Experience a luxury vacation when you book Calypso 1507 located in the newly built Tower 3. Situated across from the beach with stunning high-rise views this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom unit sleeps 8 and is perfect for family and friend retreats. The master bedroom has balcony views of the gulf, a king bed, smart TV, and a walk-in shower in the master bath connector. The second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a second bathroom adjacent from a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This unit has a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances perfect for cooking in. The living room completes the luxury experience with balcony access, a sleeper sofa and a 65-inch Nanocell smart TV making it the ideal spot for gatherings to unwind from a busy day of exploring. Calypso 1507 (Tower 3) is located near the heart of Panama City Beach and close to shopping, dining, a pier for fishing and entertainment venues. Experience numerous amenities during your stay like access to Tower 3's pool with cabanas for rent, a tropical tiki bar, a café, a fitness center, and more!

We enjoyed this condo and loved the view. We usually stay in Calyspo II but thought we try something different. The pool area for building III was just amazing. We will definitely be staying in this condo and building III again.

Location, Location, Location.

I picked this location due to not having access to a vehicle for several days of our week long summer beach trip. The location is perfect with everything within walking distance, beach, restaurants, and shopping. And the view was superb for not being gulf front. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to do 4.5, but no option for that. Comfy beds and pillows, great space, lovely view. 2 reasons that we didn't give 5 starts are because we were never sent the information for the parking pass so we couldn't get into the garage, which was frustrating at 12:30am when we arrived. Also, something was not right with the hot water tank because we could run hot water for showers for more than 15 minutes before it turned REALLY cold.

Had the pool to ourselves and plenty warm to swim!

I love it

I went on vacation with my family and was delighted. The location is perfect; the beach was right across the street, and we had shops nearby. The view from the balcony was also beautiful. We walked around Pier Park and went to eat there. I highly recommend it. It was also clean and had everything you needed.

Perfect Spring Break with teens!

This property was great for our group. Plenty of room for 8. We only needed our vehicle to run to Wal-Mart for groceries. Everything else was within walking distance.

Overall good experience. Pool worker was a little rude. No wristbands till the 2nd day. Condo could have had more linen. No blankets Check-in was great. Kitchen facilities are adequate. View was nice pool was great.

Ventured to PCB for IRONMAN Florida. This was the 5th time, first time at tower 3. It was more afforbable, but wasn't as direct beach access as tower 1 and 2. Was perfect location for all race activities and Pier Park. Condo is updated, but things like hand towel hooks and soap shelves in shower are not present. Was a little odd but we made due. They had a better gym than tower 1 and 2, but didn’t open until 7am, so early risers aren't able to use it. Overall it was a solid option for the race and right ammenities at the right price.

Perfect location for Ironman Event support teams.

Right in the middle of the Full Ironman in early November. Able to go home and relax during the race. Walk to everything and good restaurants in the adjacent.

Best Vacation Rental

Me and my family really enjoyed this condo, it was clean and was just as the pictures shown online. Location is in close proximity to everything. Kitchen was fully stocked. I absolutely loved that we didn’t have to go through the long drawn out check in process as well. If I had a con, my only con would be there is not enough towels and washcloths, we had to go purchase our own. But all in all I would definitely recommend this condo!!!

Clean with easy no contact check in. Nice to have a code instead of a key or fob. Elevators quick and amenities were spot on. The fire pit on cool evening s was a nice treat next to the hot tub. Heated pool was a bonus for this time of year. Would definitely recommend. It is not on the beach but across the street

BEST RESORT STAY

The condo was SUPER. Working with ECDI was seamless. The condo was clean, roomy, had modern finishes, and was fully stocked. Walking distance to EVERYTHING like the Pier, Pier Park, restaurants, and the resort amenities were the best. Can’t wait to come back again next year!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the resort, but wouldn't choose this unit again. Not well stocked with linens. Beds were not very comfy. For a 3 bedroom condo, living room area is small and furniture was uncomfortable. No way we could all gather together in the living room. Master bathroom shower had absolutely no where to put soap or shampoo. Not a well marked area for crossing a busy road to get to the beach. Pool area was awesome

The unit was unbelievably spacious. We comfortably fit 2 adults and 5 kiddos with room to spare. Loved the whole laundry room with extra storage closet for beach gear. Enormous balcony with table and shade to enjoy the view, which was stunning to look out on the emerald water, white sand, and pretty pier. Comfy beds! The resort was gorgeous and well maintained, the pool was stunning and had lots of features. We enjoyed the workout room too. The location was spectacular, we had everything we could ever need in walking distance and more than we could imagine. Easy drive to other parts of town, like the lagoon for an excursion. The unit was clean and fairly well equipped (could use a few more kitchen tools/bakeware and a few extra blankets). Responsive booking agency, though we did get a lot of emails full of information/policies and had to sift through everything for pass codes. When we needed help with something, however, they were quick to assist and easily available. We would stay here again and again and bring others too!

Great location. Only complaint is there was no remote for TV in master bedroom.. no way to watch it.

Good experience. Great view of the beach although it was not exactly on the beach. Great fireworks display. Could see directly from our balcony

Perfect Getaway

We were very happy with the accommodations. The checkin process, although done completely virtual, was surprisingly the best we have ever experienced. The email communication was swift and informative. We did not have any issues. The customer service in the Emerald Hub was excellent. We would definitely come back.
