Un refugio tranquilo y sereno en el corazón de Old Town Key West.

Abra la puerta a Villa Serena y se encontrará transportado a un santuario pacífico. Recientemente renovado en febrero de 2018, Villa Serena es el espacio perfecto para sus vacaciones relajantes.

La sala de estar de la planta baja está decorada en relajantes tonos cobalto y arena playero y ofrece mucho espacio para el entretenimiento. Las puertas francesas conducen a un patio cubierto y privado. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos modernos y encimeras de granito.

Arriba, el dormitorio principal es un oasis calmante de madera dramática y acentos azules del Caribe. Un baño en suite con estilo de spa cuenta con un gran escalón, ducha con azulejos de guijarros y tocador generoso. Un segundo balcón ofrece un espacio privado al aire libre para disfrutar de su café de la mañana. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen size y otro baño en suite.

Duval Square se encuentra en el corazón de Old Town Key West, pero está apartado de las multitudes. Deliciosos restaurantes y tiendas exclusivas se encuentran en el pintoresco patio de adoquines a continuación. Una piscina en la azotea brillante y soleada se encuentra a pocos pasos de la puerta de entrada. Esta casa también cuenta con un espacio de estacionamiento cubierto.

beautiful property, very clean & well appointed. bed was super comfy - absolutely LOVED the bedding & pillows in the master BR!! lock was pesky both locking & unlocking front door (battery dying, maybe?). second BR a bit cramped. should have been told in advance about issue with in-room laundry because we might have packed differently knowing that. all around, fab location, great having ice on hand upon check in (nice small detail that means a lot!). loved the extra security of gate access.

Really this unit had everything you could need and beautifully decorated. Very quiet as well.The pool is clean and convenient with ample loungers. It is not fancy but definitely adequate to sit at pool for a bit. The resident cats are friendly if you are so inclined to interact with them outside the units.

Great location; comfortable and secure property

The property is essentially right on Duval Street, but setback far enough that it is very quiet. It is spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a getaway!

We stayed here with another couple and it was perfect! Plenty of room and a perfectly stocked kitchen if you want to stay in. Would stay here again!

The unit was well appointed, convenient to our activities, spacious and overall clean. Having to go through two locked gates each time we entered or departed was annoying but we understand why for security purposes. The main factor that diminished the stay was that the unit backed up to the roof of the adjacent CVS store. The roof top AC compressor ran all the time, so we really didn't find the covered decks to be a "peaceful retreat"; we didn't use them. Also, the supplemental window AC unit in the master bedroom was noisy and blew air directly on the bed. After 1 night, we turned it off for the night. Also, the windo AC filter was very dirty; I cleaned and notified the property manager that the condensor vanes need vacuuming. Lastly, the kitchen was well appointed; we found everything we needed. However, the cabinets are showing their age; the foil finish is curling at the edges of the cabinet doors. The CVS and window AC issues reduced the value of the property, especially given the significant VRBO fees.

Christmas at the Keys

My family and I had a great stay at Villa Serena. The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great; very close to the fun of Duval Street and everything it has to offer.

Key West for the Holidays
