Check in instructions are provided ahead of time and the front gate/house door are keypad entry which is super convenient. House was very clean, equipped with all the basic essentials and cooking needs. Pool is great and the location is perfect just less than a block off Duval! Would definitely rent here again!

We enjoyed an outstanding time in Key West. Our accommodations were superb. House was meticulous with everything we needed or could have needed available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect home for our quick Key West Trip. The host was more than accommodating - even giving us a 2nd parking spot on short notice! Everything needed was there and the home was clean and nicely appointed.Close to Duvall and Southermost Point!Highly reccommend!

Great location, easy to walk anywhere you want to go. Beautiful pool and grounds. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, although we never cooked because of all the fabulous food that is available. Some problems with the TV’s, but they were fixed promptly. All in all, a great time was had by all.

First class property and staff. Very responsive. The listing said there was a water kettle. Since we are tea drinkers, this was important. When we arrived we couldn't find it. I communicated this shortage, and a new kettle arrived a couple hours later.

Moms and Dads get-a-way before Christmas

Great location, adjacent to Duvall Street, extremely quiet, great beds, nice pillows, nice hot tub. Everything you need to enjoy yourself!

Neat, clean, nothing out of place. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. Staff was on site daily keeping everything just right. Just a block from Duval, an easy walk to anywhere in town.

Host was welcoming and the house was very nice and clean. Very well stocked and had everything we needed. Only thing that would be nice would be something that explained the heating and cooling. We have never had to use one for heat and could not get them to work. Took a while to figure it out. Only issue we had.

We had a very nice stay in the Family House and really enjoyed the house, the amenities and the property. Met some fun people hanging in the pool and with CVS right around the corner had ready access to the couple things we needed. Naomi the host was so helpful both before and during the visit with helping out with an express package delivery and dropping it off inside the house. Next time we come to Key West we will definitely consider the Family House and Center Court property again. Thanks so much!!!

Good location. Bedroom ceilings very low. Lot's of light , hard to sleep. Need blackout curtains. Parking ok, but cannot move car easily as someone always takes spot and you have to call so they move a car to park cana car

Keen on Key West

My husband and I and our two sons, age 11 and 14, greatly enjoyed our stay in the Family House. It was so close to everything and yet perfectly quiet, secluded, and secure. Duval street was only a minute's walk. The lighthouse and Hemingway's house were right around the corner, and there were conveniences (pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, vehicle rental) within a block of the house. Not to mention the PARKING SPOT! Pure luxury. It actually was. With a private outdoor dining space and hot tub, it was super relaxing and practical with the laundry right outside the front door. The beds were very comfortable with individual climate control in each room. With the sleeping quarters upstairs and the living space below it was also easy for the kids to have their own space. The property management returned our texts within minutes and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The family house was beautiful at center court! Everything we needed was there! The private hot tub is nice, the shared pool was good too! We were able to text the owner to communicate on our way in and she had parking arranged for us when we got there (parking in Key West is terrible)The house was clean, beach towels were available to us- thankfully because I forgot mine- we will definitely be back!
