Perfect Place

Quiet neighborhood, clean house, location is within minutes of the beach, gym, shops and eateries. We will stay here again next year. The owner/host very kind and shared her tree ripened fresh fruit. Beach chairs and cooler available for beach day. Kitchen with all amenities. 5 stars!

Perfect Island Retreat

The property is well maintained, nestled in a small neighborhood that boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains and abundant greenery. Just 5 minutes away from Poipu Beach, my husband and I spent our time in the sun and ocean, watching the turtles wade in at sunset. This home is a beautiful retreat from a busy day, complete with updated appliances, comfortable King sized bed, and a massive patio to spend lazy mornings on. We can't wait to return to Hawai'i.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting Kauai and staying in Poipu. The property is centrally located to many of the local attractions and amenities and addressed all of our requirements. We greatly appreciated the layout of the home and especially spending time on the lanai. The host was very gracious and even shared some apple bananas grown right in the garden.

Wonderful Experience

This property is amazing. We were so relaxed during our stay and it has all the mod cons required to enjoy a trip to Kauai. The host was so kind with excellent communication before we arrived. Upon arrival, the property was spotless and comfortable and had beach chairs and towels which we used every day. The area was quiet and we enjoyed early morning walks to the sea nearby. We went to the club twice during our stay and it was wonderful with a beautiful pool and loungers with great staff and food options. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Lovely stay

It was an extremely peaceful neighborhood, cute little house, the porch was great for morning coffee and evening wine! Close to everything in Poipu. If you like to cook, the kitchen pots and pans were limited and some skillets should be replaced due to condition, but we made it work. The kitchen itself was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing home-amazing host- amazing experience!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the home is absolutely lovely. Great for two people, very clean and comfortable. The host is past amazing- so thoughtful and helpful- she ensured we had excellent directions to the property- she ensured we were able to enter the home with no problems as we were arriving very late into the night. The home has everything you may need to enjoy your stay- beach chairs, sun umbrella, washer and dryer, and large bathroom and shower, fully stocked kitchen. We definitely wish to return to this property upon our return in the future. A huge thank you to our host- she helped to make our stay superb!

Perfect stay in Kauai

Poipu is the most touristy part of the island, but it is very central to almost anywhere you would want to visit, Waimea Canyon and Ke’e Beach and Princeville on the North Side. The house is very clean and well stocked with many accommodations such as beach loungers and coolers to enjoy. We were very happy with our stay and enjoyed our time on the beautiful island of Kauai.

Perfect Stay

What a treat! My husband and I spent the final 3 nights of a 3-week Hawaii vacation at the Poipu Tropical Retreat and it was beyond our expectations. It was the perfect place to end our amazing vacation. It is apparent that the owners took great care with the furnishings and amenities. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the front lanai and took some nice walks around the neighborhood. The house is close to excellent shops and dining as well as some amazing beaches. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Living in paradise

This is a beautiful, clean, and very well appointed home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was just the peace and quiet we were looking for. The sunset views are incredible. It’s an easy walk to shopping and a great starting point for your early morning run to the beach to watch the sunrise. Our host was very responsive with the few questions we had. An added bonus were beach chairs and umbrella and snorkeling gear as well as athletic club access. This is a perfect getaway for 2 people! We would definitely recommend this home for your next Kauai vacation

Perfect paradise retreat

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! The house is perfectly set up for a dream vacation, we never even needed to turn on the air conditioning because cool breezes flow perfectly through the huge screened windows and doors. Making breakfast in the well equipped kitchen and eating out on the lanai was a relaxing treat. There are many awesome local hikes and swimming spots nearby, not just the popular Poipu beach but also sparsely used gems like Maha'Ulepu Heritage Trail. So many great restaurants are nearby; we really enjoyed going out at night to the Shops at Kukui'ula. Location is incredible, so close to beaches/restaurants/groceries/hiking. Landscaping is lovely and helps maintain privacy from any neighbors. Having a washer/dryer was clutch with all the hiking and kayaking and beach days; it's nice to be able to have clean dry clothes immediately after a big excursion. The grill worked great and it was nice to be able to grill steaks or burgers on nights we didn't eat out! Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. The wifi worked great the whole time. The TV had built in Netflix, Hulu, etc, we just signed into our own accounts, which we prefer. The host Jessica was super helpful with anything/everything we needed. We will definitely return to this house!!

Perfect for us

This wonderful rental unit satisfied all of our must haves - clean, comfortable and charming. Very sleek, chic designs throughout. Looking out the window or sitting on the deck with banana trees and beautiful flowers and foliage all around was a wonderful sensation in January. Everything we could desire in a rental was provided, and the homeowners were very pleasant but not intrusive. We liked being close to most things but not on top of the other tourists. We would gladly stay here again.

A Week in Paradise

We had such a great time on Kauai staying in this property. It is a perfect get away for two. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the owners were very friendly and fun to talk to. The location was perfect, just far enough away from the large resorts, and close enough to beaches, food and shopping, with Lihue only about 15 minutes away. We look forward to staying here again on a future vacation.

Paradise in paradise

An absolute perfect place to stay in Poipu! Immaculately clean, spacious, all the extras you’d ever need to cook a meal or go to the beach. Jessica, Portia and all were fantastic. Superbly responsive and we could tell they really wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be, thank you so much for the fruit!! Great location: close to really everything. Don’t miss the farmers market!! Mark this one as a fav- it’s so worth it!!
