INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The cozy inviting living room has a fireplace to watch and hear the crackle to unwind. The kitchen is the perfect place to prepare any meal with its stainless-steel appliances and large island that seats 4 with bar stools on just the other side. Ample space at the dinner table with enough seats for 6 to enjoy a great get together! Added to this space is a wine cooler conveniently for those who want to enjoy a fresh cool sip on those warm summer days. Stacked washer and dryer for your use while you stay. Downstairs is a huge open space with a comfortable sectional sofa to enjoy family time or just relaxing after a long day at the beach.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Outdoor features include screened-in back porch with fan as well as fire-pit with seating. This home also comes with its own golf cart for your ease of transportation around the resort, for those over 18 with a valid ID.

HOUSE SPECIFIC AMENITIES
Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Linens, Natural Gas Grill, Screened in Porch, Seasonal Golf Cart and Fire Pit, Wine/beverage cooler in the dry bar, Fireplace.

LOCATION
Located in Beachwalk Resort just near the Sandcastle Playground and short walk to the amenities and the beach.

PARKING
4 parking spaces, 2 along the street in front of the road as much as possible, 2 in the back on parking pad only. Overflow parking nearby.

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity.
4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Gone Coastal rents with a 7 night minimum with check-in and check-out on Sunday in peak season.

Love Staying Here

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been at this house multiple times and love the layout including the large family room/kitchen open area. We use the fire pit and the included golf cart every time. The pool and lake are amazing. We actually fished this last visit and the kids really enjoyed it. Being close to the playground is a plus!!

The house was perfect! We had a large group traveling for a wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The Resort was very cute and conveniently located to the beach and shopping. The Resort staff were all very friendly and helpful.

My only gripe was that we were only given 8 bath towels for a home that was supposed to sleep 14 people which was what we had. We were constantly washing towels. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The couch in living room large enough to fit our large group. We loved the quality of the golf cart. We enjoyed the location being nestled in the back of Beachwalk. It was quiet. The back area was perfect for evening firepit, as well as fun games for kids. The back porch was lovely.

Making s’mores with the fire pit was also special. Having the golf cart was very helpful getting around Beachwalk.

Golf cart was a great addition even though it wasn’t operational for one afternoon & the next morning. Kitchen was well-equipped & outdoor Grill was perfect. Back screen porch & front porch with swing were terrific. However, upon arrival all looked clean, but the floors throughout the house were very dirty.

The layout was perfect for a group of 10 with space for kids to get afternoon naps:). Very clean and well kept. Secluded towards the back of the resort but close to the playground and very easy access to the pool and beach with the golf cart provided. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a short drive from central Illinois but felt like we were on a Florida vacation. Everything was great, the Beachwalk staff, other guests, our rental was beautiful and so clean. The golf cart was so nice. I would 100% recommend staying and we will be back!

Everything was great, only a few downfalls- home didn’t seem to well stocked with kitchen items, needed more towels and walls and floors are paper thin. Nothing that was a deal breaker and would stay here again. Loved the resort and the golf carts. Pool is super small. Never went because of size and number of people, was even closed two days that we were there.

The house was under-resourced for a group intending to cook most of its meals: 6 wine glasses for 14 people? 8 coffee cups? We were juggling baking pans and cookware to put on a full meal. The house was very clean upon arrival.
