"Village Views" es una espaciosa casa frente al mar de seis habitaciones con vistas panorámicas y acceso privado a la playa para que su familia disfrute. Our family of 12, ages 3-86 had a great stay during Thanksgiving week. The house was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The management was very responsive. Two things I would caution about. The stairway up to the main floor is difficult for those with mobility issues. Also, there is no pantry space if you like to bring groceries and cook.

Great place on the beach!

House was perfect for our family. We have adult children and also had our parents. The 4 bedrooms on the middle floor worked out great for our kids. Kitchen had plenty of cups, plates, cooking stuff and appliances. House was just as described

The house could use some updating. Some of the doors did not lock and the sliding glass door leaked during rain storms. We did experience some **** roaches and saw 2 rats under the deck.

Reviewer Comments: First 13 days were awesome, but after Ophelia hit and every door, window, and patio slider facing the beach leaked horribly, and water started leaking out of some light switched and electrical outlets. Then several black mold patches appeared on walls and ceilings. The carpets were soaked at lease 1/4 of the way into the house. If this house is not declared unsafe electrically & structurally, the black mold is definitely unsafe medically. Just mentioning it because we would want to be told if we were the owner. Loved this house for 3 years. So sad the storm did this.

Hot tub and beach access made for amazing experiences, plus the large amount of beds for everyone to sleep in. Amenities were as described - bring some cooking basics and you will be all set. Stop by Jockeys Ridge State Park to see sand dunes and then go to Waveriders for coffee, lunch, or breakfast!

Great location for larger family

We had a great time at this property and it was mostly great!! We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean and the availability of the pool for a toddler that couldn’t handle the surf. My biggest complaint were the beds in the lower level. The two full size beds and pull out couch were pretty awful and uncomfortable. Would recommend replacing. My family reported the other beds were comfortable so maybe plan to put kids down there if you can. We also called the rental company about a clogged tub and leaking faucet and it took them two days to get back to us, so my brother went to Home Depot himself and snaked it out so his two year old could have a decent bath. The kitchen faucet was a different story and took too long to get fixed. Overall the house was great though and my very picky sibling even couldn’t find that much to complain about so it was a win!!!

Less than impressed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful, but that's about all. The house was really run down. Dishwasher and toaster were both broken. The paint was coming off all the cabinets. There was mildew on the ceiling near the vents. There were no blinds on the master bedrooms to prevent the sun from coming in at 6:00 am. There was a broken dining room chair. Bathroom door was scraping on the floor so you couldn't open it. The basement door was painted shut and couldn't be opened (fire hazard). We contacted the management company, and they addressed the basement door and the toaster, but nothing else.

Great House

We stayed at 116 Sand Fiddler. It is a great location, on the beach, near grocery and ABC and a million restaurants. The bedrooms are big, and the bathrooms are convenient. Walk over the dune to the ocean. But it is three stories and the climb up the stairs is not for the faint of heart or the easily winded. We would stay here again, and we stayed a week this time. But it was not perfect. The digital lock on the front door would not open upon our arrival. A guy had to come and fix it after we called. The TV's are in every room but they are not on a cable, rather ROKU is provided but it does not hook up to some things we need, like the Final Four games. Fortunately, we had an Apple Play with us and were able to use a computer to hook to it and then to the TVs, so beware of this. The electric stove leaves a lot to be desired and the pots and pans are poor quality and warped, making cooking a meal difficult...so go out! Just don't think Thanksgiving dinner will be fun. So all in all location and the facility, in general, is an A+. The kitchen not so much nor the entertainment system. We'd go back, with a box of our own pots and pans. There is a new gas grill which is very nice. It is 3 stories down from the kitchen so there is that. And the starter switch does not work, may just be a battery and a lighter which was there worked fine, but that climb up caring cooked food is a bit much. We had to replace the gas bottle with another provided as the old one leaks at the valve. Great hot tub! A+ Enjoy this place but come prepared.

We could see the sunrise from 3 different bedrooms, which was great in the cold days.The only thing that can be improved is to provide some trash bags up front. Linen and towels were plenty.We will absolutely love to stay in this house again!

Golf Trip

Great house for hosting a group of 8 golfers for a long weekend! Amazing sunrise and sunset views, ocean access and hot tub. Only issues were the lack of supplies. Examples being no salt and pepper, etc and only one kitchen trash bag provided for a 4-night stay, so plan accordingly.

2021 Nags Head vacation

We had spyders roaches ants and palmetto bugs. The house needs sprayed soon. I don't get why they would paint the formica counter top in the kitchen, it was sticky and the paint was wearing off in some aces.
