The Historic Family House is decorated in a light, Caribbean motif. It is a Cigar Maker`s Cottage from 1880`s. 2 K memory foam beds upstairs w/32” Smart TV`s, Q sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress) in LR with 56” Smart TV. Bring your Netflix, Amazon or other UN and PW for your favorite programming. Bose blue tooth speakers and Alexa`s. 1/2 bath up, full bath down plus an outdoor private shower. Full kitchen! Perfect for Families!

This Historic two-story 1880`s Cigar Maker`s Cottage has been completely renovated and has a living room with 56” Smart TV/DVD (Bring your UN/PW for Netflix, Amazon and other programming you enjoy), Queen sleeper sofa with 5” memory foam mattress, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, frig with icemaker, and 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker. The adjacent dining room with seating for 6 and bath (with private outdoor shower) are on the ground floor. Upstairs in the loft style 2nd story are two king bedrooms with 32” Smart TV’s, a toilet closet and a vanity in the master bedroom which features a King memory foam bed. The second bedroom bedroom also has a King memory foam bed.

The living room includes a custom made sleeper sofa (5” memory foam mattress) and an assortment of original hand-colored Caribbean photos/frames by renowned tropical photographer, Robin Hix. Oak floors and furniture make this historic cottage a breath of fresh air in the assortment of vacation rental cottages. Bose Bluetooth speaker and Amazon Alexa’s throughout. A breakfast bar adjoins the dining room featuring another 56” Smart TV, comfortably seating up to six and surrounded by floor to ceiling windows allowing natural light to filter through the lush vegetation.

The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass door, hairdryer, and a French door leading to a secluded outdoor shower. Our units feature Tommy Bahama soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. If you have never tried showering outdoors in the tropics, this is a must do! The rear private deck has table/chairs/umbrella, 6 person hot tub, and tropical plants.

Pool towels are provided and you will receive daily maid service between 9-11 or 3-5.

Mitsubishi split ac/heat units and ceiling fans throughout make the Family House comfortable in the heat of summer and our cool winter nights.

Two heated shared pools, one for Families and another for Adults Only. There is also another outdoor shower by the Family pool for your use which is totally private and has hot water and bath amenities. A guest bathroom by the Family pool is for your use while at the pool. You have a Private Jacuzzi. Second floor topless sundeck. Bicycle lock-up. Use of 2 W/D`s after 5 pm when housekeeping finished. Gazebo at rear of pool with lots of fun games and a nice lunch stop.

I am always available by text and I have staff on the grounds daily to assist you.

Quiet neighborhood, just 1/2 block off Duval Street. 24 hour CVS, Subway across the street (Truman). Multiple restaurants, bars, shops in walking distance. At the entrance to our street there is a bicycle, moped, electric car rental

Walk, bike, moped, electric car. Rental at corner of Center Street, free return to airport upon departure when renting from them. There is also a bus around Old-town and there is a map of all the stops in your in-room information book. Stops are just around the corner from us!

Family House is part of Center Court - Historic Inn & Cottages. It is in a gated compound with 4 other units.
Guest making reservation must be 25 years old during March and April (Spring Break).
No loud noise after 10 pm-8am so as not to disturb other guests who might be trying to sleep.
