Emerald Beach es un verdadero complejo vacacional y no solo un complejo de condominios ubicado en el corazón de Panama City Beach, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Entering condo with all the floors and elevators was confusing but once in our room we were pleased. The pool being across the street was irritating but there is lots to do and we were pleased with our stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo floors were very dirty, we had a little one crawling around and hands and knees and feet turning black along with everyone else’s. All the furniture had stains and the beds are very worn out. The condo over all needs an overhaul! I won’t stay here agin until it’s updated. The views and location was the best part about it!

Don’t Let This Be Your First Choice

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we loved the location of the condo and having such a beautiful beachfront view, we were unfortunately very disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of the condo. It is in desperate need of renovation. To begin with, the bathtub in the front right bedroom has an enormous crack in it. During our stay, the front left bedroom required bee caulk around the entire tub because there was a leak in the unit underneath ours. This prevented family members from being able to use that shower for 3 days as we waited on the repair and for the caulk to cure. The carpet was absolutely disgusting, visibly stained and ripping up at the seam in the middle of the floor. Our feet were black after walking barefoot and we all wore shoes inside. The grout in the bathrooms was black from dirt buildup. There was no treading in the showers, and 5/8 of our party slipped in the showers resulting in bruises. The chairs on the balcony off the living room are rotting. The dishwasher only ran on one cycle, “quick” and we could not adjust the settings. The front door had to be slammed to ensure it closed completely. The sliding door in the primary bedroom was broken and did not lock. The couches were both heavily stained. There was only ONE kitchen towel and washcloth. There were no potholders. There was not a complete set of measuring cups. We had to purchase a lot of these items. While I completely understand a rental unit will have some wear and tear from repeated use, the condition of this condo is far worse than the typical condition you’d expect. Additionally, when reaching out to the property management company ahead of time with general questions, I was redirected to the original listing or given answers pasted from google. We will absolutely never stay here again and are disappointed in the condition of the condo.

Beautiful Condo, however…. Living area carpet was stained, WET and soured, horrible smell. Furniture cushions VERY STAINED. Swivel chair BROKEN. Some bed linings had NOT been changed. Kitchen cookware unclean. Coffee pot DIRTY. Refrigerator door shelves broken/missing, filters needed changing, trash under tables/furniture. Patio furniture rusted/broken. Called Day-1 but never got a response.

I'm okay staying at a dated place however I'm not okay with furniture that you can't sit on and mattresses that are hard to sleep. They need to Spend some of your money to update the furniture and mattresses

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, location great, but the washer wasn't working. There was 8 of us. We needed to wash towels wash clothes and our personal clothes. We stayed a week. I called emailed and texted them letting them know the washer wasn't working. They did not come to fix it until the day before we left. They did send over more towels and wash clothes on our 3rd day which we appreciated but I so wish they would have sent someone to look at the washer sooner than the day before we left.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, I want to say that ECDI was a joy to work with and I will definitely rent from them again. They were so easy to work with, they were very accommodating when we needed to change our dates and communication was very easy. The resort was fabulous! We love the beach access and the pools and games for our kids. The unit, this was our second time staying in this particular unit. We stayed in this exact unit. There are things that really could use some attention from the owners; all of the buttons on the dishwasher do not work and we could only run it on “light wash”, the balcony doors do not close all the way, our feet were black after walking barefoot on the carpet after five minutes, there was black mold around all of the vents and in the bathroom, the big chair in the living room was broken an wobbled when you sat in it, the smaller chairs were also awful to sit in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit PCB again.

Elevator's door closed on us. Carpet in condo was stained and coming apart..tv in 2 rooms didnt work. Chair in master bed room was broken. Ice said need new filter. Loved the pools

We had the best time ever even though we couldn’t hardly get in the ocean. The unit could definitely use a new cleaning crew because it was dirty!! The beds actually slept decent. The unit is spacious and had lots of room for a large family. We would rent there again! Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach, the condo was as described. Everyone was comfortable and the view was spectacular. We were able to enjoy the Airshow practice session occurring right in front of the condo, over the gulf. The pool area next to the parking garage was nice, just wish it had a beach view. Having a Starbucks, ice cream shop, and gift shop was an added bonus. Even though we were on the 20th floor, the elevators were magnificent, super fast, and conveniently located. The best elevators we have ever experienced. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous view. Fantastic location. Convenient parking. Beautiful complex with numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Condo needs updates and maintenance. Carpet filthy, stained, and snagged. Layers of dust and dirt on wall hangings and floor boards. Food imbedded in stove/oven vents. Only one bathroom door locks (out of 4). Pots and pans need replaced (non-stick coat peeling/almost non-existent). Appliances fairly new and in great working order. Condo obviously has not had a "deep cleaning" in a very long time. With some real cleaning and updates this place would be perfect. We made the best of it and had a great time.

It was okay

This property had been given mixed reviews so I didn’t know what to expect. The place was spacious enough for our group of 9. The quality of the furnishings is mediocre. Beds are firm. The kitchen could have been better stocked. All of the kitchen knives were dull or broken and there were no baking sheets or pizza pan to speak of. New living room flooring and fresh paint would go a long way to freshening up the place. Again, not terrible but definitely room for improvement.

Spring break family get away

We had an amazing time. The unit was a fantastic size and to be honest there are 2 closets that you could put twin air mattresses in for additional sleeping if someone didn’t want to be out on the pullout couch. There were enough kitchen supplies for our needs. The outside pools are heated. Had entertainment at the sky bar. Fantastic time had by all.

Very spacious

Very spacious and great location! Little dated but will stay again! Clean, well stocked, great check in service and the location was fantastic for us. Only thing and, and I am sure it couldn't be helped was the garage maintenence and having to either park outside or in the far garage. People would block the front entrance a lot loading and unloading, but that can't be helped. Plenty of luggage carts. Great stay!

Ok for a basic condo

This condo had all the basics. However, some furniture is worn. The chair cushion in living room has springs busted an they poke ya when sitting in it. All the beds are hard, lumpy and some have springs you can see. Kitchens utensils are limited for a large family. However it was nice to have plenty of coffee cups. There is a gap in front door and door to balcony in living room. The wind was really strong while we were there. You could hear howling where it blew through the gaps when you closed them all the way. We ended up cracking the door open to not hear it. Most condos we stay at have some beach items to use. This had none. I know that is not a requirement but it is appreciated when ya travel with little ones. We always leave any extras behind when we stay at condos. Helps the next people that come in. However there was a note that states, anything left behind is tossed. We also found out if 3 people take baths, the fourth person doesn’t get much hot water. They were working on the units upstairs so we were unable to do laundry the entire stay. I had to call and complain the last night there in order to get to use it after 5:00. Which meant most of the last night there, we were doing laundry. Its an ok condo and does the basic needs. We prob will try to find another next trip.
