Bienvenido a Emerald Ocean en Nagshead, ubicado dentro del Gallery Row Arts District en Oceanfront en MilePost 10. 1!

Emerald Ocean le ofrece la serenidad del océano en su patio trasero. La excelente brisa del mar hace del Océano Esmeralda un lugar increíble para pasar sus vacaciones. Salga a la playa, mire hermosos amaneceres sobre el Océano Atlántico, pase sus días en la playa tomando el sol y refrescándose con un chapuzón en el océano o en su propia piscina privada.

En Emerald Ocean, tenemos el final perfecto para un día perfecto escuchando el sonido de las olas mientras nos relajamos en el jacuzzi en la terraza. ¡Crea recuerdos que durarán toda la vida!

Esta encantadora casa de alquiler frente al mar ofrece excelentes comodidades modernas. Ubicado directamente en la playa con 6 dormitorios, 5 y 1/2 baños, piscina privada, bañera de hidromasaje, cocina moderna y ducha exterior cerrada. Nuestra casa también incluye un telesilla para discapacitados en ambos pisos de la casa. Otras comodidades incluyen lavadora / secadora, lavavajillas, microondas, calefacción central y aire, televisión por cable en cada habitación, parrilla de gas, terraza, ducha exterior y ventiladores de techo.

Cubierta privada, camino a la playa. Hay 10-12 sillas de playa, algunas sombrillas pequeñas, refrigeradores, juguetes de arena y playa, algunos chalecos salvavidas para bebés, algunas tablas de surf, así como un conjunto de agujeros de maíz y un conjunto de herraduras.

No mascotas y hogar para no fumadores. La cocina está completamente cargada con todos los suministros de cocina necesarios.

Además, la casa incluye un pack-n-play para bebés (¡no se puede llevar a la playa, por favor!), juguetes para niños pequeños, 2 puertas para bebés, una trona, un asiento elevado, un cochecito para trotar, muchos juegos de mesa para que la familia disfrute y muchas películas para entretenerse. The location was perfect for a quiet beach side getaway. Unfortunately, the weather was awful and stormed our entire stay so we didn't get a chance to try out the beach or pool. The views are fantastic and the house is on a dead end Street with no through traffic.

The house was definitely like a home. There was very little that the owners did not provide. The Smiths were a pleasure to know and very responsive to any concerns. The neighborhood is very quiet and shopping is close by. We would definitely recommend the property to friends and family

Perfect week

This house has everything you will need. The owner has done an excellent job at covering all the basis. No matter the age of your children, you won't be disappointed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything item you will need. The walk from the house to the beach is effortless and convenient. This week has been perfect for a family vacation.

Great Host! Great house!

The house is very clean and well maintained. The host (Sharon) is extremely accessible and accommodating. Lots of stairs but the chair lifts are great. Beautiful view with private beach access. My family and I were very comfortable in the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with every thing imaginable. You don’t need to bring anything with you. You can plan on cooking a large meal and not worry if they have enough pans and/or utensils. If I think hard to find one issue, it would be the linens, which Sharon really has little control over. We had to make our own beds when we arrived. The sheets and pillow cases were clean but some were dingy and stained. I let Sharon know and she immediately said that she would have more delivered which I declined because they were clean. Only one bath towel per person so you may want to bring extras. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this house. You will not be disappointed!

Family Get-Together ..... A Success!

Dealing with Sharon was an absolute dream. Not only was she swift in email response time, but was a most gracious host in explaining in detail any question i had. . House could not be closer location to the beach (private walkway) and most all the local attractions. Knowing how the salt water really takes it's toll on the property, Sharon really takes care of her property and her clients. Being a first time Vrbo customer, this experience has me thinking that hotel stay might just be a thing of the past. Thank you for a most wonderful stay! I'll be back next summer, we all loved it!

June Stay

The property was perfect for our family. It was easy to get to the beach on their walkway. The house was full of amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The homeowner was easy to reach with any questions.

Great Stay!

We used this property to hold an extended family gathering to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. This property was perfect for hosting 3 generations and 14 people under one roof. The owners were very communicative. The property was as-advertised. All amenities we needed were there. Right on the beach. Lots of stores just a short drive or even in walking distance. Thank you for the great stay!

Fantastic property

We had a fantastic time and loved the house. Very clean, prime location. Able to walk to several great restaurants and a cute little ice cream shop. Excellent communication with owners over a couple small issues. Solved the issues promptly. Highly recommend this great vacation rental located on a gorgeous beach!

Best Host

The house was toddler friendly all the way to 70-year-old-friendly. Fantastic and kind hosts. I would say that the beach access was one of the highlights along with a clean and private pool. The little ones enjoyed the hot tub with a little lower temperature and the upstairs had an open floor plan where we could cook and keep an eye on the kids. Good break for surfing and is close to KDH and Jeanette's pier. Really close to Waveriders Coffee and another favorite spot- surf'n spoon. Another perk is air flow- not one part of the house was hot or cold, the multiple levels can be tricky but everyone slept well with each level being able to maintain a good temperature even when it was 80 degrees outside and the windows and screen door allowed for a great sea breeze. The host was available for questions within 30 min.

Excellent house and hist

We stayed on this property with 6 fishing friends and there was plenty of space for all of us!! We had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub we an added bonus. Definitely recommend!!

We loved our time in this lovely home away from home. It accommodated our needs very well, and is stocked with everything you need. I over packed and didn't need too. Sharon was excellent to work with and showed genuine care and concern for our specific needs.

Perfect Location

Location is perfect You can walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store, laser tag and wonderful art gallery store. Great family room sleeps 13 no problem. Sharon was on top of every question. Only downside was splinters on the deck. Plenty of beach chairs kids toys refrigerator space and nice big dining room for family dinner.

Perfect Location & Nice House

We did a girls trip and this house was perfect. I'm big on cleanliness and this was my first time renting a house. This house did not disappoint. The location is on the great (private walkway to the beach), house is very nice and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. Everyone loved the house and the location from the moment we walked through the doors.

Bumps in our family vacation

Owner was responsive. Responded immediately. Upon first arriving we were excited. But as time went on we kept hitting road blocks with home. Lower level full bathroom was locked and not cleaned. When called to let owner know she told us to get a lock set to try to unlock ourselves. Once gaining access it wasn’t cleaned from previous occupants. We had to clean shower head because only two streams came out. Daughter and babies had to shower in outside shower all week. Owner controls air conditioner from their location. Fought with thermostat for good hour to figure out how to turn down. Leftover old vomit on a chair in living room to which I discovered after smelling my clothes and hand. Only to be told by owner a family from 2 visits ago destroyed their house. That’s not very comforting…… Excited to go for a bike ride with the hubby…. Nope… one of the tires was blown out. Owner was aware and never made proper arrangements to repair. Told us to throw it in our truck and get it repaired. She would Venmo us. This definitely was not our responsibility. Dishes in cabinets were found randomly dirty. Pool needs cosmetic attention. Deck was very old and scaring going down. Uneven steps that were randomly repaired. Couldn’t beat proximity to beach. That was the only plus for us.

House was right on the beach and every morning wake up to the surf sounds and ocean breeze. With our large family group, the house was perfect for the accommodations and amenities. Had a fantastic time and hated to leave.

Nice vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. Beach access, private pool and a beautiful view was wonderful. Also the owners allowed us to check in early since the property was already cleaned. Would recommend!

Wonderful Stay Despite Weather

My wife, toddler, in-laws, and I really enjoyed our stay here. Sharon and Clay were great hosts - they were very responsive prior to the trip and when I called about a smoke detector with a low battery. The house itself was as described and was very clean when we arrived. It was the perfect amount of space for us and could definitely have accommodated a larger group without difficulty (which hope to test out next time!). Due to the weather, we didn't use the pool or the hot tub, but both looked nice. We also really appreciated all of the toddler/baby gear that the house had. The baby gates in particular were invaluable and it was nice not having to pack everything we normally would for a trip somewhere. Finally, the location was also great. The house is incredibly close to the beach, which was fantastic. There are also restaurants, coffee shops, and a brewery within walking distance, and even more within a short drive. Thanks again for a great stay!
