Encantador condominio de un dormitorio con fantásticas vistas al mar

Nuestro condominio Prince Kuhio 206 es una encantadora unidad de un dormitorio que se ha actualizado recientemente. Este retiro vacacional cuenta con mostradores de granito en losa, nuevos azulejos de cocina y baño, alfombras nuevas, electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina nuevos, y una generosa cama tamaño king. Está cerca de todo y un gran lugar para venir a casa después de un día de visitas turísticas.

Pase sus mañanas viendo el amanecer en la vista al mar terraza. Dé un paseo por el carril a las tiendas a la Kukuiula, o caminar por la calle con una de las mejores playas de buceo en Kauai. Hay un conocido de surf-break justo al lado del punto donde se puede probar su mano en el surf, o simplemente ver el talento local, ya que montar las olas.

Podrá relajarse en la piscina recientemente renovado, rodeado de exuberantes jardines tropicales y una hermosa cascada de roca de lava. Tener un cóctel al atardecer o la cena en el famoso restaurante Beach House, justo al otro lado de la calle. I would highly recommend this place! Fantastic location, host, and very comfy bed! The unit was very clean and you can see and hear the ocean, just across the road. We didn't cook there, but the kitchen was stocked well and there is a BBQ available. The pool was nice and had areas of shade, which was appreciated. There is a great breakfast place a few minutes drive-Anuenue Cafe-amazing french toast with lemon curd! Stay here, you won't be sorry!

Location location location. I love this complex and stay here a few times a year. This condo was perfect for me as a solo traveler and would be perfect for couples, best friends or siblings.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was across the street from Lawai Beach and close to shops and restaurants. The unit itself was well stocked with necessities for cooking, as well as beach supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy condo in paradise

Colleen & Mike’s condo is in the perfect South side location in Kauai. The cool breeze when the slider and windows were open was always very pleasant and just what we needed. We never turned on the AC. At sunset we’d either walk over by the Beach House (a 1 minute walk) to see all the parrots fly in for the evening or take a 6 minute drive to Poipu Beach to see the turtles resting on the beach. Besides a great location, the condo has a very comfortable king size bed, a large walk in shower, and a full kitchen, less a dishwasher. Also came with beach chairs, ice chests, and towels. We would rent again when staying on the South side!

Perfect vacation condo

As lovely as the photos. Has everything vacationers could possibly need. Very comfortable bed! I didn't believe that people didn't need the A/C but it's true. We used it once when i didn't feel well and we were there 2 weeks. The decor, the Hawaiin touches all upscale. Appreciated the large shower too. Do yourself a favor and stay at Colleen and Mike's place !)

The property was very nice and clean. The bedroom was a little tight going from the kitchen/dining area past the bed to the living room - but you are in Hawaii and dont spend much time in the condo. Ala in all great stay!

Great place

Great cute communication with the host and the apartment was very clean. You have a side view of the ocean. However, the downfall was a 2 foot deep deck. The chair was on the deck sideways and you could hardly turn this so it made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space due to the size of the deck.

Beaches and turtles

We enjoyed our stay. You can see the water from the deck and the living room. As well as an old palace ruins and many chickens. The best beach is a very short walk away. Baby beach. Shallow water and Rocky but very good snorkeling. The condo was nice. It was great to have beach chairs and a cooler. Parking is a little tight, but the garage is just on the other side of the swimming pool. Or you can park on the road.

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy apartment. It was close to everything along the south shore and had everything that we needed. We would book it again when we go back to Kauai.

Great Location but minor issues

Very ideal location to all things Kauai. Excellent communication with owners. Beautiful view of the ocean. Drawbacks: Parking at the facility is very poor. The nearby parking garage has very small spaces and is poorly lit. The property did not have the usual amenities we have come to appreciate at VRBO sites. There was no shampoo or conditioner for the shower. This site is not suitable for people taller than 6’5”. Bump my head several times in room and the stairwell. You cannot use the veranda. It is really for decoration only.

It was wonderful!

Lovely, well appointed, comfortable 1 bedroom condo. I wish we had known it was second floor with no elevator, and that we had use of the pool as well. It was so nice to have a lovely home base to return to after our busy days enjoying the island.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is awesome! It’s beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for your home away from home.. great location across from the Beach House restaurant which is right on the water with beautiful sunset views. We also snorkeled at Lawai Beach which is right next to the Beach House Restaurant. It’s the best snorkeling beach in Southern Kauai. You can rent equipment right there and it’s very reasonably priced. Colleen and Michael were so easy to communicate with. They gave us many recommendations of places to eat and things to do in Kauai. It was our first time in Kauai so it really was a big help and we really enjoyed all of their recommendations. The breeze from the trade winds was really nice with the windows and sliding door open. It definitely was enough to keep us nice and cool. We did use the air conditioner at night just so we didn’t hear the chickens and birds which awaken early. They’re all over Kauai 😊 The grounds were so beautiful with fountains and tropical plants and trees. Everything is manicured perfectly. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Kauai, this is your place! Hopefully we’ll be lucky enough to return some day and stay here again. We fell in love with Kauai!

Nice property & great location

We enjoyed our stay in PK206. Check-in was a breeze, it had all kitchen amenities, was close to several beaches (including the one across the street), the building has beautiful landscaping and was surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend The Beach House restaurant across the road. The atmosphere & food were amazing. We will most definitely stay here on our next visit to Kauai.

We had a great time

Wonderful trip to Poipu and Koloa. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the A/C and we used it once but the cross breeze through the unit was so wonderful we mostly didn’t need it. Loved having so many restaurants and shops so close (like half mile). For food don’t miss Da Crack, La Spezia, Keoki’s, and Japanese Grandma. Very easy to see the island from this location (except the north side which we chose to leave for next time). We will definitely be back.

Perfect condo in Paradise

We so enjoyed our time at this great condo. It was the perfect space for 2!! Very comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and lovely views from the patio!! Close to the beach and lots of yummy food. Such a great time on the beautiful island of Kauai!!

Condo in Koloa

We love Kauai and were happy to find a reasonably priced place with walking access to restaurants, stores, the ocean and beaches. The condo is as described and pictured. It is well equipped with everything you need. We especially appreciated the pool chairs, coolers and umbrella. The pool area is small but never seemed overcrowded. It was nice to have coin operated laundry available. We enjoyed using the community bbq’s. We would stay again. Mahalo for a good stay.

Amazing condo!

Great Prince Kuhio Condo

We loved the layout of this condo. A lovely sitting area overlooking the park with ocean view! The condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully appointed. The bright, roomy shower was so appreciated. Colleen was very helpful with our questions and check in was a breeze. We only used the a/c briefly upon arriving after a late and stressful flight. The trade winds kept us comfortable the rest of the time.

We were married at Shipwreck Beach, just a few miles down the road from the Prince Kuhio Condominums on the sunny side of Kauai. We purchased a studio condo here in 2011 and we are so happy to make this 1-bedroom available to our guests as well.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We enjoyed visiting several of the Hawaiian Islands, but Kauai quickly became our favorite. After staying at a few different hotels/condos we knew the Prince Kuhio was the right place for us. We love the quiet, laid-back feel of the complex and the stunning beauty of the grounds.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the monk seals that laze around the beach across the street. We often snorkel there and enjoy the multitude of fish and turtles we get to share the water with. Each evening the there is a loose knit group wandering across the street to take in the sunset at Lawai Beach - it has become a ritual of sorts, with lots of friendly folks basking in the last rays of the day.
We enjoy exploring all the different sides of the island, but it is always great to come back to Prince Kuhio - our home away from home.
