Great Stay!

Communication with Jason was great! House was clean and true to the pictures. Excellent location being within walking distance of the Birkdale shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Excellent! Great location and spots for the weekend.

This rental worked out great for us. We got in late, it was easy to get inside and enjoy our stay. We were back and forth visiting friends all weekend but it was nice to have place to allow our daughter to nap before our next visit later that day. House is clean and the amenities worked really well for us. It rained all weekend so we didn’t get to use the outside much but the yard is big enough to soak in some sun next time or throw a baseball around. Will definitely consider this spot next time we are in Charlotte! Oh and the location is very convenient to the grocery story, Birkdale village shopping and etc, which is also great!

Great place to stay

We moved our son to Mooresville at the end of July. I was wanting to find something close to his new apartment complex and Charlotte and found this right in the middle of the two. The house is very nice and roomy. We had 6 people and had plenty of room for all of us. This house also sits in such a nice neighborhood. We woke up early every morning to go walking. We would walk down to the shopping center and make a big loop through all the cute streets. Love how all the people there are out walking, running, or walking their dogs. We will def stay here again when we come back to visit our son....if it's available. Thanks again for everything.

Birkdale Village

Jason was very good about notifying us on check in and also during our stay. The neighborhood was so cute, we were able to go out and get a brisk walk in every morning. The property location was wonderful. The house was very cute and clean. The property needs a little TLC as in painting the inside and some minor maintenance repairs, towel rack, the bar stools were very wobbly. We would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our weeks stay at this clean and spacious home while celebrating our daughters college graduation and visiting with extended family in Huntersville. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch and the convenient shopping in Birkdale Vilkage. Lots to see and do in this quaint neighbirhood -- I highly recommend .

Huntersville Getaway

This was our first time to Huntersville and we had a fantastic time in Jason's house!! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. In person this house feels way bigger 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a big kitchen, separate dining room and large pantry! The beds were comfy, the couch was comfy! He has a small table and chairs out front and in the back yard so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the day while my son completed remote learning from the desk! It was about a 5 minute walk to Birkdale Village and a 5 minute ride to Lake Norman. Very manageable to navigate the area. Jason was a fantastic host!! We had a couple minor issues that were resolved immediately. Jason was in constant contact, answered any questions I had, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent!! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay with family

Great place to stay with family_ We were two couples and really enjoyed the space. The nearby shopping area is easy to walk to and has both good food and lots of shopping. The general location is close to both downtown Charlotte and hiking in the nearby mountains.

Amazing stay

Great location - 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants, bars & salons. Perfect size - Large family home with driveway and garden. Jason, the host, replied to any messages / queries very promptly. Would recommend staying here. We will hopefully be back!!

Clean and beautiful home!

Our family could not have been happier with our stay in Jason's house! We've stayed in many vacation homes and this was by far the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Our kids loved the large backyard and playing foosball. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our favorite meals. The beds were all really comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing, we were only a block and a half away from Birkdale Village! Jason was always really fast to respond to our messages and he gave great recommendations on things to do in the area. We will definitely be coming back again for another family vacation!

Relocation preview

We had a wonderful time! You could not get any closer to everything that Birkdale Village has to offer! Everything is right at your fingertips. Lake Norman is right around the corner with marinas and parks within 5 min drive. The neighborhood is picture perfect! It is so quiet and beautiful, yet right off of the main road which will take ;you anywhere. The property owner is very easy to work with and was kind enough to recommend a very hard working realtor to help us navigate the local area to find our new home.
