La casa tiene una sala de cocina de granito abierta y sala de estar / comedor con un adicional de gran sala enorme con azulejos unos pocos pasos. También hay un nivel inferior terminado que incluye el cuarto dormitorio, así como un área de televisión y sofá. Hay una lavadora y secadora en el lugar. Se incluye la televisión por cable e internet inalámbrico en toda la casa. Very clean! 10-15 min walk to Long Sands Beach. Big open family room, kitchen and living room. Newly renovated space. Big kitchen island. Primary bedroom has en-suite bath. Otherwise 2 upstairs bedrooms (queen and twin bedrooms) and downstairs queen bedroom all share bathroom on main level. Good communication with host. Plenty of parking. Code to front door for easy access. Highly recommend; would stay again!!

We had a comfortable stay with 6 adults. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, and the neighborhood was a nice place to walk. We used the deck and outdoor firepit every night. It was a quick drive to Long Sands beach, Short Sands shops and 15 minutes to Ogunquit. We also took a hike around Mt Agamenticus. Overall great stay and highly recommend!

Home was very spacious for our family (6 adults and 1 child). Location is a quick drive to the beach. Beautiful new kitchen. Owner was very helpful and replied right away to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay!

The kitchen had everything you could need. The house set up was well thought out, plenty of room for all of us if we wanted to visit together but also with spaces that provided opportunities to spend time in small groups. The house was very clean. Melissa was easy to contact and replied promptly.

Family Getaway

Lots of fun staying at this property! Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful backyard and deck. The home was clean and as described. We loved exploring Short and Long Sands Beach which were a short drive.

Thanksgiving

The house and property were exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable! The host responded quickly to all my questions before arrival. The house is spacious enough for families to spread out! We enjoyed the 2 separate living rooms !! The kitchen was completely stocked with every type of utensil, dish , pots and pans. We will definitely stay here again!

Cute little home close to Center of York

Home comfortably fit our entire group (4 adults and 2 kids) and was very clean and well kept. Host (Melissa) was very organized and communicated wonderfully. We loved every second staying at this beautiful home and would recommend this for any family vacationing near the York area.

Excellent place for family vacation in York

Stayed week of 8/6/22 - 8/13/22. with my 2 grown children, their spouses and my 2 grandchildren (6 adults 2 children +dogs). Place was great, has everything needed as listed in amenities, lots of space, outdoor deck, firepit in the grass side yard, functional kitchen served us well for large cookouts. Fenced in yard area was a really nice feature, as we had 2 dogs that could run around, along with 2yo grandson, and not worry about them. Owner is easy to work with and communicates well. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Home , Great location

This home was much more than we expected. It was much larger and meticulously clean. Everything you wanted was there. It is only about a half-mile from the beach and town, which surprised us. Our dog just loved the fenced-in backyard, and so did we. We found Anthony's Food on Rt 1 and loved getting quick food there--be sure you try it. Can't say enough good things -- Melissa you have a wonderful home. Thank you for letting us stay there.

York Beach house

This house was perfect for our family, plenty of space & location was great for traveling to and from the beach. The yard and patio was great for relaxing at night, and having AC in all the rooms was great! Beds were very comfy & I would come back again!

York Beach Rental, Maine

Our stay was for two weeks, my husband, myself, our 5 kids the first week and my in-laws came the second week. The house is more spacious than I'd expected. The bedrooms are a really good size. The kitchen is a bit small, a galley style kitchen. Still had all we needed and was not really a big deal for the two weeks we were there; we simply adjusted. Loved having a washer and dryer in the house. The drive is about a mile to the beach. We brought our two large dogs who loved the fenced in yard, and the beach early in the mornings. It was perfect for them. I enjoyed not having lots of other vacationers right up against us. We really liked the space and the privacy. The yard is also a good size. Our kids (ages 20 - 14) were able to set up several outside games to keep them occupied while we were at the house. I'd definitely recommend this property.

Perfect home base while we got married in Maine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect location for us to use as a home base while we got married in York, especially being able to have our dog with us. I think it actually looked even nicer in person than in the photos and is situated on a quiet dirt road that was great for walking our dog without traffic, and we loved having the fenced in yard off the deck to be able to play with our dog and feel like she was safe. Overall it was clean, the bedrooms were comfortable and we loved having a master bedroom with a private bathroom to ourselves, and there was more space than we needed with the second living room and deck to utilize. Even though we didn't get to the beach much it was a quick ride for when we did go and it was super convenient to route 1 and all of York. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed through VRBO. Melissa was awesome.

Our whole family was on this trip, three generations. The house was amazingly clean. There was plenty of space for everyone. Beds were all comfy. She even had supplies stocked that we did not expect. Everything from trash bags to spices. Just a short drive to the beach. Nice fenced in back yard and very quiet neighborhood.
