Nice house!

Had a ‘girls weekend’ with some friends. The house was very nice! Plenty of rooms, the kitchen is small for 4 people, but we made it work! We liked that it was central to Bourbon distilleries, but close to Lexington.

Friends’ Reunion

Great house for a friends’ get together. The house was very clean and well appointed with anything you would need. Nice, large backyard. The kitchen was big with all necessities available. Large TVs in all rooms. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean with current tech

We felt comfortable and safe at this home. Very minor issue re: tv connectivity was handled promptly by site manager. This location had easy access to all our needs. Would stay again.

Great Vacation House

We were very pleased with this vacation house. It was very clean and spacious and gave a place where our whole family could all meet under one roof for a weekend.We had a blast going to Ark Encounter, an Escape Room and Malibu Jack's and then come back to relax and play board games in the smaller parlor, yelling as much as we wanted, which you could not do at a hotel. A great experience and I we would do it again!

Clean and cozy

Highly enjoyed our stay. Location was a short distance to downtown. The kitchen was amazing and there was a TV in every room. Beds were comfy and plenty of toys for our 5 year old. Daughter loved swinging in the swing set right in the large back yard. We used the fire pit and it was already stocked with wood. Seating outside was lovely. Overall was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Road Trip with Grandchildren

Older section of town but mostly well maintained. Property and house were immaculate. The owner was nearby and was very friendly and helpful with a small AC question. The house is older but improvements such as appliances, bathroom facilities have been updated. There is only one bathroom with shower/bath although upstairs is a half bath It was manageable. The upstairs is cooled by window units which worked fine but took a while to cool down, TVs in every room and comfortable furnishings. Not luxurious but more than sufficient. We were there to tour the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and Corvette Museum and while all were approximately 1-2 hour drives away, it worked out fine. Nicholasville has everything you need is is a very nice suburb. I would stay again and reommend it for families. It was a welcome relief from staying in hotels.

Good stay for the price

The property is spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood seems tranquil except a neighbor has drag cars that were tested daily in the afternoons. A couple of the doors would not close completely, the bathroom door upstairs and the guest room at the end of the first floor. The upstairs sink fell off of the wall at one point and broke the plastic drain underneath. I suggested to the plumber (that came to review it) that there be legs placed on the front of the sink to keep it from falling again. Also, a couple time, people came to the house to fix the gutters or roofing (not sure which). Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Great get-away!

House was perfect for our small group of ladies needing a place to stay and relax for a weekend meeting halfway from our locations. Nicholasville had great stores/restaurants and was not a far drive from Lexington for us! Host was great to work with as well.

We Love this home and will definitely book again for our next trip to Lexington.

This is an amazing home. It has everything you could possibly need and even some things you didn’t know you needed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. My daughter actually made my sons wedding cake in the kitchen and she was surprised by the quality of the supplies considering it is a vacation property. The fire pit in back provided the perfect ending to the busy days. There was plenty of firewood so we never ran out. It was a wonderful vacation and we truly felt at home here.

Large and super clean

Although my daughter and granddaughter was supposed to came and didn’t. This would of been perfect for them, the big fenced in back yard for her to play in. I had a great time seeing my other daughter and her family. If I came back with family I would stay here again. Make sure you bring slippers if it’s cool, my feet were frost all the time I was there. Hence the no shoe in the house rules

Nicely Arranged For A Family

Very well set up for a family with four bedrooms, two up and two down. Plus an attractive living room, and also a sitting room. There is a bath and a half. Perhaps a bit tight if one member likes to spend a lot of time there, but it worked out fine for our group. We found everything to be clean, functional and well stocked. The property has an amazingly advanced security system. But all we needed to do was remember our four digit code. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house appears to be an older farmhouse home, thoroughly remodeled. Very large lot with plenty of parking. Large fenced in back yard. The WiFi worked perfectly with a strong signal. There is a smart tv in nearly every room. The owner is very friendly, responsive, and ready to answer any questions. About 20 minute drive to the airport, 30 minutes to downtown Lexington. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Owner tried to say we left place in a mess and broken several things I took pictures wish saved me. And I left the place clean they had camera everywhere around the house wish made me very uneasy bad experience

Nice 4 bedroom in quiet neighborhood

Spent 3 nights here with 3 friends for a long golf weekend. Great place. Very relaxing. Would stay there again. Enjoyed cooking on the big green egg like grill. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Even had some spices in the cupboard. 4 well appointed bedrooms. 2 down stairs and 2 upstairs. Plenty of TVs but difficult to get local stations on all but 1. Upstairs bedrooms had their own window AC units. Everything downstairs was central air. Great place for families or a small group getaway.
