Unidad de arriba de "Sans Souci" .... Vistas excepcionales de la playa Y de la bahía desde esta espectacular y nueva propiedad. Disfrute viendo las puestas de sol o los amaneceres desde esta unidad del último piso con vistas panorámicas tanto del Golfo como del Intracoastal Waterway. Hay muy pocos edificios en Anna Maria Island que puedan ofrecer las vistas del agua que tiene esta propiedad.

Este es un edificio de dos unidades con dos alquileres de 3 BR / 2 BT que comparten una gran piscina de entrenamiento. Alquile individualmente o como uno, gran compuesto familiar de 6 habitaciones. Enorme, 57 "televisores en las salas de estar y 33" televisores en todas las habitaciones. Cada piso ofrece un amplio porche cubierto para disfrutar de las inmensas vistas. Ambas unidades tienen uso del garaje y un ascensor en cada piso para un acceso más fácil. Cada unidad ofrece una lavadora y secadora estándar. Cada unidad duerme 8.

La suite principal cuenta con un baño tipo spa con bañera de hidromasaje y una gran ducha acristalada con cabezal de ducha tipo cascada. La suite principal también tiene su propia terraza privada frente a la playa.

La zona de piscina común climatizada ofrece un excelente lugar para relajarse y descansar después de un largo día en la playa. Esta zona de patio ofrece una mesa de comedor, parrilla compartida y tumbonas.

¡Camina solo unos pocos pasos y ten los dedos de los pies en la arena de la playa! Poder ver el agua en ambos lados. Camine hasta Historic Bridge Street, a solo unas calles de distancia con varios restaurantes estupendos, The City Pier y Clock Tower.

Right near the beach

Literally the beach is across the street. Works out perfectly since parking is a mess. Property was very nice and spacious. Elevator was a huge help with luggage and groceries. The views from the 3rd floor were great!!! Pool was cool and clean

Wonderful family getaway!

Amazing views of the gulf and ocean. Wonderful location, in walking or free trolley distance to all you need. Spacious, well appointed rental. We give it 5-stars!

Great Property

We had a great time and loved sitting on balcony with the view of the Gulf. We have booked again for next year. The bed was a little hard for our taste so we purchased a memory foam topper and that worked great. I understand from an owner point of view that would be difficult to find to please everyone but to me that is not a big deal to solve. Like I said we booked again for next year. Highly recommend.

Great View!

My husband and I stayed here 2 1/2 weeks and my daughter joined us for a long weekend. The view was incredible with a view of both the Gulf and the bay! The construction next door only blocked the view from one window so we were always able to see the water views. The place is very spacious with two large bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We loved the location as we could easily walk to so many restaurants and shops. We booked the same place for next year and can't wait to come again!

Great location

Really enjoyed the location and the property. Beautiful home, well equipped., and very comfortable. Takes a while for the hot water to get through the pipes, bathtub very small and almost unusable. Nice garage and pool. Biggest issue is that the house next door towards the beach was under construction and we were woken up by construction noise most mornings before 7. Noisy all day. We would have chosen another site if we knew this. I feel it should have been disclosed. Very disruptive. The new construction will block the view when completed.

The layout was good, the views were great from the top floor. . But most likely the full gulf view is going to disappear once the house in front of this one is completed. The kitchen is for one person and is not very well equipped if you really enjoy cooking. This unit needs a deep cleaning and some TLC. The mattresses and linens were good.

It was very peaceful.

The home was amazing. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the beach was close. The pool was always warm. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend it for a family looking to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

The area at Anna Maria Island was perfect!

Renting it was easy. The facility wasn’t as clean as I expect. The air conditioner was out for two days and we were leaving. The ice maker on the fridge was out. The location was perfect for us!

Anna Maria Island Rental

The 3 bedroom rental was large, nicely decorated, very clean and located in an area close to shopping and dining. We were on the top floor, so the elevator came in handy, though it quit working the night before we left. The realty company sent a very nice young man to help us bring all our baggage downstairs! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly reccommend staying in this lovely place.

Great location

We’ve come to Anna Maria the past 3 years for a mommy/daughter trip right before school starts, first time staying at this part of the island. Location was great, beds were comfy, the space was great for 4 adults and 4 children. The only things that we would have liked better was there were a lot of mosquitos around the pool area, which we know in Florida cannot be helped, and the pool was ice cold from being covered so the kids only enjoyed it for small periods of time. The floors could use a good mopping, but other than that it was very clean with fresh towels and linens. There were extra beach / pool toys and the kids really enjoyed them. Overall it was great and we would rent there again!

Beautiful Anna Maria Vacation!

Amazing location in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Scenic views from every balcony and window and walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The house has an elevator for easy access upstairs. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Our family loved the easy access to the beach and having the pool all to ourselves. My only complaint is the beds. They are horribly uncomfortable, hard, and make extremely loud creaks with every move you make. If this were to be changed, we will certainly be booking here again!!

Great location!

This rental was as beautiful as it is in the pictures. It is perfectly located for sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the Gulf. The views are gorgeous from both patios. The rental is also very clean and has everything you need to get started when you arrive. My only list of cons (short list) and the reason for four stars instead of five, would be that the wireless kept going out and we could not locate the modem to reset it (we never called about this and it was maybe an easy solution) and we could’ve used a few additional stronger garbage bags. There was a Walgreens very close by so we bought some but in other homes we’ve rented there’s been multiple garbage bags, rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Here we had to buy our own. Other than that I would absolutely stay at this rental again. Loved it!!!

Beautiful condo with horrible beds

This is a nice condo on Bradenton beach with spectacular views. Unfortunately the beds were horrendous. All of the beds made a loud crunching noise when you would move or roll over. I slept on the couch most nights but the other 5 staying in the unit did not have that luxury. It turns out that the box springs were the noise issue. The mattresses we’re especially firm. We made the most of our trip regardless but it’s unfortunate that the owner chose to save a few bucks over renter comfort.

Great location! Wonderful layout!

We loved this place in every way. Great location, clean, near restaurants and activities but quiet. The only criticism is the mattresses on the beds. They’re real noisy. We will definitely come back to this property.
