We absolutely loved our stay. Location is amazing, property management super helpful, check-in/out process super easy, very practical parking spot close to the beach. Will definitely be looking at rebooking this property.

Am amazing property

This is our second summer staying at Kara’s place, and we have already booked our third! The property is ideally located, has all the amenities, and Kara is incredibly responsive. We love it!

This condo at the Grand Victorian was exceptional. Our ages ranged from 10 yo to 78 yo and everyone had a wonderful time. The view of the fireworks is literally a ring-side seat, but the condo itself was not only beautiful, but filled with all of the amenities we could ask for. The staff at the Grand Victorian were always cheerful and helpful! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had the most amazing beach stay. Check-in was a breeze, the host and property manager were super kind and helpful, and we met some wonderful neighbors. The location can’t be beat! We are excited to stay again next year!

Perfect location & beautiful place

Loved our week long stay. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and you cannot beat the location. Close to the beach, indoor pool, and all the fun in OOB. Highly, highly recommend!

Host was responsive, check in was simple. The folks that work the desk were all friendly and welcoming. Loved loved loved this property. The balcony/deck was great for relaxing in the morning and perfect for the Thursday fireworks. The kitchen and living room were beautiful, honestly the pictures dont do it justice. One of the few times I've been surprised that it was better in real life! The only issue you might have is if you are a light sleeper it can be a bit noisy outside. Everywhere this close to OOB will have the same iasue with the train at least. Would love to stay here again. Almost forgot 2 large bathrooms and a washer and dryer...amazing!

Worth every penny!

Have spent quite a few visits in OOB and always saw the building. Finally got the opportunity to rent a wonderful condo and it did not disappoint. Family loved being right on the beach with all the hustle and bustle of the shore life below us! Shops and restaurants are all walking distance and fun to eat at. Kara was an amazing host and super responsive. Bill was a tremendous resource for us and very nice! Ample space, HUGE bathrooms, comfy beds, great views and great location. We're already planning out return!

Beautiful condo

The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location is steps from the beach and directly across from the amusement park. Great for people watching during the day but a bit noisy at night.

Great Stay in OOB!

Condo was beautiful and the location was top notch. We've stayed on the other side of Grand Victorian previously and it did not compare to this property. My wife and I sat on the deck every day and night listening to the music below at the Myst, while the kids could go on the rides, grab a bite, or hit the arcade. Kara was great and we'd definitely stay again.

Consistently a wonderful stay

This is our third stay at Kara's Grand Victorian Condo. It is always clean, and so very nicely appointed. Kara is a wonderful host. She responds, with an answer, promptly to any questions. Bill, the property manager, is also very accommodating and willing to help the guest learn the property.

Perfect!

Kara’s condo is beautiful, comfortable, and larger than pictures depict. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfortable. The location is amazing! The staff and Kara are super responsive and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again and again.

I purchased this condo as a second home for my family and spent some wonderful summers here. I used to be able to see my kids in Palace Playland from the deck of my condo while sipping a delicious cocktail in the sun with the ocean breeze keeping me cool. Heaven! This condo was decorated for my own personal use, not for use as a "rental unit", so you will find quality materials and attention to detail you will not find in other units in this building. I hope you and your family love it as much as I do!

Lovingly decorated as a second home, not a "rental unit". Located in the coveted Grand Victorian, this is the best location in all of Old Orchard Beach! PRIME fireworks view every Thursday night in the summer.

Best location on the beach! 4th floor location has unbeatable view without weird ceiling lines of units on the 5th (highest) floor. Has a HUUUUUUGE deck! Only unit with completely renovated (larger) bathrooms, custom cabinetry and luxury furnishings.
