PROPERTY: Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or listen to the birds while gliding on the swing. Either way, you will acclimate to the Key West vibe in no time.

Located on a teeny tiny quiet lane, this beautifully renovated home is trimmed with a white picket fence and boasts solid surface floors and an open concept living room/kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or to snack around the large kitchen island with seating for four. Plenty of cabinets, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances round out the kitchen. The living room with TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable furnishings has seating for everyone. From here you may spill out onto the deck via the expansive glass doors. Once outside, you can chill in your private hot tub and wash your cares away.

Each bedroom is superbly furnished and includes an ensuite bath with glass walk in shower. The primary bedroom enjoys a unique ambiance provided by obscure lighting in the vaulted ceiling. The room is also flooded with natural light and adorned with plantation shutters, beautiful bedding, dresser, TV, closet, and bedside wall lighting. The second bedroom is also beautifully furnished and includes bedside wall lighting, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, and your own entrance to the deck. Vacationing in this home will prove to be enjoyable, relaxing, and have you wanting to come back before you even leave.

BED CONFIGURATION: Each king bedroom has an ensuite bath, bedside wall lighting and beautiful furnishings.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Private wrap around deck with hot tub and outdoor shower. Comfortable seating, an umbrella dining table with chairs and a gas grill are provided for your enjoyment. Your own washer/dryer is in the outdoor laundry closet.

PARKING: One on-site parking space is available for a small car. Please note this home is on a tiny, one-way lane.

LOCATION: Located on a quiet lane in Old Town, less than 2 blocks from Duval Street. From here you can walk to many of Key West’s attractions, shopping, restaurants, and bars. A short walk away is the stop for the Duval Loop (a free bus service) to assist you in getting around downtown.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly. Please browse our other pet friendly properties.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property. This includes the HOT TUB area.

We loved our stay. Location was perfect - everything in walking distancr. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with our morning coffee. We loved soaking in the hot tub. The home had everything we needed to orepare a seafood feast! Would definitely choose this hone again for future visits.

From checking to check out everything was perfect! The cottage was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great that both rooms had super comfy king size beds as we were 2 couples traveling. Would definitely stay again.

The location is amazing and they are correct you want a small car. The place is quiet, clean and easy to access. Both bedrooms are beautiful with a very nice bathroom. The kitchen is great even though I did not cook. The outside space was very private. My only complaint are the towels. They are so small. That is my only change I would make.

Perfect Little Hideway

The butterfly cottage was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It had two bedrooms, both with an on suite bathroom making it ideal for two couples. The location could not have been better. It was two blocks from duval making itNo more than a 5 minute walk to the night life but also far enough away that you did not hear any noice. (Other than the key west roosters, lol) I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again.

The home was like new. Beautifully appointed Two king suites with on suite baths. Extremely comfortable with wrap around pouch and hot tub and seating for at least 10 people. Only two blocks from Duval street Check in and check out was a breezeWould highly recommend for your next key west trip

Great Long Weekend - Butterfly Cottage in Key West

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wrapping up a fantastic stay at Butterfly Cottage. One couple plus our friend. Total comfort for three. Would have also been fine with a fourth. Let’s just say that we couldn’t keep talking about how well done this layout was. Two king ensuite bedrooms. Kitchen with island and every conceivable necessity for a weekend trip. Coffee maker. Ice maker. Disposal. All drawers were labeled. All outlets were labeled. All doors had these little clear wall bumpers to protect but also prevent mishaps. The wrap around deck was great. Privacy if we wanted individual sides of the deck. Multiple sitting areas, a hot tub, exterior laundry. Off street parking. We were told parking for a small car. We rented a small SUV which fit fine. But we also had a few scooters we rented on island and a four seater cart. Room for all vehicles. Attentive staff via text message not so much because we needed anything but because they just checked in on us periodically. Even accommodated an early check in. All in all a great stay at a great property. We’ve used other rental companies in the past but will 100% be booking them again.

Great Property, Quiet Street

Great property on a quiet street. House was the perfect size for 4 adults. Beautifully decorated and cozy - plenty of space in each of the bedrooms and common areas. Room on the property for a golf cart and bikes. Easy check in/check out; property manager was in contact for any concerns or questions. Would highly recommend to friends who are considering visiting.
