hotels. Too bad the town of York is not into recycling and composting in 2022, that was a big surprise. Bill was helpfull and even recommended restaurants in the area. Since there was nobody before or after our stay, we were able to check in a little earlier and checkout a little later as well. I strongly recommend!

Graduation Weekend

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my daughters college graduation at this beautiful house. The description is entirely accurate, the house is large with multiple seating areas and beautiful finishes. It is a five minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

A group of 10 adults and we had plenty of room to hang out together or head off to our own space for a break. The pictures don’t do the property justice! Just book it!!!

Awesome Location and House!

We loved this location and house and had an amazing time. The house was very nice, beds were extremely comfortable, and layout was perfect for our stay. We came in the fall, but the house is very close to the beach and has a great location into town!

The property was perfectly located for access to the beach and to the town. It is spacious, clean, and welcoming. My friends and I had a lovely time there and we would definitely stay again. Bill was attentive and addressed our questions promptly. He's a fantastic host.

We loved York maine and 25 years ago decided to buy a vacation home in York. We have since then added 4 homes to our rentals. We have had very happy customers for over 25 years. My husband and I are both from very large families and wanted a place where we could all be together. Our goal with our rentals is to make large homes where multiple families can vacation together. Each of our homes have several areas to relax and be together in. All of them have an open floor concept on the first floor. We also build houses to have at least one bedroom on the first floor to accomadate those who could not walk up a flight of stairs. We also stay in each of the houses with our large families and have thought of everything so that when you vacation in one of our homes you will want for nothing. We try to build them indestructible so that when your renting you don't have to worry about damaging anything. We love the people of York and know you will too.
