The Palms - un exclusivo condominio frente al Golfo

Hermoso condominio frente al Golfo: relájese en su amplio balcón mientras observa a sus hijos construir castillos de arena en la playa. Condominio de 3 dormitorios bellamente amueblado con 2 1/2 baños. La sala de estar, que cuenta con una gran pantalla de televisión y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita, es una gran sala abierta con puerta de vidrio en el lado de la playa. El comedor con capacidad para 6 personas se encuentra entre la sala de estar y la cocina, que cuenta con hermosas encimeras de granito. Frente a la cocina está la lavadora y secadora grandes.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, TV y sala de estar con vista al golfo. También hay un vestidor y baño privado con bañera y ducha separadas. Una de las habitaciones tiene una cama queen y la otra tiene 2 camas individuales; Cada habitación tiene un televisor. Hay una ducha en el baño de visitas.

Estacione debajo del edificio en un lugar designado cerca del elevador. Luego salga por la puerta del garaje a la playa ... se proporcionan sillas de playa. La piscina climatizada se encuentra en el lado opuesto del edificio. Hay varios buenos restaurantes, bares y pequeñas tiendas a poca distancia del condominio. Alrededor de una milla más adelante encontrará el parque estatal Stump Pass. * (La piscina estará cerrada el 3 de septiembre de 2019 durante aproximadamente 2 a 4 semanas) (También en agosto, el elevador está en reparación. Si el estado del elevador es importante para usted, verifíquelo al momento de su reserva).

Great Place to Stay

This was a nice place to stay. It was quiet, right on beach with easy access. Resturants within walking distance to the condo. Beds were comfortable.

Gulf Coast relaxation!!

We stayed here for a week at the end of July, first week in August. The condo was nice and the location was great. We spent a lot of time on the beach everyday. It is a very low key and relaxing week. Absolutely loved it!!

Great views and nice room

This is our 2nd time staying in this property and we very much enjoyed it. The room looks out to the ocean and is very comfortable and well stocked. The one negative I might have is the tight parking area and lack of parking if you have more than one vehicle, but overall it is a very nice unit.

Beach vacation

My family has been going to Englewood for over 50 years now. This room was so nice and the view was beautiful. Nice room and layout. Plenty of kitchenware, which is rare. The pool key was not working and they responded immediately to get us the right one. Pool was very nice. Just a wonderful vacation!

Right on the beach!

We had 2 wonderful weeks at The Palms 4. It is a spacious condo with very comfortable furniture. The kitchen included everything you would need in case you would rather cook your own meals. We loved the large balcony where we spent a lot of time if we were not on the beach, walking at Stump Pass Beach State Park or having lunch at a restaurant. The Palms is just a short distance from several restaurants so we only used our rental car when we went off the island. We also enjoyed kayaking right from Stump Pass Beach State Park on a guided tour. We hope to return to The Palms in the future!

This is a beautiful spacious condo

This beautiful spacious condo with very updated furnishings was perfect for our girls trip. It overlooks the ocean with a white sand beach perfect for walking on. The elevator was perfect for those who could not take the stairs. Great kitchen, dining room and living room with plenty of seating for all of us. The 2 1/2 baths were really nicely done and with the way the bedrooms are set up, they were so quiet. The deck overlooking the ocean was also large for those evening sunset views. There is also a pool for those who would prefer. One of the best parts for us was the closeness to several eateries. We could just walk to them and it was a very comfortable atmosphere everywhere we went. highly recommended!

unbearable noise

It is a beautiful unit with great beds and a wonderful view of the beach. However after a long day of touring of the everglades we were woken up early by a terrible noise from next door. They were tearing up the tile floors. It was so loud we couldn't talk to each other and it shook the while condo. It went on all day long and the next morning. If we had been warned it was coming we could have planned to be gone that day but we were not warned. We asked for a reimbursement of at least that days rent with no reply and were told that the owner had given us a gift card for dining out. That is not true. So I am afraid we can't give a good review of this condo. We are not complainers but the noise was intolerable

The best view!

We loved this condo! There was more than enough room for myself and partner, our kids and my dad to all have our own space. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a big table to eat together. The covered front balcony is the best part! Regardless of the weather you can sit outside and watch the ocean and beach. We loved the stock of beach stuff too. There were nice chairs and sand toys for the kids to use. The elevator makes bringing things up/taking things down, really simple. We loved our stay and we will definitely be back!

Nice relaxing Time

Good view. On/Overlooks the beach which wasn't too busy. Steps to the ocean. Clean, comfortable unit. Spent most of my time sitting on the lounge chair listening to the ocean on the lanai I've seen comments on garage being tight. Don't bring a Yukon for sure but overall okay.

Perfect relaxing vacation

This condo is very spacious & has everything you need to enjoy yourself on the beach. From the kitchen utensils & appliances (Kuerig included) to the comfy beds & plenty of linens & towels. The beach and surrounding neighborhood are amazing. The town is quaint, restaurants are within walking distance, beach is full of shells & sharks’ teeth… couldn’t ask for more unless you’re looking for loud & crowded. We had a minor issue with lost power for a few hours after a quick storm rolled through & management was quick to respond. We WILL be back.

The perfect vacation

We had a fabulous week in Manasota key. We loved the condo and found the location extremely convenient. We found hundreds of shark teeth. We saw dolphins, diving pelicans, surfers, wave runners, parasailing and fabulous sunsets every day from the balcony. It truly was the perfect vacation!

Quiet and beautiful

Fantastic ocean front views from multiple rooms. Just steps from the beach. Great place to stay if you like a quiet, sleepy environment. Very few people on the beach. We had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for us.

Great experience

Well-stocked, spacious unit with comfy beds and great views. The beach did not disappoint... we saw dolphins, manatees, manta rays, turtles, and even a bunny. Tight parking spaces can be a bit of a challenge for large vehicles.

Great vacation

This condo was conveniently located near restaurants but had a quiet beach. The condo itself was very spacious and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again!

This condo was perfect for our family of six! The Gulf view is amazing and we enjoyed the sunset from the lanai every evening. No need to eat out with availability of a grill on site as well as a full kitchen with nearly all of the necessities. If you are looking for a condo in the Manasota Key area, look no further - this is the perfect one!
