Impresionantes vistas desde esta casa frente al mar en Manchester-by-the-Sea, ubicada directamente en Magnolia Beach. ¡Arena y surf justo afuera de tu puerta! Casa de playa de 4/5 dormitorios con sótano de salida terminado con literas también. Frente al porche, patio, césped. Cocina actualizada. Lavandería. Pequeña oficina con vista al mar con cama doble. Pier y Magnolia Center a solo una corta distancia a pie (aproximadamente 1/8 de milla) con restaurantes, tiendas, tienda de conveniencia. ¡Pon los dedos de los pies en la arena y deja que tus preocupaciones se derritan con cada ola que llegue!

This warm and inviting home is situated right on the ocean and it is a pleasure to fall asleep and then wake up to the sound of crashing waves.The host is extremely accommodating and easy to work with and accepted our whole family. Close to Boston, Gloucester and Rockport. We will certainly return.

Memorial Day Visit

The pictures do not do it justice. The place is large and has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The owner was local, easy to reach and delivered extra firewood for our stay.

This was our first time at this rental and it could not have gone better. The house easily accommodates 11 people with plenty of indoor recreational space for inclement weather. The outside speaks for itself. 5 steps down to a private beach and all the beach toys one could want. The Magnolia pier was a magnet for the kids and the convenience store around the corner got lots of use. The view out to the Atlantic Ocean is spectacular.

Friends reunion

The house and location were absolutely perfect. When it rained we could relax and enjoy the view from the enclosed porch. We had a wonderful stay with the nicest owners any of us have ever come across.

Beautiful place and helpful host

Our stay was perfect - the house is nice and location is beautiful. And Bob, the host, was very helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions during the booking process and during our stay.

Perfect spot for a stay at the beach

We had a good weekend staying at Bob Anna's Lisa place. The location is perfect.! The kitchen is fully equipped with every pot, pan, utensil, and serving dish you can imagine. There is even an abundance of towels! The beds are comfortable, and there is way more space than we anticipated from the website description. We only wish we could have been there in the summer and enjoyed all the beach toys and activities. We cannot recommend this house more highly!We highly recommend Bob and Lisa's house.

Wonderful family reunion

This was a wonderful place to stay for a family reunion. There was plenty of room, the location was spectacular, the house well equipped, especially the “beach toy” garage. The hosts were attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this awesome rental.

Peaceful Getaway

It was a perfect spot for 2 pre-teens to explore and be active on the beach while I could sit back and relax in the back yard without getting sandy and still have a visiual of the kids the entire time.

Thanksgiving Stay

Overall we had a great stay for Thanksgiving week. We were a group from 5 years old to 80 years old and everyone had a great time. Bob is a great host and very accommodating. It was amazing to walk out of the house right onto the beach. We had a brief power outage (only 1 hour), but Bob responded immediately with candles and flashlights. The bathrooms were dated, but worked well.

Terrific location!

This Beach House is directly on the water in Magnolia. My family swam, snorkeled and kayaked all day and it was calm enough to have a campfire at night. The house has a nice open floor plan, so activities easily flowed from porch to living room to kitchen area.

Heaven on the Bay

We had booked daily activities on our Sisters Trip, but ended up hardly leaving our beautiful beach house. Instead we walked the beach and soaked in the relaxing time of just hanging out together.

Beautiful Beach House

We had an amazing girls weekend on the ocean. Bob was very easy to reach if we had any questions. The private secluded beach was amazing to walk and find shells and the home had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Fall getaway

Walking into the house upon our arrival was absolutely breathtaking. We walked onto the porch to a perfect sea view and the wind blowing through the opened windows, it was picturesque. Bob, the owner, was great with communicating with us during our trip for any needs that arised. The house was fully stocked with linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and all of the other necessities needed for a long weekend fall getaway to the beach. We are already planning our return trip!

Amazing Host

I cannot say enough good things about our host. He was amazing He decorated for Christmas, put up a tree, came over to show us around, the location is gorgeous. Right on the water and a fantastic view. The sunporch was beautiful and we had a great time

Property is gorgeous. House is spacious and welcoming. Beach is beautiful and quiet. We were able to have a beautiful get together with friends, and the host was so nice, helpful, and prompt with any questions we had. Nothing but good things to stay, will be coming again!

Idyllic stay

My family of 10 first came for the weekend & after they left 7 girlfriends came for 3 nights in perfect weather. Aside from the hurricane that was supposed to arrive the second day we were there, Mother Nature was kind to us. Our host was so accommodating & the location on this wonderfully quiet little beach, was perfect. All who came, want to come back!
